也许，我们曾因为劳累时朋友的一句问候而感动；也许，我们曾因为迷途时路人的指引而感激；也许，我们曾因为沮丧时师长的关心而感敬；也许，我们曾因为梁山伯与祝英台的悲惨而伟大爱情故事而折服……试问，我们是否曾经因为寒冬时母亲送上一杯热奶而感动？生病时父亲无微不至的关怀而涕零？我们始终把父母对我们的爱当作理所当然的，睁开眼睛便热好的早餐；放学回家后擦净的桌椅；晚上睡觉前捂好的被褥……我们为何没有想过，当我们与伙伴嬉戏玩闹时，也许母亲正在焦急的回家做饭淘米；当我们正和同桌上自习课时肆无忌惮大笑时，也许父亲正因为犯了一点小小的错误而被领导厉声训斥；当我们进入甜美的梦乡时，也许他们还在洗衣，扫地，刷碗……

孩提时的我们，总是认为，父母是我们的守护神，是无所不能的。我们会眼光中泛着单纯羡慕的看着爸爸楼上楼下的搬着大米，白面；看着妈妈迷人的眼眸放着动人的光彩；看着爸爸疼爱的把我们举过头顶；看着妈妈乌黑柔顺的头发在风中肆意飞舞……这时的父母在幼小的我们心中简直就是神。但是无知的我们却没有想到，他们，终有一天会双双老去，在那时候，我们，就是他们的守护神。

等到有一天，你会发现，父亲曾经矫健的步伐已略显蹒跚；母亲曾经神采奕奕的眼神已暗淡无光。等到有一天，你会发现，父亲曾经强壮的体魄已瘦弱不堪，母亲曾经乌黑靓丽的头发已布满白霜。岁月，在他们的脸上留下自己的痕迹，它带走了曾经属于母亲的美丽，曾经属于父亲的强健。而在这时候，我们变得妖娆美丽，我们变得强健有型。我们夺走了属于他们的一切。

此时的她们已经咬不动任何硬的东西，但为了和你们的胃口而买了牛肉干自己却推说不喜欢，此时的他们在过马路的时候不在是牵着你的手，而是被你们搀扶着。亲情的轮换，温暖的蔓延。当我们也为人父，也为人母时方能感觉到他们的心酸，他们的苦楚。这时的你，也会体会到，如果你的孩子在你下班时亲切的递上拖鞋，甜甜的叫一声爸爸，一天的疲劳顿时无影无踪。当你辛辛苦苦的做完一桌丰盛的晚宴，看着孩子吃的却很香，再苦再累也值了。

此时的你就应该为父母做一些让他们开心的事了，带着自己的家人常回家看看俩位老人，为他们买一些他们喜欢的东西，像小时候他们对你一样。即使没有任何礼物，看到你们，他们也便宽心了。

别等到子欲养而亲不待时后悔自责，把握父母健在的每一分每一秒，仔细看看她们的眼眸，认真抚摸他们的手掌，不要再让他们为你的小事操心，这是最大的孝顺。多为父母做一些能让他们开心的事情，让他们的脸上布满阳光般的笑容，即使布满皱纹，却依然像花儿一样美。

As Chinese traditional virtue, helping others and taking care of each other

are the basic virtue of a person. We are lucky that we are born to be a healthy

person, while some persons are not that lucky, they may be born to be a disable

man or get hurt by accidents. Out of the basic virtue, it is not right to laugh

at them, we need to help each other, showing our love to them. December 3rd,

2013 is World Disabled Day, the day reminds people of the care about disable

men. The disable often ignored by us, since they are special group, we should

take care of them, give them our hands. We can do something for them, like

helping them when cross the road. We can help them from small things, helping

each other makes the world more beautiful.

High school is very important in one’s lifetime. Nowadays, the movies about the high school time are so popular, but the stories are exaggerated, my memories about high school life are so different from the movie. During the three years, study occupied most of my time. I fought for the future with my classmates. We studied together and shared our opinion about the difficult points. When I made great progress, I was so happy, but when I fell behind, I would not give up. I grew up and became patient, I was not the little girl anymore. In the part-time, I would go to play basketball with my friends, it became the most exciting thing at that time. Though the high school life was simple, I gained a lot. I would never forget the classmates who worked with me together.

我要感恩父母。当我生病时，是他们不顾一切地把我背到医院，又不分昼夜的照顾我；当我没带雨伞时，是他们为我送来了雨伞；当我受到委屈，暗自流泪时，是他们用自己温暖的手为我擦去了眼泪。他们为我付出了那么多，我怎能不感谢他们呢？

那什么是感恩呢？

感恩是在父母劳累时，我为他们捧上一杯热茶；当教师节时，悄悄地给送上一句祝福；当朋友不开心时，就去安慰他们……感恩就是这样一个微小的动作，一句温馨的语言，平凡得像朵白白的茉莉花，却带着沁人心脾的清芬，使平淡乏味的生活变得丰富多彩。

We are supposed to express our gratitude to others on Thanksgiving Day. However, we should feel gratitude every day.

God has two dwellings, one in heaven, and the other in a meek and thankful heart. Be grateful to others is a way to show your love. In our daily life, we often receive help from our parents, friends, colleagues and strangers. Perhaps it is a little thing, pick up the pen you drop, lift a heavy box for you or offer you a seat in the bus. We should be thankful to them for whatever they have done. The more love you give, the more love you receive.

A sense of gratitude can acknowledging our interdependent existence. You will be ready to help others if you have a thankful heart. Therefore, a thankful heart is like a magnet. Not only will we attract more things to be grateful for, but also we will attract gratitude from others. “give thanks a little and you will find a lot.”

Gratitude is heaven itself. A sense of gratitude and indebtedness to others is and important wellspring of a generous and virtuous life. We now fall into a busy life, neglecting to be grateful for details, the beauty of nature, the comforts of modern living ,the love of parents and so on. People can notice these details and realize the friendship, love and happiness in our life with a grateful heart.
