1.进一步加强理论学习，更新教学理念，抽出时间学习新理论，以先进的教育理念指导自己的教育教学实践，本学期要学习有关有效教学资料以及改进评价内容和评价方法的资料，努力做到关注学生学业成就的同时，还要关注学生情感态度、行为方式的发展，注重培养学生综合实践的能力，全面提高学生的素质。

2.进一步落实与深化教学常规，聚焦常态课堂，打造高效课堂。按计划上好公开课，要求集体备课，及时评课，找出不足，共同学习，共同促进，以学生的主体作用为重点来实现高效课堂。同时，带领大家力求做到有效备课、有效上课、有效作业、有效培优补差，鼓励成员充分发挥教学特长，有效提高教学效率。

3.加强集体备课仍是本学期教研组工作的重点，因此要做到有计划、有目标、有实效，不走形式，各备课组本学期至少活动五次以上，时间固定，围绕主题，并有活动记录。以集体力量、集体智慧来提高全组成员的业务水平和教育教学能力。

4.初三备考是重中之重，加强初三毕业班工作的研究，提高毕业班教学效率，组织全组成员认真学习《中考说明》、《导引》和中考试卷分析材料，加强对中考动向的信息收集和试题研究。抓好听、说、读、写综合技能的培养，特别注重学生阅读、写作和应试能力的训练，力争顺利打响中考第一仗，争创中考英语成绩新辉煌。

5.加强科研文化建设，让研究成为习惯。研究能改变教师的生存状态，努力创设研究文化。本学期积极响应学校的科教研活动，开展一系列有关有效备课专题的活动：听说课的有效备课、阅读课的有效备课、复习课的有效备课。

6.继续建设本学科的资源库。建立学科的资源库，确实是一个利人利己的好举措。不断地添入新的资源，不断优化和建设资源库。

7.继续开展多样的学生活动，吸引学生的眼球,使学生更关注英语学习，营造有利于学生健康成长的学习环境。

总之，在校长室、教研室的带领下，我们英语组全体组员会开拓进取，不断完善自己，将教学质量放首位，为学校的教育事业贡献力量。

An Activity

Someone said here Lei Feng comes in March and goes in April. I thought they were wrong. This afternoon the students of our class went to the bus stop to help the drivers clean the buses.

As soon as the bus stopped at the station, a group of students got on it. Some cleaned the windows, some swept the floor, and others cleaned the wall inside. We worked hard while talking and laughing. When we found some coins lying on the floor, we picked them up and gave them to the conductors or the drivers.They were very happy and said, "It is very nice of you."

When I got home, it was five o’clock. I felt a little tired, but I was very happy to have done a good deed.

《青少年必读的母爱故事》我在心里默默地念着这本书的名字，心头掠过一丝忧伤，我轻轻地翻开这本书，感受着书中那深沉的母爱。最后我是哭着读完的，只因那故事中的母爱都过于伟大，过于凄凉。合上书本，眼泪还是止不住的流，并不是因为那故事中的情节不能让人自拔，而是我想起了我的母亲，那个在心中给我刻下了道道伤疤的人，那个我曾经最恨的人。

从我记事开始，母亲一直就是一个很严厉的人，脾气火爆，性情急躁，平时我都不敢惹她。看到别的母亲对自己的孩子总是万般呵护，万般宠爱，我只有远远的看着他们躺在母亲怀里撒娇。而我，从没有过，我不想也不敢想。她总是无休止的唠叨个没完，我和弟弟都不敢做错任何事，因为她会打我们。每次看着她那喋喋不休的样子，我的心中顿生几分厌恶。她总是那么恨铁不成钢，有一次，弟弟因为偷偷地拿了爸爸的烟，她就把弟弟拉到了大街上，疯狂的打了他一顿，也打进了我幼小的心里。我便记住了她的狠，她的凶恶，看着此时已哭成泪人的弟弟，她竟然没有一点心软，仍然不停地大骂着，此时大街上已聚集了很多人，他们都笑着，指指点点的。我也不知道从哪里来了一股勇气，向她咆哮着“你不是我妈，我恨你”。这时她一巴掌甩在了我的脸上，她说“滚！”我顿时觉得脸上火辣辣的疼，我捂着已经红肿的半边脸跑了。漫无目的，我该何去何从？最后我哭着跑到了奶奶家，哭着对奶奶说她不是我妈，奶奶问紧随其后的妈妈说“为什么这么打孩子啊？”这时我听到了让我终生难忘的一句话“我的孩子，我想怎么打就怎么打”我愣住了，呆呆的站在原地对她说“那你打死我吧”。

