想想自己，其实应该反省和检讨。我要感谢的人太多太多，父母、亲人、老师、同学、朋友、同事，所有爱我的人和我爱的人，还有许许多多萍水相逢却帮助过我的人。只是，生活的无奈让自已也曾一度沉沦和低迷，也曾自抱自弃，怨天尤人。我忘了怎么去微笑，忘了敞开心扉去交流，忘了去回应大家的关心，忘了潇洒地祝福，忘了人要学会坚强……这样的我让大家担心牵挂、伤心难过，还要让他们为我奔走操劳。我沉醉在自己的伤痛中，关上心门，尘封记忆，不想努力，也不愿改变，折磨自己的同时，也辜负了所有人的期待和关心。今天，在这个特别的节日里细细想来，真感觉有些无地自容。原来，我已经沉醉得太久太久，忽略的东西太多太多，包括我的亲人和所有关心我的朋友们，还有我在许多人眼中看来不正常的生活。

感恩父母!对不起!是我的自私和倔强，让你们一生都在为我操劳和牵挂，而我却从不曾顾虑你们的感受。

感恩朋友!对不起，是我的固执和任性，使我对你们的劝慰和鼓励无动于衷，我从不曾去体会你们的心情。

感恩世界!对不起，是我的沉溺和偏执，让我对你充满了抱怨和愤恨，我从不曾用心去发现你的美好。

让我们学会感恩。感恩生命，生命让我们变得鲜活;感恩成长，成长让我们变得成熟;感恩遇见，遇见让我们相知;感恩欢笑，欢笑让我们快乐;感恩泪水，泪水让我们懂得忧伤的珍贵;感恩挫折，挫折让我们学会思索;感恩爱情，爱情让我们变得美丽……感恩我们生命中所有的得到和失去，感恩这个无比精彩也充满无奈的世界。

相信，感恩会让我们变得坚强，带着一颗宽容的心、迈着从容的步伐勇敢向前!

Be grateful for friends

It is a celebrating day. I got in touch with Michael whom I have been losing contact for one year.

It is really magic. I was searching online aimlessly yesterday when an idea struck me suddenly: since Ben can find out my secret by keying in my name in the search engines, why cant I do so, either?

I intended to find out something about Ben in revenge in the first place, but soon extend my name list to a wider category. It was then that I recalled Michael suddenly.

We have lost contact since our last correspondence in my senior 3. He mentioned to me in his last letter that he was preparing for going to UK to further his education. I, shamefully, was too busy to reply his mail then. When I was recommended to ZJU and won the final freedom, I thought he had already been in UK so I had no idea where to write him.

I used to think that we would never meet again. However, when I browsed the entries about him, I found out excitedly that he is still in P.R.C.!!

Without a moment hesitation, I ran upstairs to my dorm and found out my old address book. Thank goodness, his home no was still there.

After 3 times calling with no answer replies, I eventually got him on the phone. He was more surprised than I could imagine that when I asked for his hp no he was too nervous to remember it.

Life is enjoyable in moments such like this. Old friends meet again surprisingly, on a road of their own ways to their dreams. They look at the face of each other, and recognize the old pal. It is such moment that makes me feel grateful to life: whenever I set off for a new destination, I see I have friends in the same direction, with whom I wont feel alone any more.

人们都知道“山感恩地，方成其高峻;海感恩溪，方成其博大;鲜花感恩雨露，因为雨露滋润它成长……”这句话。而人呢?人一定要感恩父母，因为是父母给了我们生命，给了我一个幸福美满而又和谐的家。

父母为我们做了这么多，难道我们就无动于衷吗?难道父母就应该为我们操劳一辈子吗?难道我们就不该怀着感恩之心，去感恩那些昼夜不分，为了孩子而牺牲自己健康和安逸生活的父母吗?他们对孩子是那样呵护有加。他们就像一只大鸟，在电闪雷鸣、倾盆大雨中，仍然坚强地屹立着，让小鸟们躲到自己的羽翼之下，不让小鸟淋湿一根羽毛。大鸟的这种精神，不正是父母对孩子的关爱吗?

感恩父母是每个人应有的、最起码的良知，确切地说，更是建立和睦家庭，构建和谐社会的思想基础。所以，我们一定要怀着感恩之心，去感谢自己的父母。

记得那是一个初冬的夜晚，那天夜里风刮得很大。不巧的是，我突然发起了高烧。当时，爸爸不在家。妈妈急得满头大汗，抱起我就往村西的医务室奔去。当时的天十分黑，真可谓伸手不见五指!但妈妈抱着我，深一脚、浅一脚地向前奔跑。在路上，我清清楚楚地听到妈妈粗重的喘息声。不知是妈妈的汗水，还是她焦急的眼泪，温热地淌在我的脸上，顿时，一股暖流涌遍了我的全身。妈妈为我付出了太多太多，难道不应该去感激她吗?

