放假了，可不能一直玩。暑假里，我上了练字班，写字有很大进步，受到了老师的表扬。除了老师布置的作业外，我还完成了爸爸妈妈布置的作业。如做阅读理解，每天三道奥数题等等。

生命在于运动。这个暑假里，我还参加了一个体能训练班，耐力有所提高。一个月后，以前只能跑一公里的我已经不存在了，代替他的是能跑四公里的我。这个暑假因为我的耐力提高了，所以我的跳绳水平也提高了，已经能突破一分钟200个了。

假期也是玩耍放松的时候，我先后两次去了郑东新区的冠军溜冰场溜冰（溜得可是真冰呀！），溜冰很简单，一学就会。我还去了尖叫动漫电玩城打游戏，我们还去游览了山西省长治县太行大峡谷的红豆峡，红豆峡因为种植的红豆很多而得名。返回的路上我们到了晋城的皇城相府，皇城相府是宰相陈廷敬的故居。处处留心皆学问，这趟山西之行我增长了许多见识。

总之，这个假期我过得很充实，有意义。

许多亲戚朋友都夸我听话，我也因此而感到自豪。可渐渐得，我发现我不再像以前那么听父母的话了。如果父母让我去做一件我不感兴趣的事，虽然我还是会去做，但心里总有一种不舒服的感觉。

我一直都希望自己能忍耐下去，但在那一晚上，我竟然控制不住自己，大声向妈妈反驳!

那晚刚吃完饭，我进房间做作业，妈妈突然进来，发现我在做>作业，便问我其它四门主课做好了没，我摇摇头说，还有一门.妈妈便立刻开始唠叨，说我不重视主课，所以成绩上不去，又说我不会安排时间什么的.我感觉很委屈，便控制不住自己地大声反驳：妈妈，我也是有头脑有思想的，不会胡乱安排时间的!妈妈一听，十分生气，抛下一句你真是越来越不听话了!便门而出.我悄悄走出房间，往洗手间瞄了一眼，发现妈妈肩膀在抖动，妈妈哭了?!

我回到房间，拿起那门为完成的主课作业本，问：我错了吗?是的，我错了，我不应该那么大声地反驳妈妈，这是对妈妈的不尊重，不礼貌!我真的错了吗?不!我没错!虽然课与课之间可以分主次，但知识与知识之间是不能分主次的!我的心回答了我的问题。

第二天吃早饭，妈妈夹了一块蛋放在我的碗里，说：昨晚，妈妈也有过错，妈妈把主课看得太重要了，忽视了副课，以后不管先做哪门，只要都做好就行了，妈妈原谅你昨晚的无礼。妈妈就这样原谅了我，可我的泪水却止不住地流着，但那泪水好暖，真的好暖!

So why do so many of the rich in China choose to move out? How will this country be affected by the so called “migration tide”.

Better education and robust law system are among what they are looking for overseas. In a violent contrast to Chinese rocketing economy, our education level is still left far behind that of some foreign country, especially the US. People who have made wealth in the past 30 years and subsequently seek better education for the future of their children, join the migration army. Secondly, unlike some who concern about children education much more, other rich people pay more attention to the security of their asset. They are worrying about their asset safety in China, and strongly believe that, under the protection of foreign laws which are nearly to perfection, they will live a life of ease.

It can be seen that after obtaining great deal of wealth, rich people in China are obviously pursuing a better living condition, either for their children or themselves. So the question is raised that will this emigration affect China negatively. I say yes, but not as seriously as many think.

China witnessed two migration tides before, one in the late70’s, another early 90’s.From these two, the nowadays migration differs in some aspects. The emigrants are no longer poor students only with a resolution to bring back to their motherland cutting edge science and technology overseas, instead they wave goodbyes to China taking with them substantial wealth and many of them are still top-notch intellectuals. It is almost certain that, from this perspective, emigration will undermine China on the way to her rise. However, in my perspective of view, this kind of migration will in some way make China much more influential in the world. The current western world still knows China too little, especially in terms of common citizens. Citing India for example, we can see a similar tide took place in India in the 60’s, which once drew attention and concerns in Indian government and society. Several decades later, these Indian emigrants still keep in bond with their motherland, and improve the image of Indians, thus lift the status of India in the world. So I expect Chinese emigrants will also contribute to China’s success in a different but profound way.

Migration tide this time indicates that China, who is on the way of great economy increase, still has more flaws to be perfected, when compared with some developed countries. But we needn’t worry too much. Maybe it’s not a bad thing when looking back several decades later.

