We are supposed to express our gratitude to others on Thanksgiving Day.

However, we should feel gratitude every day.

God has two dwellings, one in heaven, and the other in a meek and thankful

heart. Be grateful to others is a way to show your love. In our daily life, we

often receive help from our parents, friends, colleagues and strangers. Perhaps

it is a little thing, pick up the pen you drop, lift a heavy box for you or

offer you a seat in the bus. We should be thankful to them for whatever they

have done. The more love you give, the more love you receive.

A sense of gratitude can acknowledging our interdependent existence. You

老师教我们的不仅仅是知识，更是人生的真谛：人如果没有了健康，谈不上学习，更加谈不上有一番作为。所以，我们不可去追求一个次要的，而耽误了最重要，当然，重要的不错了，次要的还是要去追求。

Since we go to school, the teachers educate us to be a better person, they

当我们不再拥有爱情的时候，我们应该感激生活，因为我们还有友情；当我们不再拥有幸福的时候，我们应该感激生活，因为我们还有平凡；当我们不再拥有财富的时候，我们应该感激生活，因为我们还有健康。甚至当我们连健康都不在拥有的时候，我们仍然要感激生活，因为我们至少还活着。

生活中有过五关斩六将的辉煌，也有败走麦城的无奈，有功成名的快意，也有功败垂成的痛苦。当心力衰竭时，不要诅咒生活，这一切终将成为过去。当事业成功时，不要得意忘形，这一切终将成为过去。当穷困潦倒时，不要自暴自弃，这一切终将成为这去。当腰缠万贯时，不要为富不仁，这一切终将成为过去。昔秦始皇汉武、唐宗宋祖，虽风骚数年，却也只留下一抔黄土。如果世间荣华终将成为过眼云烟，何不怀着感恩的心去生活？

断臂的维纳斯，心存感激，散发出诱人的光泽；残废的史铁生，心存感激，谱写出深沉的篇章。阿丙双目失明，心存感激，而作《二泉映月》；贝多芬双耳失聪，心存感激，而著《命运交响曲》。深埋地下的蝉蛹，心存感激，在其生命的枝头引吭高歌；断崖上的百合，心存感激，绽放出炫丽的花朵……

感激就像一盏明灯，可以照彻黑暗，温暖人心；感激就像常青藤，伸向太阳的触须，每一次颤动都是对生命信息的传递。心存感激，生活将显露本色。感激奋斗带来成功，它将化作梦中的蝴蝶；感激鲁莽带来尴尬，它将成为茶余的笑料；感激幼稚带来失败，它将化作成长路上的浪花；感激人们的善良，它将被我们发所光大；感激世间的邪恶，它将教会我们生活。

生活中有忧虑和快乐，就像一年四季有冬天和春天。我们不能因为冬天的寒冷而失去对春天的渴望，因为冬天之后就是春天……
