二、原因分析：
结合平时上课学生的表现与作业，发现自己在教学过程中存在以下几个误区。
1、思想认识不够。
相信学生的能力，而忽视了学生在学习过程中和解题的过程中存在的问题。直接导致在课堂教学过程中没有很好的结合学生的实际情况进行备课，忽视了部分基础知识不够扎实的学生，造成其学习困难增加，成绩下滑，进而逐步丧失了学习数学的兴趣，为后面的继续教学增添了很大的困难。
2、备课过程中准备不足，没有充分认识到知识点的难度和学生的实际情况。
通过调阅部分中等生的期中考试试卷，发现中等生在答题的过程中，知识点混淆不清，解题思路混乱，不能抓住问题的关键。
3、对部分成绩较好的学生的监管力度不够，放松了对他们的学习要求。
本次期中考试不仅中等生的成绩下滑，部分中等学生勉强及格甚至不及格。究其原因是对该部分学生在课后的学习和练习的过程中，没有过多的去关注，未能及时发现他们存在的问题并给以指正，导致其产生骄傲自满的情绪，学习也不如以往认真，作业也马虎了事，最终成绩出现重大危机。
4、没有抓紧对基础知识和基本技能的训练。
从本次期中考试来看，相当部分学生存在着计算方面的问题，稍微复杂一点的计算错误百出。
三、改进措施：
1、提高课堂教学效率。根据年级学生的年龄和思维特点，充分利用学生的生活经验，设计生动有趣、直观形象的教学活动，激发学生的学习兴趣，让学生在生动具体的情境中理解和认识知识。
2、重视知识的获得过程。任何一类新知的学习都要力争在第一遍教学中让学生通过操作、实践、探索等活动充分地感知，使他们在经历和体验知识的产生和形成过程中，获取知识、形成能力。另外，课堂上教师应为学生留下思考的时间。好的课堂教学应当是富于思考的，学生应当有更多的思考余地。学习的效果最终取决于学生是否真正参与到学习活动中，是否积极主动地思考，而教师的责任更多的是为学生提供思考的机会，为学生留有思考的时间和空间。
3、关注学生中的弱势群体。做好后进生的补差工作要从“以人为本”的角度出发，坚持“补心”与补课相结合，与学生多沟通，消除他们的心理障碍;帮助他们形成良好的学习习惯;加强方法指导;严格要求学生，从最基础的知识抓起;根据学生差异，进行分层教学;努力使每位学生在原有基础上得到最大限度的发展。
总之，在今后的教学过程中要以学生为重点，重在引导学生学会学习，让学生能乐学、爱学、好学，采取有针对性的补救措施，提高学生的基础知识和基本技能，加强对学生课后学习和练习的监管和督促力度，加强学生分析问题的能力，培养其创新思维能力，为今后的学习教学打好基础。

Almost everyone knows that we should learn English well, but few of us know how to learn it well. Karl Marx has set a good example for us. For going on with my further studies， I took the entrance examination in a Senior Middle School last week。 I still remember there were more than three hundred candidates taking part in this examination。 For the first day， in the morning， Chinese was easy。 We were required to write a composition of 250 words on "My Home Life"， and give definitions and illustrations to twenty phrases。 In the afterno on， we took an English examination。 There were dictation， sentence formation， and analysis for oral English。 In the oral examination， I was questioned about my home life， my experience in the junior middle school and my future prospects。
On the second day， we were examined on history and geography in the morning and physics and chemistry in the afternoon。
为了进一步学习，我上周在一所高中参加了入学考试。我还记得参加考试的有300多人，第一天上午，语文很简单，我们要写一篇250字的作文，关于“我的家庭生活”，并解释20个短语。下午，我们考英语，有听力，造句，分析口语。口语考试时，我被问道我的生活，中学经历以及未来的希望。