I have a long vacation. I am very happy because the holidays in one day is my birthday. My grandmother, father, mother, sister, and I climb Mount Tai. Took a lotofpretty pictures. 一路上，刺骨的寒风宣告着冬的来临。我加快脚步，双脚却像冰块般沉重，丝丝白雪滑到我的脸上、颈间，刚想伸手去抹，一股风呲溜的躲进了我的领子里。呵，这冬天还真热情!路上行人少得很，单调的世界也就更加冷清，买完妈妈交代的年货之后，我故作忧郁的望向四周，权当是应这寒天的景，却望回一身冰凉。我不禁打了个寒战，埋怨着这突如其来的冬天。

心里这么想着，脚步自然也快了些。可刚走了不出几步，我就被那公路旁的美景给吸去了眼球——挺立的龙柏如一团翠绿的火焰，在寒风中不屈的挥舞着身躯，似乎要使出浑身解数，来抵抗这冬日的严寒。嗬，好一个不屈不挠的秉性!我满眼笑意，身边的黑白景色似乎也明亮了起来。枯树的枝干已不再嶙峋，它像一个秃顶的老人般刚劲的定在那儿;黑色的阴云已不再密布，它在落日的余晖下映照着静谧的地面;凛冽的北风已不再狂啸，它瞬间化身为一个柔弱的姑娘，在我身旁拂过一片片雪白…这个冬天的来临，已然在我的眼中构成一幅飘扬的画面，似春日的柳絮，似夏日的清流，似秋日的红枫…

好一个多彩的冬天!

贴对联

贴对联是过年必不可少的，我们全家一致推选我和爸爸一起贴对联，大家既然这么信任我和爸爸，我们当然得把对联贴的板板正正、漂漂亮亮的了！

我给爸爸当下手，递个剪刀、剪段胶带，然后仔细的端详下说：“往上了！“”往右点“，”正正好“，爸爸根据我说的调整一下，我们父女俩齐心协力，不一会儿，我家大门就换上了新装，两只金色小鱼抱着元宝，预示着我们的生活“年年有余”！

吃钱铰

大年初一，吃铰子可是习俗，奶奶特地放了几个钱在几个铰子里面，谁吃到就代表谁今年会发财。

热气腾腾的铰子上桌了，“狡猾”的妈妈故意说铰子怕粘，用筷子一个个不停翻腾，想试出哪一个里面藏着钱。我也想吃到钱，但是我感觉不经意间吃到的才算，于是我没有去捏铰子试试里面有没有钱，而是大口吃着。

正吃的满嘴流油时，突然我感觉牙被什么东西咯了一下，我连忙吐出来，一枚五角的硬币！妈妈羡慕的看我，直夸我运气好！说我的压岁钱一定不会少！

压岁钱

大年初一，拜完年，马上就是我们最喜欢的时记刻了——长辈们要给压岁钱喽！

妈妈真的说准了，今年我的压岁钱足足有1千呢！能买多少东西呀！太棒了！我乐得一蹦三尺高。把钱放回红包中，喜滋滋的放进我的小柜子中。

我刚写完这封信，就听到妈妈的说话声，仔细听，使我大吃一惊。便握笔在日期下面这样写到

这使我非常恼怒，前几天可以用平淡无奇来形容，而今天，我必须得用怪事连连来形容。

过完新年，我最盼望的就是元宵节的到来。元宵节一般都要吃元宵、舞龙灯、放烟花、猜灯谜……正月十五元宵节，是家人团圆的日子，关于它还有一个传说：很久以前，凶禽猛兽很多，四处伤害人和牲畜，人们就组织去打它们。有一只神鸟因迷路而降落人间，却被猎人射死了。天帝知道后十分震怒，立即传旨，让天兵正月十五到人间放火，把人间的人畜财产通通烧掉。天帝的女儿心地善良，不忍心看到老百姓受难，就冒着危险偷偷驾云到人间，把这个消息告诉了人们。众人吓得不知如何是好，过了好久，才有个老人家想出个法子，他说：在正月十四、十五和十六，每户人家都在家里张灯结彩，点响爆竹，燃放烟火。这样以来，天帝就会以为人们都被烧死了。

元宵节最热闹的就是看烟花了。今年的元宵节，一家人欢天喜地出去看烟花。我刚出家门，就被堵得水泄不通，公园门前人山人海，都排着长队等着看烟花。烟花终于出场了，先是一条条“长蛇”欢腾，接着就是五颜六色的“彩蝶”飞舞，多彩的焰火在声声巨响中绽放，把夜空照耀得如同白昼。音乐缓缓响起，天空出现了瀑布般喷泉，飞流直下，大气壮观。这时，天空用烟花显示出了“北安”两个大字，全场欢呼雀跃，我也禁不住赞叹起来，真心地祝福我的家乡北安永远繁荣富强!

看完美丽的烟花，我们就回到家里品味元宵了。吃着热乎乎的汤圆，看着精彩的元宵晚会，甜在嘴里，美在心里，有说不出来的欢喜。

元宵节是我最喜欢的日子，也是最热闹的日子，我盼望着明年的元宵节早日到来!

