The larger the orgnization of which you are an employee , and th fiercer the competition , the more important it will be that you know how to convey your thoughts and convince others of your ideas.

Personality is also an important factor. Whatever difficulty or situation , those who appear relaxed and confident are nearer to success. Obviously , among the ingredients for success , intelligence counts for the half , the rest depends on your personality , and other abilities.

不知不觉，我初中毕业了，这个原本我会非常开心的时候，心情却非常的复杂。

初三下学期就这样平淡地结束，这意味着我们要永远告别陪伴我三年的学校，告别三年来朝夕相处的同学。而迎接我们的是一个未知的世界。

others. As a good friend of his, I must do something to help him.

Firstly, I think its very important for him to learn lessons well. He

should spend most of his time on his study instead of computer games. Secondly,

How time flies!My colorful junior middle school life is coming to an end. I’m glad to tell you something about my school life.

When I was six years old, I started school. Since I became a student, I have been studying very hard. My parents are quite proud of me.

Now, I study at Wucun Middle School, which is not only modern but also beautiful. The teachers in my school are so kind and hardworking that I love them very much.