+ 加入清单当今天剑桥英语考试的铃声响起时，我感觉全身都已经不是自己的了，像是换了一个人的身体一样。我的手不停的颤抖着，笔尖也在颤抖，在桌子上不断地留下来回摩擦的声音。为什么我对英语考试这么害怕呢？因为我妈妈给我要求的是必须认真对待，争取考到100分。但是我对自己很没有“信心”，所以心里十分的担心。一直想着该怎么答题？要怎么才答得好，考到一。百分。就在这时考试的铃声响起了，我之前在脑袋里记到的知识，突然间一下子就飞走了。当我正在想怎么才能将那些知识找回来的时候？老师开始念听力了，我十分无奈的跟着老师的思路走，生怕有半点遗漏。
过了一会儿，老师终于把听力讲完了，我感觉浑身都松了一口气儿，但这还没完，老师紧接着说：“同学们，这次考试要认真对待，今天的题很难一定要认真考试哦。”老师不说这句话还好，但老师一说，我就感觉浑身都不自在了，感觉就像望子成龙的那些妈妈一直逼迫孩子学习，在我的心里，老师分明是在说一定要考好，不准考差。
我吓的浑身哆嗦，开始回忆我以前学过的知识，但是墙上那钟表的嘀嗒声一直在困扰着我，我想起了这个，又因为滴答声，忘了那个，一直这样重复了几次。我有点不耐烦了，我心想算了吧？直接做吧！至少比干坐在这里，思考我以前学过的知识要好吧！我拿起了笔开始面对试卷，但是看到第一道题我就傻眼了，这道题要用原形和Ing进行式加到语句上面，但是在这道题目上，老师根本就没讲这种情况，这可怎么办呢？我无可奈何，只好拿出我的点兵点将大法，但是可惜这是道填空题我没能用上我的点兵点将大法，这使我脑袋都大了一号，没办法，我只好垂头丧气地往后做，可是越往后做我的心情就越烦躁，心情也就越忐忑，有很多题，明明在上课的时候，我都听到过，但是我就是一时想不起来了。
我心想算了吧，随便猜个答案都填上去吧！我真要这么做的时候，我却看到桌子上，不知谁用钢笔在上面刻了一句话，人可以被毁灭，但不能被打败，这一句话，可能是谁在上课的时候无聊随便刻的，但是他却成为了我这次考试的救命稻草，我转念一想，是啊，我不能被打败，我必须冷静下来尽自己的最大努力做下去，就这样时间又嘀嗒嘀嗒的过去了。不一会儿时间就到了，我垂头丧气的准备走上去交上试卷，但是我又想起了刚才可在桌子上那句话，就算我做的不好，我也要做出，我好像做得很好的样子，于是我马上抬头挺胸，挺着腰板走了上去。放学时我看到老师改完试卷才走，唉，才考了96分。
后来我把这件事情告诉了妈妈，本以为妈妈会大吵我一顿，但是她却夸奖我在关键的时刻没有放弃这一项做的很好。暂时一两次考试不好没什么关系，但是必须要在你受挫折的时候，坚强起来！坚持起来！那才是你该做的！

+ 加入清单吵闹的城市，一个不太宁静的下午。我趴在桌前，看那些无休止的题目。恍惚间，感觉少了什么。行人来来往往都匆匆忙忙，谁都不看一眼对方。汽车飞驰过，卷起一阵云烟。这是我家窗外的道路。每个人都好像万分紧急，都匆匆走过。少了什么呢？是留给自己的时光吗？
我起身。好久都没有细致观察阳台上的花了。刚进阳台，闻到一阵阵清香，好像茉莉的味道。欣喜中，我发现，阳台上的茉莉早已开花了。一朵凋零，一朵怒放，两朵含苞待放。他们离我如此这近，我为何没发现？是时光变少了吗
透光窗户，阳光温柔的落在我的书桌之上。清风将洁白的书卷翻页，我去关上窗户。透过窗户，我发现：树叶由绿转为淡黄，有几棵红叶的树被阳光照的那么美。草地上盖起一层细薄的黄被,被子下有小草也变得金黄。多么幅细致精美的画面。也许，这幅画存在一星期之久了，只是我今天才发现。
无意间的转头，发现被子已叠成整齐的方块，鞋子也在暖洋洋的阳光下晒着。桌前的保温杯中是冷热刚好的温水，手边杂乱的书本也变得整齐。是我妈妈为我准备的吗？这样每天妈妈会做的事，我已经习以为常了，在今天这段发呆的时光才又发现其中的母爱。我对妈妈的关注好像越来越少了。又想起妈妈早上冲泡的豆浆，热好的鲜牛奶，那么平常，以至可以淡忘。在今天发呆的时光中，是否又能品尝出其它与众不同的味道呢？
留一点时光给自己，去寻找遗忘的美丽；留一点时光给自己，去发现不同的自然，留一点时光给自己，去感受亲人对你的关怀。匆匆行进的我们啊，放慢一些脚步，去享受一点空闲的时光吧，你会发现生命中宝贵的东西。我们总是匆匆的去追寻那些成功，却匆视了周围事物的美丽。我慢下来了，用这细碎的光阴感受到了美好与爱。
留点时光给自己，发现不同的世界，真美好！