中秋节前夕爸爸带回一本《管氏族谱》，我怀着激动的心情，认真地看了一遍，深深体会到《管氏族谱》凝聚着管爷爷多年来的心血，感悟到了管爷爷续修家谱的艰辛，在族谱中看到了“日记节”，让一直不喜欢写日记的我，重新认识到了写日记的好处：写日记可以提高文学素养，完善文学功底，帮助写一手好文章，教会我们发现生活，感悟生活，学会感恩，能让人思考生活，思考人生，学会理性地思考，感性地认知，树立正确的人生观和世界观。

管爷爷年复一年，日复一日，日记记载着他从少年到青年乃至老年的各个时期在学习、工作、家庭中的精神风貌，记载着他崇高的理想，这种精神我们深深为之感动。

光阴荏苒，岁月如梭。转眼间，暑假的生活已经接近尾声了。今天，我就来总结一下我的开心暑假吧!

放假第一天，我就列了一张暑假计划表，并按计划表照做：1。写作业xxx2。写作业xxx......几乎全是写作业，不是这本就是那本的，哎呀，几乎快要忙死了。

不过，大家都知道，我是喜欢看书的。当然，我的暑假里也少不了淡淡的、令人回味的书香了。我先是把《极限幻觉》和《安妮的绿色小屋》又读了一遍，然后又借了堂姐8本《课外阅读》并统统都把它们读完了，还看了一本《西游记》。

但是，我还是觉得这个暑假过的不是太好，因为：这一暑假，我只要有时间就看电视，玩电脑，可以说是"跟电视电脑当成了朋友"，不过，这个坏毛病我一定会改。等到寒假时，我一定会把自己的寒假过得比这个暑假更充实、更丰富，就像奥林匹克里说的："更高、更快、更强!"

今天的阳光格外灿烂，今天的天空格外蔚蓝，今天的我格外兴奋。因为今天的我们来到了梦寐已久的长隆水上乐园。

刚到大门口，我就看到了两条长长的队伍，想必水上乐园一定很好玩。换好泳衣后，天天哥哥、贝贝妹妹和我就迫不及待地向前冲。首先我们来到了长方形的喷泉柱旁，上面有三十几个喷泉眼，左冲一个，右冲一个，把我们淋了个透湿，但我们还是哈哈大笑。

妈妈说：“前面还有更好玩的呢！”我们跑到妈妈那里，一转眼，就看见了蘑菇池。我跟妈妈说：“那里有一个项目我们去玩吧。”我带着小姨、妈妈、漫姨、汨姨、天天哥哥、贝贝妹妹，来到了蘑菇池，只可惜大人不能进去玩，我们可玩了个遍。我们又看到了“小喇叭”，我可兴奋了！我和妈妈排队坐上了“小喇叭”的充气船上，只听工作人员说：“冲！”只听到妈妈和我尖叫声，我们在小喇叭中转了好几个圈，最后“哗”地一下冲到了水池里。最最刺激的要数眼镜蛇了。看着从高台上滑下的人，有的大声尖叫，有的紧闭双眼，还有的紧紧地握住扶手，看起来特别刺激。妈妈说：“还是别玩了吧！”我鼓励妈妈说：“别怕，既然来了，我们就玩吧。”我们拿着充气船登上了高台，工作人员一推，我和妈妈马上就有飞起来一样的感觉。落到地上，妈妈的脚还在发抖。

下午五点多，我们依依不舍地离开水上世界，我一定要快点长大长高，到时就能玩更刺激的项目了。

I often go to see my grandma and grandpa during winter vacation. They are

both seventy years old and live in the country happily. I can do many

interesting things there. I am used to getting up early in the morning and

breathing the fresh air in the countryside. After snow, I would like to skate

and ski with my friends. When night comes, I am used to sitting by the fire and

listening to grandma telling me many funny stories. And I tell her some new

things happening in the city. When I have to go back, I am always reluctant to

go. I really feel happy living in the country.

One Day of Mine

On May Day, my mother, father, my sister and me went to park to have a picnic, and then visited my grandma and grandpa.

At nine o’clock in the morning, we went to park for picnic. We took juice, cornflakes, apples, oranges, lollipops, bananas, ice creams, mangoes, and so on. I also took toys, such as doll, ball, balloon, skateboard and a kite.

At two o’clock in the afternoon, we went to visit my grandma and grandpa. I helped grandpa do some house work. My sister and me played skateboard and doll.

At eight o’clock in the evening, we went home, and played computer games for two hours and then went to bed.

I was very happy on May Day!

