做“四有”老师，做一个有高尚道德情操的老师，过好廉洁关是很重要的一个方面。结合廉政党课，今天想从四个方面谈谈廉洁从教的问题：一是廉洁从教的意义，二是解读一下《廉政准则》，三是分析我院教师中存在哪些不廉洁的行为，四是探讨一下如何做好廉洁从教。

一、廉洁从教的意义

(一)廉洁从教是教师为人的根本

教师作为人类文明的传播者，肩负培养下一代的艰巨任务，要想做到“传道、授业、解惑”，应该积极弘扬中华民族传统道德，以廉洁立身、立教，铸造高尚的师魂。古往今来，教育学家都将“立人”作为教师的重要素质，非常注重教师自身“立人”对学生的影响。教育始祖孔子曾说过“其身正，不令而行;其身不正，虽令不从”。只有廉洁从教，教师才能深刻影响学生的道德情感和精神世界，使学生在敬仰中，默默地产生着思想和行为的自我激励、自我修养和自我改造。

(二)廉洁从教体现了教师职业道德的本质要求

道德是人才的重要衡量标准，廉洁又是优秀和高尚的道德品质的重要体现。教育的重任之一是培养具有高尚道德品质的人。“学为人师，行为世范”。教师道德情操对学生具有潜移默化的渗透感染和陶冶作用，是学生学习敬仰的典范。因此，社会必然期望教师具有比其它行业更高的道德情操。不廉洁，贪欲多，就很难为人师表。教师清正廉明是从教的一个重要的条件，是教师“育人”的品德基础。

(三)廉洁从教是匡正社会不良风气的重要手段

当前，我国正处于社会转型期和矛盾凸显期，在市场经济发展过程中，多少会出现一些消极腐败现象，这些腐败和不正之风，也在影响和毒害着青少年。这就要求教师不但要引导学生树立正确的人生观、价值观，更要用教师的职业道德规范自己，真正做到以身作则，率先垂范。通过廉洁从教，深刻影响学生的道德情感和精神世界，使学生在敬仰中，潜移默化地产生抵制社会不良风气、树立清廉正气。

二、《中国共产党党员干部廉洁从政若干准则》(简称廉政准则)解读

(一)《廉政准则》颁布实施的意义

为规范党员干部的从政行为，党中央于2010年1月印发了《中国共产党党员领导干部廉洁从政若干准则》，《廉政准则》的颁布实施，使党员领导干部廉洁从政行为规范和实施监督制度更加全面、更加系统，对于保证党员领导干部廉洁从政，真正形成用制度规范从政行为、按制度办事、靠制度管人的有效机制具有重要的促进作用;对于加强领导干部廉洁自律工作和干部队伍建设，进一步提高管党治党水平和深入推进反腐倡廉建设具有十分重要的意义。党的十八大以来，中央、教育部、湖南省委出台的关于党风廉政建设、作风建设方面的大多数文件都是根据《廉政准则》而制定的。学习和领会《廉政准则》的精神，对于搞好党风廉政建设、推进作风建设常态化具有重要意义。

(二)《廉政准则》的主要内容

《廉政准则》共计四个部分，3700余字，分为总则、第一章“廉洁从政行为规范”、第二章“实施与监督”、第三章“附则”，第一、二、三章合计18条。

1、总则内容

总则部分，分为3个自然段，约400余字。

第一个自然段明确指出了党员领导干部廉洁从政的重要意义。指出“执政党的党风关系党的生死存亡。坚决惩治和有效预防腐败，是党必须始终抓好的重大政治任务”

第二自然段对党员领导干部廉洁从政提出了五个“必须”的正面要求。指出“党员领导干部必须具有共产主义远大理想和中国特色社会主义坚定信念，践行社会主义核心价值体系;必须坚持全心全意为人民服务的宗旨，立党为公、执政为民;必须在党员和人民群众中发挥表率作用，自重、自省、自警、自励;必须模范遵守党纪国法，清正廉洁，忠于职守，正确行使权力，始终保持职务行为的廉洁性;必须弘扬党的优良作风，求真务实，艰苦奋斗，密切联系群众。”

