到了晚上，我们看了“春节联欢晚会”，到了十二点，外面已经放起了烟花爆竹。

“千门万户曈曈日，总把新桃换旧符。”新的一年来了，我又长大了一岁，做了一个十二岁的五年级同学。我会做一个懂事的孩子，做一个大哥哥大姐姐的样子!

“爆竹声中一岁除”一年一度的春节又开始了。

今年春节，我在外婆家过的。这里的春节，比较热闹。春节前夕，我们刚回到，就发现家家户户，都焕然一新，打扫得干干净净的，还都贴上红红的春联，准备迎接新年的到来。

除夕夜，按照习俗要吃一顿团圆饭，就是所有的家庭成员都赶回来，一起吃一顿饭。外婆忙着准备过年吃的食物，有鸡、鱼、猪肉、牛肉等，可丰富了。

这么多吃的，我最喜欢的一种小吃是牛腊巴（一种牛肉干），整天吃个不停，不幸的是，我在吃团圆饭的时候，却发烧了，其他什么菜都没有尝到，就只吃了一碗无味的白粥，就软绵绵的睡觉去了。

半夜，“啪啪啦啦”我被一阵阵鞭炮声给吵醒了，一直睡不着，我看了一下钟，现在已经是十一点五十了，突然安静了下来。没到几分钟，“嘭”一阵小声的鞭炮，接着大声的”轰”，一直鞭炮就“劈里啪啦”响个不停，还有人们的欢呼声，互相拜年，我知道，新的一年现在开始了。第二天天亮，大街小巷一片张灯结彩，地上满是红色的鞭炮纸，好像铺上的一条红地毯。

热闹的气氛一直持续到我们离开的时候。
