life here is both busy and coloufful. we have classes every morning. in the

in the evening, we can go to talks or do reading in the library. this keeps us

occupied most of the week. but on weekends, there are always many

entertainments. we may go to the club to have a dance or go to the cinema to see

a fihn. sometimes we may also hold a party to practise oral english. in a word,

we like our life here very much.

一、准确定位，明确目标。就像萨老师热销的《没有计划就被计划掉》的书中所说，没有规划就会被这个时代所淘汰。而在我们充分分析自身内外在优势与不足之后，找到自己的目标，然后我们便会在RAS(目标导向系统)的指示下，不断做能促成我们目标达成的事，最终实现自身价值。

二、整合资源，全面出击。就像萨老师所说，一个人的成功绝对不可能是孤立的，“一个人后面站了七个人”，要学会基于一个点拓展出去，充分整合资源，在人性天平中实现资源的充分利用。同时，我们身处于享有丰富的大学城资源、国图资源等的环境中，一定要学会“整、借、变”，多多学习，不断修炼、完善自身。

三、博闻强记，坚持不懈。学习力是实现梦想深厚的基石，而行动力则是实现梦想最行之有效的方法。大学四年，过去了也就过去了，但倘若你抓住了、奋斗了、拼命了，你就成功了。

......当然还有很多感慨和收获，但以上是我所有感慨的主线。因为有萨老师的指导，我才更加知道自己该往哪走，并默默努力着。谢谢!感恩!

抽察结束了，只有一个人会背，所以全班做双倍作业。唉呀，真倒霉。

回顾小学六年的历程，我觉得自己长的了许多。小学的生活以在我们告别，中学的大门已为我们敞开。总跨进中学的第一步，我就感到很陌生：校园大了许多，同学大多是没见过面的，课程一下增加了三门，我担心我不能学好，老师的教育方法不同了，同学的言行态度不一样了，这些就像一片又一片浮云，在我脑海里飘来飘去……

虽然才上了没几天，但老师在我心目中的印象已经很深了，我最喜欢我的英语老师，他个子高高的，不戴眼镜，略瘦的身材，穿着一件蓝色的上衣，一条时尚的牛仔裤，真酷！当然，再酷也比不上他讲课时的幽默。

我们刚刚复习了小学学的数词（1~10)，老师说：“我竖一根手指你们就说one！两根就two！……听懂了没？”“听懂了！”我们大喊“two！four！three！one！one！one！one！”我们还不知道什么回事，老师就笑了：“真是一群可爱的小狗啊！”我们这才知道上当了，个个脸上露出带有笑意的“愤怒”。

老师把我们看做白云，他自己就是蓝天；把我们看做是小花草，他自己就是园丁……他捧着一颗心来，不带半根草去，这就是我们的英语老师，你们一定也很喜欢吧！

Our English teacher is very strict with us,and sometimes,she is very friendly and kind to us.

我们的英语老师对我们非常严格，但有时候她又对我们很和蔼。

She is also humorous.On the April Fools Day,she said to us,"you are going to have a holiday this afternoon".Many students thought it true.Many students dare not talk,because she is very strict.We are afraid that we cannot pass the exam,because the teacher will criticise us if we dont pass.She doesnt give us too much homework,and she doesnt give us too much pressure.Sometimes,we like our Engllish teacher.

我们四年级有一位诡计多端的英语老师，她总是能想尽各种办法让我们受罚。最近她“盯”上了我，这“盯”让我终生受益。

一天英语课，老师布置了课堂作业。她坐在讲台前，边喝水边用眼睛仔细地观察着同学们。看这架势，可能又要使出她的“整人”大法了。可能是因为我写的太快了，老师一直盯着我。终于写完了，我走上前去，把作业交给老师，以为老师会夸我。但是老师却抬头看了我一眼，脸上露出凶狠的表情说：“小战同学，你这还叫字吗？写得又慢又难看！”说完，老师就愤怒的把作业扔了，我只好重新写了。这字我感觉不错啊，怎么就这样了呢？

一个雨天，又要上这英语课了。老师讲了练习册。只要我有一点可疑，老师就会让我也丑。这不，又让我遭受“电闪雷鸣”了。练习册上，有一题我不会，就问同桌。她刚说出第一个字，老师就恶狠狠地说：“小战，你来回答这题吧！”我站了起来，低着头，心想：完蛋了。她自问自答：“你是不会？还是没听课啊？我看是都有！”同学们都哈哈大笑起来。老师接着说：“好，课文抄译五遍！”我只能感叹到：哎，怎么又是我？