第三自然段强调了促进党员领导干部廉洁从政的基本原则。提出“促进党员领导干部廉洁从政，必须坚持标本兼治、综合治理、惩防并举、注重预防的方针，按照建立健全惩治和预防腐败体系的要求，加强教育，健全制度，强化监督，深化改革，严肃纪律，坚持自律和他律相结合。”

2、第一章党员干部“廉洁从政行为规范”内容选读(准则的核心内容)

“廉洁从政行为规范”一章中，采取先提出禁止性要求，再分项具体列举的方式，从8个方面规范党员领导干部的从政行为，提出了党员干部廉洁从政的52个不准。

第一条 禁止利用职权和职务上的影响谋取不正当利益。不准有下列行为：

(一)索取、接受或者以借为名占用管理和服务对象以及其他与行使职权有关系的单位或者个人的财物;

(二)接受可能影响公正执行公务的礼品、宴请以及旅游、健身、娱乐等活动安排;

(三)在公务活动中接受礼金和各种有价证券、支付凭证;

(四)以交易、委托理财等形式谋取不正当利益;

(五)利用知悉或者掌握的内幕信息谋取利益;

(六)违反规定多占住房，或者违反规定买卖经济适用房、廉租住房等保障性住房。

第二条 禁止私自从事营利性活动。规定了6个“不准”，如不准(一)个人或者借他人名义经商、办企业，不准(五)违反规定在经济实体、社会团体等单位中兼职或者兼职取酬，以及从事有偿中介活动。

第三条 禁止违反公共财物管理和使用的规定，假公济私、化公为私。不准有下列行为：

(一)用公款报销或者支付应由个人负担的费用;

(二)违反规定借用公款、公物或者将公款、公物借给他人;

(三)私存私放公款;

(四)用公款旅游或者变相用公款旅游;

第四条 禁止违反规定选拔任用干部方面。规定了8个“不准”，明确了党员领导干部在干部选拔任用方面的政策界限。如不准(一)采取不正当手段为本人或者他人谋取职位;不准(八)在干部选拔任用工作中封官许愿，任人唯亲，营私舞弊。

第五条 禁止利用职权和职务上的影响为亲属及身边工作人员谋取利益。规定了8个“不准”，明确了党员领导干部在亲属及身边工作人员提拔使用、收受他人财物、经商办企业等方面的政策界限。如不准(四)利用职务之便，为他人谋取利益，其父母、配偶、子女及其配偶以及其他特定关系人收受对方财物;

第六条 禁止讲排场、比阔气、挥霍公款、铺张浪费。规定了5个“不准”，明确了党员领导干部在公务消费、违规批建楼堂馆所、违规使用小汽车等方面的政策界限。如不准(一)在公务活动中提供或者接受超过规定标准的接待，或者超过规定标准报销招待费、差旅费等相关费用; 不准(二)违反规定决定或者批准兴建、装修办公楼、培训中心等楼堂馆所，超标准配备、使用办公用房和办公用品;不准(五)违反规定决定或者批准用公款或者通过摊派方式举办各类庆典活动。

第七条 禁止违反规定干预和插手市场经济活动。规定了5个“不准”，明确了党员领导干部在建设工程项目承发包、土地使用权出让、政府采购、房地产开发与经营、矿产资源开发利用、国有企业重大经营活动，以及农村集体资金、资产和资源的经营等方面的政策界限。

第八条 禁止脱离实际，弄虚作假，损害群众利益和党群干群关系。不准有下列行为：

(一)搞劳民伤财的“形象工程”和沽名钓誉的“政绩工程”;

(二)虚报工作业绩;

(三)大办婚丧喜庆事宜，造成不良影响，或者借机敛财;

(四)在社会保障、政策扶持、救灾救济款物分配等事项中优亲厚友、显失公平;

(五)以不正当手段获取荣誉、职称、学历学位等利益;

