时光飞逝，短暂而又愉快的假期生活已经结束了。接下来我所面临的是紧张而又愉快的新学期的教育教学生活。为把新学期的教育教学工作做好，特此作如下教学计划：

一、指导思想。

坚持马列主义，毛泽东思想。高举邓小平理论伟大旗帜，认真学习教育理论，贯彻“三个代表”重要指导思想，积极响应和贯彻素质教育钻研素质教育的实质。“减负”的内在，并以此指导自己的教育教学工作，遵循教育教学规律，紧扣大纲，把我教学层次，不断提高自己的业务水平。

二、基本情况。

这一学期，我继续担任初一(1，2)班的英语教学工作。这两个班级，每班各有学生三十五人左右，但是，基础却不尽人意。初一.1班的学生基础还可以，但是2班的基础却相差很远，学生基础参差不齐，两极分化严重，没有学习的兴趣。因此，教学工作开展的相当困难。

三、教材特点。

初中英语第一册(下)主要介绍了日常生活的交际用语以及一些西方国家的文化背景和风俗习惯，教材通俗易懂，旨在使初一级学生基本能用英语进行简单的交流。

四、教学目标。

力争在期末考试中优秀率打到30%左右，及格率达到60%左右。缩小学生间的差距。为下一学期的英语教育教学工作打下以良好的基础。

五、具体措施。

1、每天背诵课文中的对话。目的：要求学生背诵并默写，培养语感。

2、每天记5个生词，2个常用句子或习语。实施：利用“互测及教师抽查”及时检查，保证效果并坚持下去。

3、认真贯彻晨读制度：规定晨读内容，加强监督，保证晨读效果。

4、坚持日测、周测、月测的形成性评价制度：对英语学习实行量化制度，每日、每周、每月都要给学生检验自己努力成果的机会，让进步的同学体会到成就感，让落后的同学找出差距，感受压力。由此在班里形成浓厚的学习氛围，培养学生健康向上的人格和竞争意识。

5、对后进生进行专门辅导，布置单独的作业，让他们在小进步、小转变中体味学习的快乐，树立学习的自信，尽快成长起来。

6、关注学生的情感，营造宽松、民主、和谐的教学氛围。

7、实施"任务型"的教学途径，培养学生综合语言运用能力。

8、在教学中根据目标并结合教学内容，创造性地设计贴近学生实际的教学活动，吸引和组织他们积极参与。学生通过思考、调查、讨论、交流和合作等方式，学习和使用英语，完成学习任务。

9、加强对学生学习策略的指导，为他们终身学习奠定基础。

10、认真钻研教材，备好，上好每一节课，向45分钟要质量。

总之，新的学期已经开始了，我要以上一学期的基础为起点，树立信心，全身心的投入到新学期的教育教学工作中去。争取在新的一年里，把教育教学工作推向一新的层次。

风总是冷冷的吹过，我走在去学校的路上。却不知从哪里发出来一声声虚弱的声音。听!你听那个声音，是什么?好像是在呻吟，是在求救，更像是在哭泣。

是谁发出的声音呢?我四处寻找，没看到任何一个人。正当我满脸疑惑时，声音又响了起来，我仔细一看，原来是一片掉落的绿叶发出来的。我轻轻的将它捡起，放在手上。

绿叶有些颤抖地说：“救救我，救救我!我不想这么早就掉落!我不想还未看清世界，实现自己的价值，就这么掉落。”

我不解，微微皱起了眉头：“救你?怎么救你?你又是为什么掉落下来?”

绿叶用有些微弱的声音：“我，是你身后那棵树上的。我是最近才刚刚长出来的，我拼了命的吸取树的营养，为的只是早点看到世界，呼吸空气。可是，我......没想到......”小叶子有些哽咽，“没想到，我才刚长出来不到三天，还没看够这个世界，便被一个小男孩毫不理会我的疼痛，撕扯着我的身体，我拼了命的抵抗，可是，我还是太弱小，最终被扯了下来。小男孩，把我拿在手上玩了一小会，觉得无聊，就把我丢弃在这里，跑到别的地方去了。我不断地求救，不断地呼喊，不断的挣扎。可是却没有一个人来救我，我好痛。”

我听着小叶子的诉说，忍不住，落下了泪来：“小叶子，那我该怎么救你呢?”