这样的事，只是母爱的冰山一角，也是天下父母的一个缩影。那么作为子女，不应当感恩父母吗?我认为：感恩使人懂得人生，感恩也可以使我们懂得道理，感恩更使我们懂得孝心与公德、义务与良知……总而言之，“感恩”这两个重要的字眼儿是多么让人回味无穷啊!真是应了那三句话了：

感恩如海，情感作舟，泛舟于海，方知海之宽广。

感恩如山，情感为径，取径于山，方知山之高大。

感恩如歌，情感是曲，和曲为歌，方知歌之动听。

今天是感恩节，妈妈给我讲了感恩节的来历：是英国人为了感谢印第安人给他们送来火鸡和食物的那一天。所以，每年11月最后的一个星期的星期四，被称为感恩节。

由此，我想到了我身边的很多亲人，我要特别感谢我的妈妈。

今天晚上，我要给妈妈洗脚。写完作业，我悄悄的走入卫生间，将洗脚大盆子拿出来，接上一点凉水，在倒上一些热水，把手小心翼翼的放到水中，自言自语到﹕温度正好。我把盆子端到妈妈面前，说﹕“妈妈我来给你洗脚吧!”妈妈说﹕“好孩子，谢谢你。”我首先将妈妈的裤脚卷起来，再把妈妈的袜子脱下来，让妈妈把脚放到盆子里。我用小手撩起水，一点点的给妈妈搓着脚。妈妈笑着说﹕“木子的小手真软呐!”我高兴的说﹕“妈妈，将来我的小手变成了大手，还能帮你干很多事呢。”妈妈说：“好，我等着。”我和妈妈都笑了。我将妈妈的脚洗得干干净净，又拿来干毛巾将妈妈的脚擦干。紧接着，我又将妈妈的袜子打上肥皂洗的干干净净。

作为女儿，我们有责任来爱自己的父母，回报他们的养育之恩。我通过这次给妈妈洗脚，看出了妈妈的劳累。妈妈，我以后还会给你洗脚，因为我非常非常爱您。

上个月，在一次体育活动课上，我不慎将手碗摔骨折了。俗话说得好“塞翁失马，焉知非福”，带着石膏，却能体验幸福。我之所以能更深地体会到到同学们对我的帮助，学会了感恩我身边的同学，正是因为这次意外地受伤。

每到放学，我收书包不太方便，但总会有同学主动地对我说：“让我来帮你收吧!”“我来!”……听着一句句关心的话语，我真的再也忍不住，热泪好几次溢满了我的眼眶。虽然骨折了，可是我的心里却甜蜜无比，我的生活被同学们悉心地关照着。

就这样，在同学们的声声关心中，我度过了漫长的一个月。可这一个月又是短暂的，同学们的关心、帮助使我在无聊时觉得充实，疼痛时感觉到慰籍。我很感谢上天能把我安排在这样一个团结互助的大家庭里，在这里还有什么困难不能笑对呢?

记得上学期学过这么一篇课文，好像是叫《爱之链》吧。同学们把关心与爱都给了我，而我的报答应该是什么呢?那就是将这份关心与爱继续传递下去，在别人需要帮助时，也为他们送去爱与关心。

感恩是什么？感恩是感激别人对自己的恩惠。在社会生活中缺少不了感恩，所以我们要学会感恩。

感恩节是北美洲独有的节日，始于1621年。1863年，美国总统林肯将它定为国家假日，并且规定每年11月的第四个星期四为美国的感恩节。感恩节有四天假期。借着长假，很多人都会赶回家庆祝佳节，所以，美国感恩节的热闹程度绝不亚于中国的中秋节。

17世纪初，英国的清教徒遭到迫害。1620年9月，102名清教徒登上“五月花”号帆船，于12月26日到达了美国的普利茅斯港，准备开始新的生活。然而，这些移民根本不适应当地环境，第一年冬天过后，只有50人幸存。第二年春天，当地印第安人送给他们很多必需品，并教会他们如何在这块土地上耕作。这一年秋天，移民们获得了大丰收，11月底，移民们请来印第安人共享玉米、南瓜、火鸡等制作成的佳肴，感谢他们的帮助，感谢上帝赐予了一个大丰收。自此，感恩节变成了美国的固定节日。

As soon as everyone steps into junior middle schools, English plays an important role in our daily life.