(六)从事有悖社会公德、职业道德、家庭美德的活动。

3、第二章“实施与监督”内容

本章共分共六条，明确了各级党委(党组)和主要负责同志是贯彻实施《廉政准则》的责任主体，党的纪律检查机关协助同级党委(党组)抓好《廉政准则》的贯彻落实，并负责对实施情况进行监督检查;规定了党员领导干部廉洁从政的教育制度和对党员领导干部执行本准则情况的监督检查制度、责任追究制度，强调贯彻实施《廉政准则》，要坚持党内监督与党外监督相结合，发挥民主党派、人民团体、人民群众和新闻舆论的监督作用。

4、第三章“附则”内容

本章共四条，一是规定了《廉政准则》的适用范围;二是规定各省、自治区、直辖市党委和有关部门、单位的党组织可以依据本准则，结合各自工作的实际情况，制定具体规定;三是规定《廉政准则》由中央纪委负责解释。

三、我院教师中的一些不廉洁行为表现

前任中纪委书记慰健行同志在交班给王歧山的时候，谈到当时反腐败形势时说过三个观点，第一党的领导干部其主流是好的，第二大多数干部也是好的，第三有轻微贪腐行为的是大多数。轻微贪腐行为的表现大多体现在作风上，群众反映强烈。因此，党中央一方面捉大老虎，严厉查处那些严重违纪违法的大案要案;另一方面，也从整顿作风开始，解决发生在老百姓身边的腐败问题。我们学院情况怎么样?相信大家都比较清楚，应该说，前几年轻微的腐败现象还是比较严重，经过几年的整顿，特别是党的群众教育实践活动，情况有所好转，但还是存在很多问题。根据纪委近几年接到的投诉，在廉洁从教方面主要存在下列几个方面的问题：

(一)教学过程中的以权谋私行为

有的部门在选定教材的时候，不管需要不需要，将自己老师编的书统统都塞进来，造成一门课发放4～5本书，内容较多重复，学生用的较少;

有的教师向学生推销自己编的参考资料或其他学习用品，买了东西的学生就给高分;

在监考的时候，对关系好的监得松，有的老师在期未考试、英语等级考试和专升本考试中甚至协助学生作蔽;

不公正地评定学生成绩，对平时关系好的学生或给了自己好处的学生送分、泄题。

(二)管理人员的吃、拿、卡、要行为

收受学生及家长的礼品、礼金，接受学生及家长的吃请;

评定学生成绩时(特别是毕业补考成绩、实习实训成绩)暗示学生送礼，对送礼的学生成绩就合格，对不送礼的学生迟迟不给成绩;

评定学生奖助学金的时候，打招呼、拉关系，要求照顾亲戚、熟人，甚至有的老师甚到想拿回扣;

不按程序评优和推荐学生入党，名单不公示，不征求学生意见，个人说了算，暗箱操作。

(三)科研工作中的弄虚作假行为

学术造假，捏造数据，虚报科研成果;

学术浮躁，论文抄袭、东拼西凑，质量低。一篇论文改几个题目多次发表;

为了使项目立项或通过，托熟人、拉关系走后门;

乱开支科研经费和重点建设项目经费，将在外面吃吃喝喝的不相关的费用罗列进来。

(四)违反财政纪律的行为

不执行收支两条线规定，部门私设“小金库”;

不经过财务批准，私自向学生收费;

高价向学生推销商品，自己拿回扣得好处;

虚列开支，套取学院资金。

(五)利用职权违规谋求个人好处的行为

利用权力，向学生家长谋求业务上的好处;

为校外培训机构进行虚假招生宣传，收取中介费;

猥亵学生、向学生提出过分要求(如要学生陪打麻将、陪喝酒等);

工作不认真，得过且过，将主要精力用于于兼职，利用权力捞取个人好处。

四、如何做好廉洁从教工作

分析教师不廉行为的原因，一是教师主观上的认识错位，没有树立正确的人生观和价值观，个人主义、拜金主义和功利思想严重。二是学院缺乏有效的监督、制约机制。廉洁行政讲得多，廉洁从教讲得少。有的人认为，做为一名教师从事学院基层管理人员，没有多大的权力，谈不上腐败的问题，反腐倡廉是领导干部的事。三是我们的少数老师对自己缺乏严格的要求，有的教师明知利用职务之便谋取私利是不廉洁的行为，但还是不收敛自己的行为，而且“理直气壮”。认为“不捞白不捞”，“教师每天辛辛苦苦太清贫了，能捞就捞一把，补偿劳苦也在情理之中”。

