这些都是浅显的道理，没有人会不懂，但生活中的我们在理所当然地享受着这一切的同时，却经常缺少了一颗感恩的心。

“感恩”是个舶来词，“感恩”二字，牛津字典给出的定义是：“乐于把得到好处的感激呈现出来且回馈他人。”

“谁言寸草心，报得三春晖”。“谁知盘中餐，粒粒皆辛劳”，我们小时候背诵的这些诗句，讲的就是感恩。

“滴水之恩，涌泉相报”，“衔环结草，以恩报德”，中国绵延多年的古老成语，告诉我们的也是感恩。

“感恩”之心，就是对世间所有人所有事物给予自己的帮助表示感激，铭记在心；“感恩”之心，就是我们每个人生活中不可或缺的阳光雨露，一刻也不能少。无论你是何等的尊贵，或是怎样的看似卑微；无论你生活在何地何处，或是你有着怎样非凡的生活经历，只要你胸中经常怀着一颗感恩的心，随之而来的，就必然会不断地涌动着诸如暖和、自信、坚定、善良等等这些美好的处世品格。

感恩是每个人应有的基本道德准则，是做人的起码修养。很多人、很多事，其咎盖源于不会、不愿感恩，鸦有反哺之义，羊有跪乳之恩，不懂感恩，就失去了爱的感情基础。

学会感恩，就是要学会懂得尊重他人，对他人的帮助时时怀有感激之心；学会感恩，就是让你知道每个人都在享受着别人通过付出给自己带来的快乐生活；学会感恩，首先要拥有一颗感恩的心，一个人只有懂得感恩，才会懂得付出，懂得付出后，才能获得感恩；学会感恩，要培养谦虚的品德，对待比自己弱小的人，要知道躬身弯腰伸出援助之手；学会感恩，要有奉献精神，无论做什么事，应以“公”为先，做一个大公无私、乐于奉献的.人。

在我们身边，天天都有感恩的故事发生，假如专心去体会，时时都会有终生难忘的温馨。天天都有感恩之心，是多么幸福、清净的境界，让我们都做一个学会感恩的人吧！

The Ten-minute Break Between Classes Time seems to be so limited for us Senior Three students. As a result, more and more students try to study from early morning till late afternoon, even during the ten-minute breaks. In my view, taking a ten minute break between classes is equally important. Otherwise, we will feel exhausted both physically and mentally,During the ten minute break, we are supposed to do something really relaxing, we need is to have a rest, instead of getting more tired. Besides, studying during the break doesn ’ t necessarily mean that you will achieve more. So doing nothing tiring in that short period is of greater significance. As far as my ten-minute breaks are concerned, sometimes I take some simple exercise, such as having a walk with my classmates, or just a free chat to refresh myself. When the next class begins, I feel energetic again.

今天晚上英语老师组织了一场感恩节的活动，我看到了汶川地震的视频，好多孩子都失去了亲人，我都感动得哭下来了，我觉得那些孩子好可怜呀！我还听到一位老师讲了感恩的心这首歌的来源，是一个小女孩从小和她的妈妈相依为命，有一天，很晚很晚了，她妈妈还没回家，那个小女孩便按着妈妈以前回来的路去寻找她，当她正要过马路的时候，发现妈妈手里拿着一块年糕躺在地上，她妈妈已经离开人世了，但妈妈脸上露着微笑，眼睛还没有闭起来，那个小女孩想，可能是妈妈怕她失去活下来的信心才没有闭起双眼，从而激励她更好地生活下去！小女孩就用手语创作了感恩的心，一遍遍地比划着唱着。