这一次，老师把我英语小组长的位置也撤了。原因很简单，没检查作业。今天第二节课就是英语课，所以我要在第一节课下课后检查作业。可是下课的时候我这组都不在，没法检查啊！唉，老师为什么老盯着我！

就在这严厉的“盯”下，我的成绩越来越好，还养成了好习惯。

初一第一学期刚开学，教室前门就进来一位中等个子，披散着一头又直又长头发的女教师。上下一打量，25岁左右，个子1米55左右。她一进门就用英文介绍了一下自己！我立刻就意识到她就是我们的英语老师！她在介绍过程中说了这么一句我很荣幸能和你们成为师生，不过我对你们在学习英语这一方面提一个要求：我希望你们能认真听好每一节英语课，做好该做的笔记，能做到课前预习课后复习。这句话着实把我们全班都镇住了。第一印象：严格！还没正式上课就已经如此严格要求我们听课，那以后上课不就谁也不敢往下想

不久后发现，她不仅是我们班的英语老师，她也是隔壁七班的班主任！我有点害怕了，不知做班主任的她会不会更凶、更严格？

可是时间久了却发现，实际上并不是我们以为的那样。我们都觉得她是那么的亲切、容易交流

她上课时，会弄得全班同学都哈哈大笑，因为她会时不时用上几句现代用语。虽然这些都是我们经常说，但是从一个英语老师嘴里说出来，难免会有些别扭。我们之间的距离感一下子就消失了，反而，亲切感一下子就增进了！比如她反复强调的某些东西时，都强调了至少10遍了就会成了她的口头禅！这还没什么，到后来演变成100遍、N遍；最后递进到N+1遍。她在我心目中的我的第一好印象——亲切、滑稽、是个好老师，便彻底被抹杀掉了。

平时课堂上，她经常让我们听写、考试、玩游戏等等不像班主任那样，一进来准没好事——不停在传授一些人生大道理给我们。语文老师抱着书不是听写，就是背书。她每次都会说一些连班主任都不太懂的人生哲理的、感人的文章给我们听，有时还会说笑话，即使是不好笑，她自己也会乐成一团。

有一天下午的英语课，打了上课铃之后班里仍是像炸了锅一样热闹：吵架的、打架的、嬉笑的、K歌的，应有尽有，无所不有。我正奇怪英语老师为什么还没来？突然间发觉班上顿时鸦雀无声，我好奇的望望门口，发现英语老师就站立在教室门口。一同来的，还有班主任。班主任宣布了放学后全班站到6点，再吵就站到7点的圣旨后生气地朝办公室走去。我们在下面后悔已经来不及了，因为我们班主任从来都是说话算数的。同时也深感不服，我根本没吵到，凭什么要我陪他们留到6点，我越想越不服气，最后还是决定暂时不追究她，先认真上课再说。

我刚回过神来，忽然发现英语老师已经站在我的身边。我立刻打起十二分精神！过了一会儿，她说：其实今天的事我也有责任。我来晚了。可是大家真的很乱，我一路走过来，别的班都很安静地上课、自习，最吵最乱就是你们班了那好吧，我也要为这件事负点责任，我也陪你们站，大家谁都别坐了，好吗？她严肃的表情上找不到任何的虚伪迹象，我们都为之感动，就差流泪了。结果那个晚上，她真的一边管七班的纪律一边陪我们罚站，不停地在我们班和七班两个班之间走来走去，因为我们班和七班的教室刚好捏在一起！那天晚上她一直都没坐下过。我们看见她如此辛苦的陪着我们，谁也没好意思偷懒，就凭她的那番话和行为，我愿意站十个晚上来奉还。

教过我的英语老师甚至是所有老师中，她的确是教得最好且最能拉近与学生之间距离的一个。翻开我们的英语作业本，你会发现，每个人的本上每天都会有一个大大的评分：A+！

你们都是我的学生，你们在我心目中都没有优差之分，我对待我的每一个学生都是一视同仁的。只要你肯学，我都会卖力地教育你们！——这就是她的教学方式。

In my life I have met a great many teachers who are really worth recalling.
