对于感恩，我有一种久违的感觉。长久以来，我一直带着一颗渴求拥有之心负重而行。我渴求财富，渴求成功，渴求拥有幸福，渴求荣耀，渴求自己想要的一切……我总是在渴求，却淡漠了所拥有的一切和为得到而做出的付出以及亲人朋友的无私相助，只有对未来的无限渴求而忘记了对今天的感恩。

没有阳光，就没有温暖的日子；没有雨露，就不会有五谷丰登；没有水，就不会有生命；没有父母，就不会有我们自己；没有亲朋师长，就感受不到人间的真情！这些浅显的道理我们都懂，但是缺乏的恰恰是对感恩的认识，常常忘却的是感恩的心里。

的确，生活需要感恩，社会需要感恩，我们更需要懂的感恩。

懂得感恩的人，往往是有谦虚之德的人，是有敬畏之心的人。对待比自己弱小的人，知道要躬身弯腰，便是属于前者；感受上苍懂得要抬头仰视，便是属于后者。因此，哪怕是比自己再弱小的人给予自己的哪怕是一点一滴的帮助，这样的人也是不敢轻视、不能忘记的。跪拜在教堂里的那些人，仰望着从教堂彩色的玻璃窗中洒进的阳光，是怀着感恩之情的，纵使我并不相信上帝的存在，但我总是被那种神情所感动。

恨多于爱的人，一般容易缺乏感恩之情。道理很简单，这样的人，往往惟我独尊，一切都是他对，他从来都没有错，对于别人给予他的帮助，特别是指出他的错误弥补他闪失的帮助，他怎么会在意呢？不仅不会在意，而且还可能会觉得这样的帮助是多余，是当面让他下不来台呢。这样的人，心如冰硬板结的水泥地板，水是打不湿的，便也就难以再松软得能够钻出惊蛰的小虫来，鸣叫出哪怕再微弱的感恩之声来。

感恩不只是一种对生命馈赠的欣喜，也不只是对这一馈赠所给予的言辞的回馈；感恩是用一颗纯洁的心，去领受那付出背后的艰辛、希望、关爱和温情。

我在报上看到这样一则消息：湖南两姊妹在小时候一次落水，被一个好心人救起，那人没有留下姓名就走了。两姊妹和她们的父母觉得，生命是人家救的，却连一声感谢的话都没有对人家说，发誓一定要找到这个恩人。他们整整找了20年，两姊妹的父亲去世了，她们和母亲接着千方百计地寻找，终于找到了这位恩人，为的就是感恩。两姊妹跪拜在地上向恩人感恩的时候，她们两人和那位恩人以及过路的人们都禁不住落下了眼泪。这事让我很难忘怀，两姊妹漫长20年的行动告诉我，到什么时候都不要忘记对有恩于你的人表示感恩。而感恩的那一瞬间，世界变得是多么的温馨美好。

感恩需要学习，从小开始，不再使幼小的心灵蒙上世俗的灰尘。学会感恩，就是要学会不忘恩负义；学会感恩，就是要学会谦虚本份；学会感恩，就是要学会多一份爱，少一份恨……

感谢生活给予我们的一切，无论是欢笑还是泪水，这就是多姿多彩的生活，永恒的感恩

Today is Thanksgiving, the teacher told us to go home and do something, I thought, "what do you do? Wash the dishes? No way! In my opinion, the movie “ the pursuit of happyness “ is a meaningful film,

the hero of the movie is an active man. Though his life was very hard, his wife

left because of the situation of their family.His work was also unfortunate. He

never gave up and still work hard.Then he took care of his little son. He is

going after happiness all the time, so his life is running . Time is very

importmant to him, he must finish his task on time , or he wouldnt live a

steady life , he has to pay the rent and taxes and so on, but he insist on

taking every chance to make his life live better and he believe in himself.

Finally, he succeed , his part of life in the movie is moving and real.

I also like the song in the movie very much, it says “ the mountains have

high places and low places ……”

Everyone has a dream, if you work as hard as the hero of the movie , your

dream will come ture, so I will learn from the hero ---Chris Gardner.

And I believe my dream isn’t far away!

Second, much more efforts should be made to put the population planning policy into practice, because more people means more people means more pollution. Finally, those who destroy the environment intentionally should be severely punished. We should let them know that destroying environment means destroying mankind themselves.
