说到感恩，我相信大家都不陌生。感恩是我们中华民族的传统美德。感恩老师、家长、同学。

我们要感恩父母，因为是他给了我们生命，让我们看到这个五彩缤纷的世界。然后我们还要感恩老师是他(她)们教我们知识，让我们成为知识人。其次还要感谢同学，因为是他(她)们在学习中帮助我们，可我最要感恩的人是我的父母。为什么我最感激父母呢，因为星期日发生一件事。下面听我细细道来。

那天早晨天气格外好，我爸爸说去干活，我很不高兴的去了，到了那里没想到我们的活很简单就是搬砖，搬了一个小时后，我们全家人汗流浃背，我嚷着说：有没有水，我没有水呀，没有水但有橘子，我吃了半个之后，说妈妈那你也吃吧，妈妈说不了还要干活。

虽然这件事过去了很久，不过我的心里还响着这首歌：“感恩的心，感谢有你……”

感恩，简简单单的两个字。可是却时常被我们忽略。有时我们出门会感恩天气，阳光明媚，微风拂面;有时路遇生人的帮助，我们也会感恩，感谢他们给予我们的无私;有时我们会感谢花草树木，可是我们却不懂得感谢身边的人：照顾我们起居饮食的父母，为我们苦苦拼搏、给我们深情似海爱意的父母;与我们耳鬓撕摩，朝夕相处的夫或妻;孩子的一个笑颜，亲朋的一句喝彩。-----这些我们都习以为常了。我们习惯了从父母那里攫取爱;习惯了从爱人那里获取爱;习惯了从孩子那里获得虚荣;习惯了从亲朋那里得到尊贵。但我们恰恰忽略了世界上最重要的两个字;感恩。

其实，我们最需要的是感恩。感恩是对生命恩赐的领略，感恩是对赐予我们生命的人的牵挂，感恩是对陌路关爱的震颤......在我们每个人的生命旅程中，都会遇到许许多多值得回忆和留恋的人，包括亲人、爱人、同学、朋友、老师......对他们的关爱，他们的帮助，你应做些什么呢?学会感恩，拥有一颗感恩的心，做一个感恩的人!

没有阳光，就没有日子的温暖;没有雨露，就没有五谷的丰登;没有水源，就没有生命，没有父母，就没有我们自己;没有亲情、爱情和友情，就没有爱的温暖相伴......

感恩，让我们以知足的心去体察和珍惜身边的人、事、物;感恩，让我们在渐渐平淡麻木了的日子里，发现生活本是如此丰厚而富有;感恩，让我们领悟和品味命运的馈赠与生命的激情。

谁言寸草心，报得三春晖;谁知盘中餐，粒粒皆辛苦，这些朗朗上口，耳熟能详的诗句，教育我们要学会感恩;滴水之恩，涌泉相报;衔环结草，以报恩德，这些在中国绵延数千年的古老成语，告诉我们要感恩。如今要到了离家的时候，才知道儿行千里木担忧：儿只有轻歌一曲和泪唱，愿天下父母平安度春秋，这些脍炙人口的歌曲也在提醒我们要感恩。但是，这些又有多少渗进了我们的血液，今天有多少人发现在我们的生活中缺少了一分感恩的情怀，有多少人还会记得，无论生活还是生命，无论爱情还是友情都需要感恩?

朋友啊，懵懂无知到青春年少，从意气风发到白发苍苍，从孟春到炎夏从初秋到寒冬。让我们拥有一颗善于感恩的心，拥有了感恩的心，我们生命的每段旅程就会充满温存。我们生活的每一天就会遍布灿烂，拥有了感恩的心,才会淡泊于世俗之外，笑看花开花落，坐观云卷云舒。

感恩也需要学习。学会感恩，就是学会不忘恩负义;学会感恩，就是学会谦虚之德;学会感恩，就是学会敬畏之心;学会感恩，就是学会爱多于恨;学会感恩，就是学会懂得忏悔......假如这个世界上每个人都学会了感恩，假如人与人之间付出与回报的链条永不中断，假如人们永远生活在爱的链条中，那麽人间就会如天堂般美丽，世界就会变的更加美好!