小叶子有些虚弱：“把......把我......埋到那棵树下吧!让我......化成泥土，滋养树吧!我已经快不行了......我不奢求什么，就只希望你们人类，别再将我的兄弟姐妹们在无情的扯下来了......我......”

说着说着，小叶子便停住了，不再说话了。我还想让它说完话，不断地呼喊，摇动它：“小叶子，你醒醒，别睡啊，起来把你的话说完，小叶子，小叶子......”可是小叶子，一点反应也没有了。

我遵照小叶子的遗愿，将它埋在了大树下......“铃铃铃，起床啦，起床啦。”闹钟的声音将我从梦中叫醒。原来是一场梦啊!但却是那么的真实。风冷冷的吹过，我和同学走在了上学的路上，同学看到了一片红红的叶子，想伸手去摘。我连忙制止了她：“放过它吧!他也不容易。”

同学满脸疑惑的看着我，我什么也没说，只说了句：“以后别在摘叶子了，让他们好好生活吧!”我便拉着同学走了............

珠海，是一座美丽的海滨小城。你瞧，那镶着几朵白云的蓝天;那点缀着许多小花的绿油油的草地;那在阳光下闪着金光的大海……多么美丽的景色啊!可是，却有人给这绿色的城市添上了不光彩的一笔。

五一期间的一个夜晚，我们一家三口来到海边散步。那晚的夜色真美：风清月朗。海风轻轻地吹来，凉飕飕的，十分舒服。天上，星星们正快活的眨着眼睛。它们围绕着月亮婆婆，像是在倾听她讲故事;海面上，一盏盏渔灯若隐若现，在夜色中显得格外神秘;草地上，人们正快活的谈天说地。这时，我看见不远处有一些青年人，他们正站起身准备离开草地。而在草地上，却还留着许多垃圾，玻璃瓶呀，塑料饭盒呀，用过的纸巾呀……铺满了一张报纸。显然，他们刚刚在那儿“大吃大喝”。现在，他们要离开这儿了。可是，他们却一点儿也没打算把草地上的垃圾收拾干净。风一吹，报纸一翻，一些轻飘飘的垃圾随风飘到了另一块草地上。“喂，你们应该把垃圾收拾干净再走!”我真想追过去对他们说。可想了想，又停住了脚步。看着那些青年消失在黑暗中的背影，我真为他们感到惋惜。因为他们丢下的，不光是满地的垃圾，还有一颗宝贵的公德心啊!

有一次，我和妈妈一起出去买东西。回来的路上，妈妈正专心致志地开车，我则在观赏四周的景色。忽然，我看见在我们前面的“奥迪”车里，有人扔出了一个铁罐，可能是车里的人刚刚喝完饮料吧。“真不文明”我在心里狠狠地骂了一声。我还没来得及提醒妈妈，我们的汽车已经飞驰而过。“哐——”十分响亮的一声，把妈妈吓了一跳。“压着什么东西了?”妈妈自言自语。“没事，一个铁罐。”我答道，并转过头去看那倒在地上的铁罐，看着一辆辆车在它身上飞快地驶过。

如今的社会里，还有很多这样的人，瞧：有些人在白刷刷的墙上粘贴广告，使得原本干净的墙变得像个小丑的脸似的。一些调皮的小孩正在绿油油的草地上踢足球，他们的家长居然在旁边观看，还不时地拍手叫好，毫不理会那嫩绿的小草被孩子践踏地怎样。许多工厂因为生产而排放出来的有毒气体，也严重地影响了空气的清新。还有些人经常制造噪音，干扰我们的生活……这些不讲文明的人，严重地影响了我们这个绿色的城市，也影响了我们的绿色生活。

我们都是社会的一份子，社会需要我们人人都出一分力。我们要好好地保护环境，使天空永远蔚蓝;使草地永远碧绿;使大海永远清澈;使珠海永远是绿色的城市;使人们过的，永远是绿色的生活!

郭明义参军之前，只是初中学历。在部队时，他抓住“缝隙时间”学习英语。来到矿山工作后，他每天晚上都骑自行车往返20多公里，到市内的夜校学习。
