良好的班集体是需要大家共同努力构造的。少了班上任何一个同学的努力都不行。为了把我们这个班集体办得更好，在这里我向大家提出一些最起码的要求。第一，认真遵守学校学习纪律。第二，要认真遵守学生手册的规则。至于具体的班规，将由同学们一起讨论，民主投票决定。

同学们，让我们一起携手共同努力把我们这个班建设成为一个民主管理、班风严谨和学习氛围浓厚的先进班集体!
