看着妈妈在厨房忙碌的身影，我不禁埋怨自己，怎么那么胆小，连“我爱你”都没有勇气说出口，长大肯定没出息。过一会，妈妈端着一盘盘丰盛的佳肴上桌了，可是我一点也吃不下去，因为“我爱你”三个字像一个大石头一样压在我心里。可妈妈一个劲地往我碗里夹菜。

就这样，一顿难忘的晚餐结束了。看到妈妈收拾碗筷，我灵机一动，心想，既然不敢说，那就用实际行动来表达吧。于是，我对妈妈说，我来收拾，你去休息吧！妈妈觉得不对劲，用诧异的眼光看着我，我忙对妈妈说，今天是感恩节，我要帮她做力所能及的事情。听完，妈妈高兴地把我搂在怀里，啧啧赞叹道“儿子，终于长大了，知道体贴妈妈了。”我听了像吃了蜜一样甜！

“受人滴水之恩，定当涌泉相报”，这一句话的内涵并不深奥，但它却是从古流传至今的。为什么一句并不深奥的话，它的时间却如此悠久呢?因为从古至今这句话给人们一个很大的启发——知恩图报。

什么是知恩图报呢?顾名思义，知恩图报就是就是得到别人的恩德，要懂得回报。那么，我们应该感恩什么人呢?俗话说：百善孝为先。首先当然应该感恩我们的父母，感谢父母把我们带到这个世界，感谢父母不辞辛苦地把我们养大，无论多艰难也要供我们上学，让我们接受知识的熏陶，做一个有文化的人。

其次，我们要感恩我们的老师。感谢老师传授我们知识，感谢老师把我们从一个无知的孩童培养成一名合格的小学生。然后，我们应该感恩在生活中帮助过我们的人，无论它给予我们的帮助是大是小，我们都应该给予回报。

“受人滴水之恩，定当涌泉相报”这是我们中华民族的传统美德。同学们，学会感恩吧!这样我们的生活会更加美好!

“百善孝为先”中的“孝”就是我们平常所说的感恩父母，我们的父母给了我们许多用金钱无法买到的东西。他们给我们的不仅仅是生命而且还是整个世界。

穷苦的山区人们总是将希望寄托在下一代身上，村中的一对夫妇有一个可爱的小男孩，他们很疼爱这个孩子，不希望他一直处在这大山之中，他们细心地教他识字，让他上了村中唯一的一所学校。在时间的推移下，孩子长大了，有天，他兴致勃勃的对父母说，他要走出山里去，他要去打拼，改变这里，孩子的每一言每一语，是他们的希望。次日，他告别了他们。临走时，他向他们挥手说再见，那脸上是无限的快乐。而他们也洋溢着无边的欣意。

岁月匆匆，两人已白发苍苍，脸上的皱纹变得越来越密集。某天，阳光显得异常的明媚，仿佛在庆祝着什么。在那条唯一通向外界的小路上，一位衣着整齐，手提皮箱的男子走进了村庄，他无声的走进他们的院子，两人听见有人来，忙出屋，“爸妈，不孝的儿子回来了。”男子一下子跪在两人面前，他们先是一愣，然后着急的小跑过去保住了男子，大声痛哭起来，母亲说：“没事，没事，回来就好，回来就好。”阳光洒在三人身上，是那么的幸福，那么美丽而又刺眼。

故事很平常，但每次细细阅读总是那么令人感动。每个父母都希望自己的子女成才，又希望子女能陪伴着自己。对于远在他乡的子女，只有无限的思念，只愿他们平安。陪伴在身边就是我们对父母最好的礼物，最美的回报。但是我们又做了什么？是让他们无比操心？还是与他们对抗，反对他们的唠叨？或是把他们看中的“有出息”置于千里？我们或多或少都做了。

感恩父母，可以多听听他们的唠叨，别等到有一天唠叨从自己的耳畔消失再后悔，时间是公平的，他给你的不会比别人多，也不会少。

感恩父母，将学习作为物质的回报，多逗逗他们笑，这是我们的感恩方式。

别再等待，让我们从生活中的点滴做起来感恩父母。