从那之后，我和她之间便产生了隔阂，我们不再说话，时间慢慢的过去了，我们依旧如此。终于有一天那场战火又被点燃啦。我在学校好不容易盼到了星期天，在回家的路上，我慢慢地走着，因为扭到了脚，于是我就拨通了那既熟悉又陌生的号码，第一次没人接，我又拨了一次，终于通了，电话那边传来了严厉的声音“你是谁？”。听着她那厌烦的口气，我很生气，我说我脚扭到了，过来接我，而她竟然狠心的说“自己走回来”。我狠狠地对着电话说“好，走回去是吧，我走，有本事一辈子别来”说完，我就挂掉了电话。一路上，忍着从脚上传来的痛，咬着牙走着，告诉自己不能哭，我要坚强，我可以走回去的。此时我真想看看她的心到底是不是石头做的，怎么会这么硬。快到家时，弟弟骑着车子过来了，他说“我来接你，她不让来”我怒气冲冲的对他说“滚啊，她不让你来你还来干吗？看我笑话啊，放心，我还死不了。”我固执地自己走了回去。

前几个月，爸爸突然对我说她病得很厉害，我一点都不难过，真的。我甚至觉得那是她的报应，她罪有应得，竟然从心底传来一种无名的快感。我爸接着说她可能没有多久了，我突然不说话了。他们要到北京去治疗，其实我根本就不知道她到底得了什么病，只知道可能要换肾，我没有问过她，也不想问她，我只知道她现在很痛苦，连走路都困难，刚站一会儿腰就弯下去了，两只手努力的撑着，身体也向前弯曲，我知道她很痛苦，或许这就是她应该承受的痛。但是她对我的态度，也有了一百八十度的大转变，主动找我说话，脸上甚至出现了久违的笑容，她越是这样，我就越是反感，我心中那被她亲手画上的一道道伤痕，不是那么轻易就能抚平的，要我原谅她，根本不可能，我还是一如既往的恨着她。

一次我偶然听到她和爸爸的谈话“看来她还是不肯原谅我，是我当初太狠了点，我是不是真的做错了，我打她，骂她，什么事都让她自己做，那是我知道自己没多久了，我必须让她恨我，这样以后她才能忘了我，我想让她学会坚强，这样以后才不会被人欺负，我想让她有出息，这样我哪天走了，也就放心了”。后面的我一句也没有听进去，头嗡嗡的响，此时眼泪又来了，但这次是醒悟的泪水，看着眼前这位我曾经最恨的人，给我伤痕最多的人，我终于明白了她的良苦用心，原来她是想让她的孩子学会坚强，而我却没有看懂她的心。而此时，我才发现她老了，脸上爬满了皱纹，手也粗糙的像枯树皮，我对她的恨在这一刻全消了，双手合十，只希望她赶紧好起来。我扑到她的怀里失声痛哭，叫出了那声在心中已经喊了无数遍的妈，她轻轻地抚摸着我的头说“妈妈其实很爱你！”

或许母亲有太多的期盼，太多的无奈，可怜天下父母心，爱的本质是一样的，但方式却不尽相同，有时候他们的做法我们并不能完全理解，但请记住一句话：他们爱我们！
