[谁言寸草心，报得三春辉]，[谁知盘中餐，粒粒皆辛苦]，我们小时侯背诵的古诗.讲的就是要感恩，滴水之恩，当涌泉相报.中国绵延多少年的古老成语，告诉我们的也是要感恩.但是这些古训并没有融入我们的思想.我们忘记了无论生活还是生命都需要感恩.

没错，感恩的敌人是忘恩负义.但是，真正忘恩负义的人毕竟是少数，大多数的人常常把别人的帮助认为是理所当然，便容易忘记，有意无意的站在了感恩的对立面.我们父母给予我们的爱常常是细小琐碎却无微不至.不过我们这一代人常常觉得这是父母应该做的，有时还嫌他们太烦.

懂得感恩的人，往往很谦虚，是有敬畏之心的.因此，那怕是比自己更弱小的人给予自己的哪怕一点点帮助，也是不会轻看的，不敢忘记的.

不懂得忏悔的人，一般也缺乏感恩之情.道理很简单.这样的人，往往惟我独尊，一切以自己为中心，认为自己从来都没有错.对别人给予他的帮助，他是不会在意的，反而会认为这样的帮助是多余的，是让他下不了台.这样的人，心如冰硬的水泥板，是无法发出感恩之声来的.

盼啊盼，终于盼到了节日，可这不是儿童节，也不是母亲节，而是感恩节。我要感谢我的妈妈，妈妈含辛茹苦地把我养大，多么不容易!

幼儿园时，每天晚上，妈妈陪我学习，给我讲故事，为我收拾房间，帮我做手工作业。上床前，为我冲好牛奶，铺好被子，准备好洗脚水，把第二天要穿的衣服放好。我躺在软软的床上后，妈妈又帮我整理好书包，去准备第二天的早餐。妈妈从来不让我吃凑合饭，总是变着花样做饭。

转眼间，我已经是三年级的学生了，可以做些力所能及的事情了，可妈妈还是抢着帮我做，妈妈多么爱我啊!妈妈，我也爱你!感恩节快乐!

我曾感恩过许多人，比如∶爸爸，妈妈，外公，外婆，奶奶，老师……但我最要感谢的是关心我无微不至的母亲。

在我生病时，总是她送我去医院。在我考试成绩不理想时，总是她给我信心和安慰。在我遇到不会做的作业时，总是她为我辅导功课。

曾有一件事令我难以忘怀。记得有一次，快放学了。可正在那时，天空不作美——下起了倾盆大雨。雨连着风，把窗户都吹的摇来摇去。“铃，铃，铃——”放学了。我没有带伞，看着许多有伞的同学回家了，我十分着急，在走廊上走来走去。就在这时，我身上暖和了许多——是妈妈！她给我带来了衣服和伞。她眼神是那么黯淡，脸上是多么疲惫，感情之火在我心里熊熊燃烧着。

在回家的路上，我都在雨伞里，安然无恙。可雨水却打在母亲的衣服上，此时我的心犹如刀割似的难受。我说：“妈妈，你站过来一点吧。”妈妈却说；“不了，我站过来你就会淋到。”这么简短的一句话，包含着妈妈对我的爱，这种爱是那么无私，是那么真诚。

啊，母亲！你为我付出了许多，我一定会用优异的成绩报答您的。

再过一天，星期四将是西方一个古老的节日——“感恩节”。每逢“感恩节”，美国举国上下热闹非凡；按照习俗，人们前往教堂做感恩祈祷，举行化装游 行、戏剧表演或体育比赛，品尝美味的“感恩火鸡”，借此感谢已经拥有的和即将得到的。

感恩节的原意是感谢上天赐予的好收成。1620年，102名英国清教徒乘坐“五月花号”船，从荷兰驶向北美新大陆，寻找他们新的乐土，并在今天的马萨诸塞州定居。但他们的生存环境并不乐观，一个冬天后，102名移民只剩下了50名。这时附近的一名印第安酋长找到了他们，给新移民们带来了许多生活必需品，并教会他们捕鱼、狩猎、耕作以及饲养火鸡等技能。第二年清教徒就获得了农业的丰收。当年的总督决定在11月底举行一次盛典，感谢上帝的眷顾，这就是历史上第一个感恩节。移民们和印第安人围坐在篝火边，共同享用玉米、火鸡等美味”。1941年，美国国会批准通过罗斯福的法案，正式宣布每年11月的第4个星期四为全国的感恩节。火鸡是感恩节的标志性食物”

“感恩节”是美国的，但“感恩”却不分国度。

20xx年6月，我们实验中学实施“感恩教育”，构建学校主体文化。

在生活中，无不存在着值得感恩的地方。周围的人和物，日常生活中的大事小事，只要用感恩的心去面对，一切将变得那么美好！学会感恩，让你对生活多了份欣赏，多了份爱，少了份挑剔，少了份抱怨。感恩让人更加友善，让人更加平和。

感激生育你的人，因为他们使你体验生命；感激抚养你的人，因为他们使你不断成长。感激帮助你的人，因为他们使你度过难关。感激关怀你的人，因为他们给你温暖。感激鼓励你的人，因为他们给你力量。感激教育你的人，因为他们开化你的蒙昧。感激钟爱你的人，因为他们让你体会爱的宝贵。感激伤害你的人，因为他磨炼了你的心志；感激绊倒你的人，因为他强化了你的双腿；感激欺骗你的人，因为他增进了你的智慧；感激藐视你的人，因为他觉醒了你的自尊。学会感激。感激一切使你成长的人。

同学们，让我们回报父母：主动承担一些家务，体验父母的艰辛，减轻父母的负担，努力做让父母放心的好孩子。让我们回报老师：勤奋学习，刻苦钻研，插上创新的翅膀，在知识的海洋里遨游。让我们回报学校：爱护校园中的一草一物，不随地乱扔果皮纸屑，努力创建一个整洁、和谐的校园。让我们回报社会：遵守社会公德，遵守交通规则，夜深人静时把电视的声音开得小些，给邻里一个安静的夜晚……

老师们、同学们，感恩，不仅是一种礼仪，更是一种健康的心态，它能折射出社会文明的进程。让我们每个人都怀揣一颗感恩之心，做永远绽放灿烂自信笑容的实中人！