感恩节还有个活动，就是给爷爷奶奶，爸爸妈妈搽护手霜，看看他们手上有没有皱纹，摸摸他们的手，感受他们对孩子的付出！

我们还看了一个儿子对待父亲的视频，他的母亲早逝，是父亲一个人把他拉扯大的，那个儿子一直在外忙于工作，想给父亲买一套有暖气舒适的房子，但是那个时候钱很难挣，所以他就把标准降低为给父亲买个轮椅，带他到外看看阳光晒晒太阳，感受太阳的温暖，但是这笔钱也很难挣，后来他就在外想方设法地赚钱，最后他终于发财了，事业有成了，想回家看看父亲，可是父亲已经去世了，儿子看到父亲床边的遗书，上面写着，我知道你工作忙，没时间陪我，前几天我觉得呼吸困难，想告诉你，但怕影响你工作，就一直拖着———，儿子哭着说只顾着自己的人是垃圾，子欲养而亲不在！要珍惜和亲人在一起的时间啊！

感恩节是美国人民独创的一个古老节日，也是美国人合家欢聚的节日，因此美国人提起感恩节总是倍感亲切。感恩节是美国国定假日中最地道、最美国式的节日(holiday)，它和早期美国历史最为密切相关。起源于马萨诸塞普利茅斯的早期移民。这些移民在英国本土时被称为清教徒，因为他们对英国教会的宗教改革不彻底感到不满，以及英王及英国教会对他们的政治镇压和宗教迫害，所以这些清教徒脱离英国教会，远走荷兰，后来决定迁居到大西洋彼岸那片荒无人烟的土地上，希望能按照自己的意愿信教自由地生活。

中华民族的篇章中总有一页记的是他们的历史，大家会用代代相传的精神把他们铭记，颁奖早已不再重要，感动却常留心中。我相信，总有一天，我们的社会会被感动洗涤得清澈，被感动净化着心灵。

尽管获选的十个感动中国人物和群体有着不一样的社会和职业背景，也用着不一样的方式感动着别人，但从他们身上，我们还是能够看到一个共同的特质，那就是震撼人心的人格力量。他们所表现出来令人感动、为人景仰的高尚精神，奠基和建构着和谐社会及其所特有的和谐文化。

而从中我们也能感受到《感动中国》“和谐为美”的基本的创作审美观，节目从社会实践和普通群众的生动创造中吸取了丰富营养，把和谐理念和精神融入到创作当中，热情地讴歌真善美，充分展示出了人性的善良和社会的完美，体现出了昂扬向上的正气，引导了人们的价值取向。他们的这些行为贴合了中国人共同的价值标准，给人以力量，给人以鼓舞，贴合了人们对“真善美”的追求和向往，并和社会所倡导的道德价值取向完全一致，它触动了所有人的心灵。

细细品味感动人物的事迹，我以为还有一个特质是相通的，那就是“职责”二字。他们也都是普通人，和我们大多人一样。也许有人认为这是很普通的工作，是他们份内的事情，甚至自我也能做到。可由于我们中不少人往往有始无终，中途因自身或外在的一些原因而不得不中断，坚持不下，所以，很多人往往难以到达类似获奖感动人物的事迹或境界。

而今，有一种现象令人担忧。如社会生活中，当人们遇到一些问题困难时，总有不少人一味地抱怨、埋怨问题及体制，甚至有人不是踏踏实实地做好本职工作，反而玩世不恭，得过且过。这是极不可取的。也许我们会遇到一些困难，大至大范围的天灾，小至局部的个人苦难;也许国家还存在不少潜在问题，如体制不完善，局部落后、甚至不公等;也许社会还欠缺完美完善。但如果我们每个人都有一种为国为民的奉献精神，一份为国为民的义不容辞的职责情愫，如果每个人都认真本着负职责的态度，我们的一些问题何愁难以解决;我们的社会何愁不提高，充满完美与人性。这也是每一个有梦想、有抱负的成熟公民应切实履行的职责。认真负责地做好本职工作，人人能够感动自我、感动别人。

Every child needs to receive education and they spend so much time to learn

knowledge, whether they are like or not. The adults always tell their children

that as they are young and full of energy, so they should learn knowledge and

skills, but most kids dont know the necessity of study. The most important

reason to study is to keep pace with the time. We live in the society that we

need to make connections with others. If we dont get the newest information, we

will be kicked out and have no idea what they are talking about, then isolation

happens. Whats more, when we are equipped with skills, we can make our choices

and take charge of our life. In order to live the comfortable life, we must

study hard and fight for our future.