“五一”劳动节那天，我妈妈、爸爸、姐姐和我去公园野餐，然后去看望了爷爷和奶奶。

早上九点钟，我们去公园野餐。我们带了果汁、玉米片、苹果、桔子、棒棒糖、香蕉、冰激凌、芒果等吃的。我还带了玩具，像娃娃、球、气球、滑板和风筝。

下午两点，我们去看望爷爷和奶奶。我帮爷爷做了一些家务活。我姐姐和我玩了滑板和洋娃娃。

晚上八点我们回家了。回家后又玩了两个小时的电脑游戏，然后就去睡觉了。

这是我第一次离开爸爸妈妈独自外出，带着好奇的心，我们到达了营地，老师点过名后，大家来到了自己的寝室，放下沉重的行李，一起走进整齐明亮的教室。这时的我们根本叫不出彼此的名字，但是，笑容可以拉近我们的距离，它能够让我们元气满满地开始集训营的学习，加油吧，同学们！

在王恩老师铿锵有力的话语中，集训营正式开营啦！在老师们的展示中我仿佛看到了自己六天后的影子，就像老师们的承诺一样：带领你，守护你，激励你，成就你，你们在哪里我们就在哪里！在集训营我们一起收获，一起成长！

第一次上外教课时，同学们很快就融入了这个环境，刚刚见面的外教，每一句话都让同学们感到新奇，大部分同学可能还需要老师的同步翻译，不过这也是我们进步的动力吧！

让我印象最深的是感恩之夜——盲人走路。你是我的眼，带我走过漫漫人生路，所有的坎坷你愿帮我跨过，所有的风雨你愿帮我遮挡，所有的黑暗你愿帮我看清。长大是一种成长，成长意味着责任、担当与承诺。当我读到妈妈写给我的信时，我泪流满面，我知道爸爸妈妈养育我的艰辛与不易，我也为自己常惹爸妈生气而懊恼，“爸爸妈妈我爱你们！”此时我明白了：有爱，就给对方一个眼神，让彼此感受到；有爱，就大声说出来，让彼此感受到；有爱，就用行动表达，让彼此感受到。这是一个温暖的夜晚，今夜的眼泪我不会白流，因为这是一个历练、一次沉淀，更是一种升华！我知道想做的事不要等待，从现在开始去改变！

青春的乐章永远需要自己书写，不同的经历不同的感悟才会创作不同的音乐，青春的乐符才会更加优美。让我们为自己的青春插上翅膀，为自己的青春添加色彩，为自己的青春做道加法！好好努力，在2018遇见更好的自己！

4月29日是个下着小雨的日子，但这并不能影响我们一家三口去丫山的心情。

汽车在山路上一会儿上坡，一会儿下坡，一会儿慢得像蜗牛，一会儿又是急转弯，像过山车一样刺激，我兴奋得大呼过瘾。“山路十八弯嘛”司机不屑一顾的瞧了我一眼。

几经辗转，终于到了丫山的二道门,下车后感觉空气很新鲜，抬头看看这里的山真高呀，高的直插云霄。这里的石头真怪呀，像各种各样的动物，我们去的时候牡丹已经凋谢了，芍药开得正旺，漫山遍野的，让人看了赏心悦目，站在牡丹园的谷底，四面一看才发现这些花排列在一层层的梯田里，真有趣！

我们顺着小径往前走，便来到了石海迷宫，里面怪石嶙峋，巨石像野草一样放肆的长满了山边的每一个角落。传说，这里曾经是一片汪洋大海，因地壳变动，所以这些动物就以这样的方式存在。丫山的怪石呈现出了完整的喀斯特地貌。我比较喜欢“许愿井”这个小景点，因为那是一个天然的石井，从栅栏边看井比较深，泉水顺着钟乳石流淌下来声音很好听，井底竟有不少硬币。走了不少的坎坷不平的山路后，我们终于到了珠帘瀑布，我感觉这并不是什么瀑布，只是从一块刀削似的峭壁上垂直的洒下一些水滴，有点失望。

不管怎么说，能够和爸爸妈妈在节假日里一同出去游玩，我感觉很开心，因为妈妈许诺了好多次，最后都是要加班不得不放弃。这个劳动节我们全家虽然外出有点辛苦，但我们都觉得很快乐。

Nowadays, with the development of technology, many young people stay

indoors and play computer all the time. Especially for those who stay up very

late or go out to play for fun until midnight, then they wake up at noon the

next day. This is the unhealthy lifestyle, and they need to make some

changes.

First, having regular break time and enough sleep is the basic way to keep

healthy. Some young people hang out for fun after work. They need to release

their pressure and have fun with their friends. They go home very late and then

next day get up, preparing to work. In the long run, they not only have low

efficiency, but also damage their bodies.

Second, keep the balanced diet. Most people are picky about food. They only

choose the food they like and lose the balance of nutrition. For most kids, they

like to have meat and refuse of the vegetables and fruit. It is not good for the

growth of their bodies.

The healthy lifestyle helps people live the harmonious life. Besides having

enough sleep and keeping balance diet, taking exercise is also in need.