事实上，与学生接触最多的是教师，对学生影响最大的也是教师，我们的教师是学生的希望、学院的希望和国家的希望。教师被誉为“天底下最光辉的职业”，人们供奉“天地君亲师”，给予教师祟高的地位，同时也对教师提出了比其他职业更高的要求。习XX总书记在教师节前一天到北师大看望师生，与教师座谈并发表重要讲话，一方面反映了党中央对教育的重视、对教师的尊重，另一方面也提出了对教师的严格要求。

今年的教师节，还发生一件事，黑龙江XX县高级中学高二年级十七班班主任冯群超，上课时公然向学生索要教师节礼物，对学生进行辱骂。随后，学生班长组织同学集资，花费296元购买了6箱牛奶，分别送给了冯群超等6名授课老师。事件经网络爆光后，在全国引起了极大的反响，XX市委也迅速进行了查处。向学生索礼的老师冯超群被开除，校长被免职，县教育局长、主管教育的副县长也分别受到党纪、政纪处分。从这件事上，我们看到党中央从严治党、从严治教的决心。我们的老师应汲取XX县教师索礼事件中的教训，要遵纪守法，把教书育人作为毕生的事业追求，自觉担负起教书育人的神圣职责，以人格魅力和学识魅力教育感染学生，做学生的良师益友和健康成长的指导者和引路人，努力做党和人民群众满意的好老师。

开学了，我们班换了一个英语老师，她姓何，很漂亮，有着一头长长的、卷卷的头发，漂亮的瓜子脸上嵌着一双亮晶晶的眼睛，可有神了。她上课的时候又严厉又有耐心。

我的老师长着瓜子脸，眼睛小得像两颗小樱桃，嘴巴时圆时扁，牙珍珠似的白。她就是我的英语老师——刘老师，我们都叫她刘老师，她读英语很标准，也很会教学生。

您好!自从我升入初中后，一直只做个“倾听”者，所以想借这次写信(作业)的机会，做一回“倾诉者”。

记得我刚上初一时，第一次英语考试考得不很好——离您定的合格线还差一分。我当时又气愤又伤心，因为这是我第一次要接受所谓的“专用培训班”考试前夕，我满怀信心，好似20世纪的淘金者;可考试后，我又像一只战败的雏鹰。最令我接受不了的事实就是——您似乎把我当成了一个差生。我下定决心：下次考试必须合格!不管是我自信心还是自尊心或是永不言败的性格都是这样命令我的。

可是，一周后的第二次考试，我只是比合格分数高了1.5分。但我并不满足只是合格这个分数，我从来都没有想过仅仅考“合格”，于是开始漫长而又艰辛的学习之路。

终于，功夫不负有心人。我以140多分的成绩向大家证明：我不是一个差生!于是，春哥(班主任)在团队课点名表扬了我，我有幸成为全班第二个被点名表扬的人。春哥说，我之所以能被表扬，是因为我在短短两个星期的学习中，由“最底层”到“最高层”完成了一个巨大的飞跃，一个看似不可能的升华。还说我背后付出了很多的辛劳和时间。我倒觉得他说的太夸张了，我是因为内心始终有着一个信念：我曾经不是一个差劲的学生，现在也应当不是!别人能做到的，我没理由做不到!

许多仍要接受“特殊教育”的同学纷纷问我：“你是凭着什么考到140分的?”我笑而不答，故作神秘。或许，您心中也有着这样类似的疑惑吧!其实真正的“秘诀”春哥已经说清楚了。刚开始的时候，我也曾疑惑过：我能够做到吗?这时，我想到了“望天树”它经历过多么残酷的挫折——被马鹿一脚踢下悬崖，被傲慢的野葵花嘲笑，生长的环境阴霾笼罩，磐石贬损。可它始终铭记着大地的话，瞄准太阳，笔直的冲上云霄……我想：望天树的环境比我更糟糕，它都能实现自己的理想，我有什么不可能的!

