题目解析

2014年的作文-----来之不易的成果，这个作文题目和去年的作文-----在路上，都体现的对过程的关注。相比而言，《在路上》这个题目，学生可以是一个观察者，把自己的所见所闻展现出来，写出自己对生活的思考，或者独到的感受。而《来之不易的成果》这个题目学生就不能单纯地只作一个围观者啦，不一定是自己的，但至少要参与其中，只要这样，他们才能通过语言向大家展示其的确“来之不易”。这两个题目要求学生从一个观察者变成一个体验者。

立意

题目分成两个部分：来之不易+成果。作文题目重点在于展示成果的来之不易。所以从这个来角度来立意的话，文章的重点就在于获得成功的过程。必须有过程展示其“来之不易”，可以是回顾式的，在现在已经取得成果的基础上回顾以前，但是必须是已经取得了一定成绩的，即成果。从这个角度出发，学生就觉得那那些可以算作我已经取得的成果呢?

另外如果提示中没有其他限制，只是给了这么一个作文题目的话，我们也可以从珍惜《来之不易的成果》这个角度进行立意，这样的话，学生可写的范围就广多啦。因为现有的成果可以是他人的，不一定是自己的，所以写如何去珍惜的话，这个立意所体现的内涵就深啦，传统的记叙文和议论文都可以成为学生的选择。

选材

选材必须体现文章的立意。上述两个立意中，前者展示过程，学生可以写自己曾经取得的某一项成就，回顾其为之拼搏的过程，这个点一定要有细节描写，切不可简单叙述就草草了事。而后一个立意我们的选材角度就广啦，可以写我们应该怎么做去珍惜成果，也可以写别人的一些不珍惜他们成果的行为而进行反思，也可以写身边某人正在做的事体现这个主题等等。

布局

文章的布局可以根据传统的形式进行布局，但是注意立意中的部分一定要在文章中进行细节描写，在描写之中体现“来之不易”“珍惜”。如果取前一个立意，不建议采用小标题，那样对文章的描写深度会有所欠缺;而后一个立意可采用并列式或者层进式的小标题。

3、这次的作文写的是命题作文《做自己的领路人》，相对来说比较难写。从考试结果看也很不理想，除了少数学生能得了高分外，其他学生写的都模糊不清，缺少中心主题，甚至有些同学连作文的最基本要求都没有达到。

但是，不管学生自身存在多大的不足，归根结底还是我们老师的教学工作没有做好。因此，我们应该根据以上存在的原因采取行之有效的措施来提高学生的学习成绩。

1、立足基础，降低低分率，提高及格率。严格要求每位学生把每篇课文的生字词学扎实了，都能正确流利的朗读课文，要求背诵的课文每位学生都要过关。要求学生在课堂上一定要有做笔记的习惯，指导他们积累重要的词语，优美的句子等等。

2、重视课内课文的阅读，把课内课文讲透，重视文章示例的作用。注重文章示例的作用，教师首先应把文章吃透，总结、归纳出一些方法和规律，然后再指导学生掌握此类文章的阅读方法和规律。

3、在阅读教学中，要狠抓审题能力、准确提取、概括重要信息能力、多角度理解问题能力和语言表达能力。这些能力，综合为阅读、理解和表达三大能力，教学中需循序渐进地一点一滴的积累，又要有科学的方法规律的指导，教学中来不得半点投机取巧。

4、要立足于课堂培养阅读能力。阅读部分历来失分严重，本次考试也不例外。提高学生的阅读能力必须立足课堂，立足课本，而不是靠课外的大量的阅读短文的练习，这是常识，但并未引起足够重视。精读课的教学，老师要根据教材特点指点学习方法;略读课的教学，老师更要放手，让学生运用精读课学到的方法自主学习。要培养学生的基本阅读能力，一是整体把握课文思想内容的能力，二是体会重视词句含义的能力，三是体会课文的表达方法，四是自己提问题自己回答问题的能力。

5、加强写作指导。在每次写作指导中，立足学情，细化目标，降低要求，选择最恰当的方式进行指导。根据学生的实际情况做出客观具体的评价。旨在提高写作兴趣，激发写作的信心，学习写作技巧，提高写作的能力。除此之外，还要指导他们注重观察生活，于细微之处体会生活，记录生活中的点滴感受，为写作积累丰富的素材。

希望在接下来的一个月中，我们语文组的老师能够团结协作，共同努力，在接下来的考试中能有长足的进步，更上一层楼!

Spring Festival, a day Im looking forward to for a long time, should be

full of happiness, bustle and laughter. But this years novel coronavirus is so

rampant that I can only stay at home and wear masks when I go out, and my

parents remind me to keep warm and pay attention to personal hygiene every day.

The novel coronavirus seemed to have no intention of retreat, but doctors

struggled for many days and nights. In these days, I dont know how many people

have been killed by the virus, and how many doctors are still fighting against

the virus in order to fight the epidemic.

有时，你很睿智。你经历过“浮夸风”，也忍受了“文革”，这不算什么。因为你渴望繁荣，你要让子女过好日子。改革开放像一缕春风，吹绿了大江南北，吹开了花朵，迎来了前所未有的大好光景。人民富起来了，靠着你自己的双手，儿女们脱贫致富，走上了小康的道路。再大的艰难险阻，有什么好怕呢?车到山前必有路，船到桥头自然直!因为你的沉着，你的睿智，不也使得“山重水复”变得“柳暗花明”吗?有你，真好!

有时，你很仁慈。地震突然来袭，你的儿女伤亡惨重，奄奄一息。汶川人民恐慌无比，自己的亲朋好友非死即伤，住了几十年的家园，瞬间被毁。尽管你也身心交瘁，但这时，你悄然来到他们身旁，默默地与儿女拥抱着，为他们擦去眼角的泪滴。你尽力把泪流到心里，你不能哭，你是不朽的希望!你是我们所有儿女的主心骨，有你在，就没有过不去的坎。你连夜作好一切部署。实施救援工作，作出相应决策的速度，令世界各国也坚起大拇指咋舌称奇。一年过去了，当年的废墟早已不复存在，宽阔的道路两旁如同雨后春笋般，高大美丽的楼房拔地而起。人们脸上的阴霾也消散不见，取而代之的是甜美的笑容。因为你，我体会到浓浓的爱意，那种感觉真的好幸福，好亲切!有你，真好!

因为有你，失修的路基坚固了，干瘪的稻穗饱满了，沙滩上的驳船也入海了。电视机、洗衣机、饮水机……层出不穷的新家电让人们的小日子越过越美满，愈来愈有滋味。

祖国啊，我亲爱的祖国!我是鱼，你是水，心儿早已融化在你怀里，去聆听你强有力的心跳，我要见证你的富铙，你的荣光，你的自由!

We need to improve our English skills in each of four areas.

The first one is listening skills . I think doing lots of listening practice is a great way to improve listening skills. Maybe you could buy some English tapes or borrow your teacher’s tapes to listen .

The second on is speaking skills. How can we practice our spoken English ? I think the first and the most important thing is to believe yourself . Your should often encourage yourself , then you can join an English –language club and make lots of conversations with you partner . I think it can help a lot.

The third one is reading skills. I think we should do more reading in our free time. If you have any problems when you are reading , you’d better ask others tof help.

The last one is wring skills. It’s very important for us to learn English . I think keeping a diary in Engish is the best way to improve your writing skills. You should practice writing notes or letters every day, or you could find a pen pal . I think it sounds like a very interesting way to practice writing. And don’t be afraid of making mistakes.
