这些材料都是非常环保的，但缺点是加大了制作成本，私人提供的话可能不少商家会因此而破产。政府也不能做到免费给每家商户提供，而是采用自愿为原则的收费提供代替。不过据我的观察现在的环保袋上面都印刷着形式各异的广告，也许是商家们用这种方式来抵消成本呢!但我想，这也不失为一种两全其美的办法!