我的英语老师名叫朱祥慧。听这名字,以为是女的,其实是男的。朱老师长得丑,而且不是一般的丑。俗话说得好:人不可貌相,海水不可斗量。我们以貌取人就大错特错了。他虽然丑,但是英语过了八级呢!厉害吧!

更厉害的还是上他的课呢。他的课,每一节都不同寻常。特别是班上那些调皮捣蛋的学生,简直就是小心翼翼、提心吊胆了。对他们来说,上英语课,应该如同下地狱一般痛苦吧。为什么呢?因为一不小心就有“坠入深谷的危险”——接受“严刑拷打”的考验。“拷打”的过程中,班里有些女生就拍手叫好。用英语老师的话来说,那就是:“上英语课有仇的报仇,有冤的申冤。如果这些男生一而再、再而三地欺负女生,找我就可以了!”这一番话可是说到女生的心窝子里了。

我最佩服英语老师的“双棍打”。左右手都得打,经过老师的一阵“狂打”,你的手非得疼上半节课。其次就是“蹲板凳”——把凳子抽出来,然后你坐在空气中,姿势还必须就像坐在板凳上的一样。20分钟下来,你就挥汗如雨了!这两招还都不算狠,最狠的一招是“笑脸”。英语老师会拍着你的肩膀,笑着对你说一番话,这时,他就会露出那一口不齐整的大牙,令你“毛骨悚然”。

当然也有女生挨揍的时候。前两招我就都领教过,第三招还没“享受”过,我现在是没有那个“荣幸”了。所以,我觉得一句话非常适合形容英语课,那就是:不经历风雨,怎能见彩虹。

“严师出高徒”,我们班的英语成绩就不用说了,每次考试都稳拿第一。英语老师常常用武力,我们班同学居然都喜欢他,在学校组织的“最受欢迎的老师”的评选中,英语老师竟然位居榜首。

在我的眼中，我的初中英语老师是一个穿梭于课堂之中幽默的化身。

我的初中英语老师身材瘦小，一头卷发，头发上总是喜欢戴发夹。夏天，她喜欢穿休闲裙，下面往往搭配一双阿迪达斯的板鞋。

我的初中英语老师很严格。每当早读时，她一走进教室，我们便知道今天要听写英语单词了。我们拿本子的速度很慢，她就会说：“快点嘛！真的是，叫你们不把自己的听写本放好。”单词听写完后，我们总是要讨论自己听写得如何。这时她就会说：“你们能不能安静一点，再不安静的人，我就扣操行分了！”但是每次说完话后，总是会有同学还要说话，只不过把音量调小了很多。可是老师的耳朵尖，每次都能听见，便生气地说：“A和B，我用语言告诉你们不要说话，你们偏不听，你们是不是需要我付出行动？”A和B同学就使劲摇头，老师看见后会说“你们话多，上课时就多回答问题吧！”上课时，每当有同学太活泼，老师就会十分严厉地说：“XXX同学禁言十分钟！”

我的初中英语老师很幽默。记得有一次，老师教我们读“沙滩”的英语单词，老师教的很认真，说：“记住，要读长音。”我当时并没有搞懂长音和短音的区别，老师请我起来朗读时，班上许多同学都在笑，我十分茫然。老师说：“你读错了。”还告诉我，如果读成了短音，就变成了另外一个单词——“母狗。”如果说“我要去沙滩”人家外国人就会听成“我要去母狗”！听到这里，我的脸刷一下就变红了。从此以后，我明白了短音和长音区别很大，英语发音很重要。

My campus life is rich and colorful.

The university life different secondary school life.And it is a problem that how should I adapt to college life.

I go to attend claeveryday morning excluding weekend .In the class I just listening to lectures, and my teachers and classmates discuss the problem.After  class, ofen i go to play basketball or badminton with my friends.

In the evening,i have two hours for study by oneself in scheduled time, and then go back to my dormitory and surf on the internet.At the weekend,i take part in some part-time jobs and go to the Einglish Corner sometimes.
