2、强化教学常规的落实，提高课堂教学效率，组织教师认真学习学校教学常规，指导检查教师的教学工作，特别抓好“备课”、“上课”、“课后辅导”、“培优辅导”等主要环节，鼓励教师充分发挥教学特长，有效提高教学效率。

3、加强集体备课仍是本学期教研组工作的重点，因此要做到有计划、有目标、有实效，不走形式，各备课组每周至少活动一次，时间固定，要紧紧围绕教研组活动的主题，并有活动记录。以集体力量、集体智慧来提高英语组全体教师的业务水平。

4、打造“常态课堂、高效课堂”。教研组各教师认真学习常态课堂的基本要求，并每人按计划上一次公开课，要求集体备课，及时评课，找出不足，共同学习，共同促进，以学生的主体作用为重点，以合作学习的时效性为重点，从而来实现高效课堂。

5、加快信息技术学习进程，从而推动学科教学与信息技术的整合。组织所有教师运用现代教学理念设计多媒体教学辅助课件，组织多媒体教学观摩活动等，达到能将多媒体高效运用于英语教学中。

6、加强初三毕业班工作的研究，提高毕业班教学效率，组织全组成员认真学习《大纲》、《中考说明》，加强对中考动向的信息收集和试题研究。抓好听、说、读、写综合技能的培养，特别注重学生阅读能力的训练，另外所有英语教师要协助九年级教师搞好中考复习和模拟考试，力争中考第一仗顺利。

7、组织本教研组教师撰写论文。英语组要确定教研专题，全体英语教师通过理论学习和校本培训，不断反思、探索，并联系实际积极撰写英语教育教学论文。

老师，还记得七年级时，您第一天接手我们班吗？

我依然記得，那时您的笑容，就像三月里的桃花开放，醉醒了我冬日的疏懒。记得那次月考，我几乎被所有老师批评，以致我在英语课堂上心不在焉。这微妙的变化被您看见了，您通过提问来验证我是否在听课。意料之中，我没有答出，声音却哽咽了。您关切地问：“是不是感冒了？”我吸了吸鼻子，摇摇头。课后，我被您“请”进了办公室，得知我月考失利又被老师批评后，您向我投来安慰的目光：“老师批评你说明关心你啊，这次考得不理想，还有下次啊，振作一点……”

老师，谢谢您！这份温暖，我不会忘却！

感激那—份情

还记得攒够十个“笑脸”的事吗？课堂上，我积极回答问题，您说集齐十个“笑脸”，就能得到一份礼物。后来，我终于攒够了。放学后，您问我想要什么礼物，我支支吾吾地说“随便”。您知道我准备复印一本《指南针英语》，就贴心地问我：“复印一本《指南针英语》怎么样？”

我心里打着小算盘：复印一本十几元，说不定另一份礼物更值钱呢！您仿佛看出了我的心思，微微一笑：“我给你买一本《指南针英语》吧，这样你就不用看复印版的了，买不到就换一个礼物。”我高兴地走了，现在回想起来还真逗。

老师，谢谢您，这份情谊，我铭记于心！

感激那—份爱

您还记得我练书法吗？我走进办公室，询问班主任中午有没有安排。他问我有什么事，我说我要去练书法。这句话被坐在旁边的您听见了，您笑着问我：“你天天都要练吗？”我点点头：“因为这周六要参加比赛。”

您有了兴趣，叫我把作品拿来看看。我自认为写得不好，您却对我很有信心。看到我的字后，直说“不错不错”。

我知道自己的水平不怎么样，您的话对我来说，更是一种鼓励。出乎意料的是，我获得了我们学校唯一一个区一等奖。您知道了，笑着说：“真不错，给我看看证书！”我不好意思地推脱，说自己也很意外，写得那么差竟然获奖。您投来坚定的目光：“至少你努力过、付出过。”

老师，谢谢您，这份关爱，我满心珍惜！