感恩，不是压力，不是桎梏，更不是债务负担，它是催人向上的动力。学会感恩吧!在感恩的心情中，我们定将变的健康、快乐美丽。

my secret worry

while fear of death is universal, my worry about death is so overwhelming that there is not a moment passing without my thinking of it. i never bring this up with any other, just because no one will ever realize the seriousness of this problem. i know it very clearly that as long as there is life, there will be death. in addition, though i am still so far away from death, i have been plagued by the thought of it for years. fortunately, the root of my fear of death lies in my overzealous love for life. i am too timid to think of the end of life, when every worldly affair should be thrown away. how can i carry on without friendship, affection, and joy of being alive? i really hate to leave all these behind. to ease my worry about death, i should make the fullest use of this life i now possess. concentration on this life can at least temporally make me forget about death. as a matter of fact, i really don＇t need to worry so much about death, for i already have too much to worry about this life.

“我来自偶然像一颗尘土，有谁看出我的脆弱 ”，这首脍炙人口的歌肯定令无数人动容，而每当我听到这首歌时，不仅会想到我的父母，还会想到曾经看的那本书——《爱的教育》。

读完这本书，给我最大的收获就是让我了解了感恩，它虽然是一名小学生写的日记，但里面却渗着浓浓的爱，大到国家社会，小到家庭朋友，那份爱一直浸透得淋漓精致，使我不得不对自己感到愧疚。

我感到愧疚，愧疚自己老是跟妈妈顶嘴，老是不听妈妈的话，可天下有哪个家长是不爱孩子的，而每每到了最后，我才发现母亲都是为我好为我关心。记得有一次星期天，我要出去玩，可妈妈刚刚看了天气预报说今天有中雨，便说什么也要让我带雨伞出去，而我则怕麻烦，怎么也不肯，我们就这样僵着，彼此什么话也不说，时间一分一秒的过去，眼见时间越来越晚，我的心也越来越着急，最后一个人躲到房间里生闷气，可就在这时外面淅淅沥沥的下起了雨，一开始是一点点，然后雨越来越大，不一会儿就下起了滂沱大雨，我的心里愧疚极了，心想刚才真不应该对我妈妈发脾气，还躲到房间里赌气

而当我正准备对妈妈说对不起时，妈妈已经在门口对我笑了，刚才的气一点也没有了，我望着妈妈的背影，会想起以前的点点滴滴，那一幅幅画面在我头脑中浮现：为我洗衣服，为我煮好吃的，为我叠被子，为我。而这时的我，终于明白了妈妈的心，我在心里默默地发誓：从今以后，听妈妈的话，快快长大。周杰伦那首《听妈妈的话》红极一时，里面那真挚的感情描写，就是我们现代人的情况，而里面那句“想快快长大，才能保护她，更体现了一名儿子对母亲的感恩。

感恩，我们现在还没有达到有能力去回报我们的父亲母亲，但我们可以让父母不为我们操心，认真学习，回报父母对我们的关爱，有时还要帮一帮父母，做一些家务事。让父母开心高兴。曾经有一段时间，我们肯定觉得母亲嫌烦，觉得自己长大了，有能力自主了，其实这是不成熟的表现，我们是长大了，但我们不是让父母为我们担忧，让父母更为我们操心。我们要记住要有一颗感恩的心，要有一颗帮助他人的心，我们虽然无法帮助一个人一生，但我们可以在别人危难时帮他一把，帮他脱离苦境，感恩的心，不计较回报有多大，只求能否帮助别人。当我们真正能把“予人玫瑰，手留余香”，我们才会真正懂得感恩的心。

看完了《爱的教育》，才让我懂得了爱需要教育，教育也需要爱。只有教育爱，才会懂得感恩，只有感恩，才会知道我们来到这个世界来之不易，只有这样我们才会同样以一颗感恩的心帮助别人，爱护别人。

爱的教育一直是我们大家的一个话题，是人类最基本的情感，而在教育中，爱更是教育的灵魂和生命。我们现在，不仅要学习成绩，一颗感恩的心也是必不可少的，所以教育不是只抓成绩，还有品德，如果成绩好了，却有一个坏思想，终究会危害社会；而即使成绩不好，却有一颗懂得感恩的心，这是对国家有很大帮助的。

所以，我们从小就应该有一颗感恩的心，而且还要生活在一个充满爱的社会，让感恩陪伴我们成长，让感恩在我们的心头发芽成长，终成栋梁！让感恩陪伴我们的成长，让爱永远在我们的心头荡漾！
