After dinner at the great uncles house, I received a red bag and some books, and I had to digest the books a little bit. Its a pleasure to come to the great uncles house.

Watching anime is one of the favorite things I like to do. Some one may say watching anime is a waste of time and a kind of naive thing, but I dont think so. In fact, I can learn a lot from watching anime. For example , never give up , believe , confidence , intelligent and so on. I like the person in the anime too. Because they are usually stronger or cooler than the real people. They can make our dream come true. 看动漫是我最喜欢做的事之一。 也许有人会说，看动漫是浪费时间和幼稚的事情，但我不这样认为。事实上，我可以从看动漫中学到很多东西，比如说，从不言弃，信任，自信，智慧等等。 我也喜欢那些动漫里的人物，因为他们通常比真人更强壮或更帅气。他们可以去实现我们的梦想。

As we know, water is very important to man, we can’t live without water.

The amount of water which is suitable to drink is less and less. But some people

don’t care about it. They waste a lot of water in their daily life. Even worse,

they pour dirty water into rivers. They throw rubbish into rivers, too. Many

rivers and lakes are seriously polluted. Something must be done to stop the

pollution. And I think it’s agreat shame to waste while millions are in great

need of water. I think what we can do is that we have to save every drop of

water as possible as we can. For example, we must turn off the tap immediately

after we use it. We can use a basin to wash our hands and faces. It’s also a

good idea to encourage my friends and family members to join me! Only in this

way can we live happily. If we don’t save water, the last drop of water will be

a tear-drop of us. I believe if everyone makes a little effort, we can make a

big difference.

Seeing my whole education history, I have many teachers. But my favorite

teacher is only one. He is Mr Lu. He is my middle Chinese teacher and head

teacher. He is about fifty years old. Maybe he works too hard, so his back is a

little bent. He always wears a black glasses. He looks amiable but serious in

study. He always thinks us before everything. His class is very interesting and

full of different kinds of encouraging stories. He is very strict to us in

study. But whoever has difficulties, he would help us without hesitation.

Sometimes he plays the role of a strict teacher, sometimes he takes the place of

a kind father.

In the process of growing up, we gain knowledge and experience, but seem to lose the innocence of the child, remember, really feel a lot of change, yeah! We grew up.

I remember when I was young, every night my father to tell the story, after listening to good sleep, dad always smile to us, Dads smile is very kind, always feel like father like a mountain, give people a feeling of ease; the hour I of all full of curiosity, always love to ask why, to get the answer after dont stop.

And now? Everything changed, we have a lot of, do not understand what the little girl became a teenage student, never speak about my father, I know after I finish my homework to rest, to meet tomorrows own learning, just getting rich, dont ask why, feel that time flies good quick, is like.

Sometimes I feel very lonely, not like a child without reservation to tell his mothers mind, have their own secrets, to share with the people, willing to secret deeply hidden in my heart; sometimes feel that they are not concerned, no one knows, sad when no one knows comfort.. maybe. Grow really very tired very hard.

On the way to grow up is often lonely, learn to cheer yourself when nobody cheers. Dont be afraid, dont worry, bravely and frankly face all the things that grow up, give yourself encouragement, give yourself faith, give yourself happiness. In the journey of growth, what we need is a calm experience, a calm perception, and a brave face.

Growth has also made us learn a lot, learned to shoulder responsibility with their own immature shoulders, learned how to behave, learned to face their own.

Growth records the pain, but also engraved joy, along the footsteps of growth, step by step, we go to maturity, into the future.

Yesterday ,I went to a zoo with my parents .

When we got to the zoo, we climbed up a little hill first. We can see many kangaroos on the hill, I played with some kangaroos. Then, we went to a pond. I fished in the pond, and got a big fish and 2 small fishes. I was very happy at that time. After fishing, we walked on grass. There are many parrots on the grass. And we were surprised that one of them can speak English. I spoke to it, and it said ‘hello’ to me. That made a lot of fun for me.

In the afternoon, we went to see monkeys, pandas, snakes and big sharks. And I took many photos from them. I also rode a horse and painted a mask for fun.

When we back home, it almost got drak. But I’m very happy, because I had a good time at the zoo that day

Sunrise at Sea

I would often get up early to watch the sunrise when it was not yet quiet light and all was quiet except for the droning of the ship engine.

The sky was pale with a bluish blue. Soon a streak of pink dawn broke over the horizon，expanding gradually and becoming brighter and brighter. Knowing that the sun was about to rise, I had my eyes fixed on the distant edge of the sea.

As expected, the sun soon appeared revealing half of its face, which was very red but not bright It kept rising laboriously bit by bit as if weighted down with a heavy burden on its back until，after breaking through the rosy clouds;it completely emerged from the sea aglow with a lovely red. Then，before I knew it, the dark red orb began to shine blazingly, dazzling my eyes until they stung and all of a sudden lighting up the surrounding cloud.

Sometimes，hidden by the clouds, the sun nonetheless shed its rays straight onto the sea water, making it difficult for me to distinguish between the sky and the sea because what I saw in front of me was nothing but a wide expanse of brilliant light.

Sometimes, with thick layers of dark clouds hanging in the sky, the sun was hardly visible to the naked eye. But its radiance managed to show through the dark clouds to edge them with golden lace. Then, after gradually breaking through the tight encirclement, it came into full view and even dyed the dark clouds purple or scarlet. At the moment, apart from the sun，the clouds and the seawater, I too was luminous.

Wasnt that a marvelous spectacle?

1.进一步加强理论学习，更新教学理念，抽出时间学习新理论，以先进的教育理念指导自己的教育教学实践，本学期要学习有关有效教学资料以及改进评价内容和评价方法的资料，努力做到关注学生学业成就的同时，还要关注学生情感态度、行为方式的发展，注重培养学生综合实践的能力，全面提高学生的素质。

2.进一步落实与深化教学常规，聚焦常态课堂，打造高效课堂。按计划上好公开课，要求集体备课，及时评课，找出不足，共同学习，共同促进，以学生的主体作用为重点来实现高效课堂。同时，带领大家力求做到有效备课、有效上课、有效作业、有效培优补差，鼓励成员充分发挥教学特长，有效提高教学效率。

3.加强集体备课仍是本学期教研组工作的重点，因此要做到有计划、有目标、有实效，不走形式，各备课组本学期至少活动五次以上，时间固定，围绕主题，并有活动记录。以集体力量、集体智慧来提高全组成员的业务水平和教育教学能力。

4.初三备考是重中之重，加强初三毕业班工作的研究，提高毕业班教学效率，组织全组成员认真学习《中考说明》、《导引》和中考试卷分析材料，加强对中考动向的信息收集和试题研究。抓好听、说、读、写综合技能的培养，特别注重学生阅读、写作和应试能力的训练，力争顺利打响中考第一仗，争创中考英语成绩新辉煌。

5.加强科研文化建设，让研究成为习惯。研究能改变教师的生存状态，努力创设研究文化。本学期积极响应学校的科教研活动，开展一系列有关有效备课专题的活动：听说课的有效备课、阅读课的有效备课、复习课的有效备课。

6.继续建设本学科的资源库。建立学科的资源库，确实是一个利人利己的好举措。不断地添入新的资源，不断优化和建设资源库。

7.继续开展多样的学生活动，吸引学生的眼球,使学生更关注英语学习，营造有利于学生健康成长的学习环境。

总之，在校长室、教研室的带领下，我们英语组全体组员会开拓进取，不断完善自己，将教学质量放首位，为学校的教育事业贡献力量。
