一 、试卷基本情况：

.这套试卷是一套综合型试卷，考核了学生考之前所应达到的英语运用综合能力，考核的难度系数中上，词汇方面考核了学生生容易掌握的词汇。总的来说，试卷涉及的知识面广，模拟中招试题形式，但缺少考查听力能力的(听力题)。卷面结构为：选择填空25分，完形填空10分,阅读理解30分, 情景对话10分，词汇20分，书面表达25分。总分120分

二、学生考试分数分析：

⑴、⑵两个班最高分：114分, 最低分：10分，⑴班平均分：83分，⑵班平均分：65分;100分以上有11人，90--99分有25人， 80—89 分16人，72—79分有9人，⑴班及格率90%，⑵班及格率：41%，优秀率20%， 60分以下有28人

三、学生答题情况分析

1 、单项填空：单项选择题分两部分，A部分为单词辨音，主要考查字母u 、i,字母组合ea、ear 、ow 在单词中的读音,学生失分主要在第1、3题。B部分为单项选择，考查的知识点多，覆盖面广，有一定的难度。但老师课堂都有讲到，可从学生做题情况来看，此题失分较多，从中可以看出学生对基础题掌握不够扎实，知识掌握还不到位。失分最多的主要集中在第 14(考查kind of 和 a kind of的区别)15、(考查spend，pay和take的区别),16(考查 It is +adj. + do…的句型)，17、(考查have fun doing sth.结构)，20题( 考查多个修饰词的顺序结构)

2、完形填空题的难度不大，既有考查语法知识，还要考查学生的分析理解能力。(1)班此题得分较高，2班级的学生得分较低。此题第23、28、29题丢分最多。由此看出学生的语法知识掌握不够牢靠。

3、阅读理解分ABC篇，C篇为任务读写型。AB篇所选的阅读文章主要考查学生对阅读材料的分析理解能力、推理判断和概括归纳能力。阅读理解难度适中，1班的得分率较高。学生已经掌握一定的阅读技巧。2班的有些学生由于对学习不感兴趣，这类的学生都是胡乱选题。此题失分较多的主要在32、36、40、题。此三题主要考查学生对文章的推理判断和归纳的能力。学生对文章的概括归纳能力还有待加强训练。C篇丢分较为严重，得分率很低，也有得满分的，但人数不多。在这方面学生有待于提高。

4、 情景交际主要考查学生综合运用语言的能力。所选材料贴近学生的生活实际，考查题目基本都可以通过上下文语境完成，相对比较容易，得分较高。

5、词汇主要考查常用单词，两个班的学生在词汇题上失分较高，主要存在几点：⑴不会拼写单词;⑵时态的错误;⑶词的词的正确形式。

6、写作

写作分AB篇;A篇小作文的要求是介绍人物的，浅显易懂，学生有话可说。写自己印象最深刻的人，这题材学生练过的，也是都是学生在日常生活中经常用到的，说到的语言，学生组织起来不难。所用的句型、单词都是学生学过的，且都是重点内容。在日常教学中，是老师反复强调的内容。因此，本题得分率还可以;而B篇 书面表达。 从试卷得分情况看，学生对于写作部分的词汇用法掌握不到位。对于动词的第三人称单数的概念不清，时态运用正确，大部分学生基础知识掌握得不好，张冠李戴的现象比较突出，个别学生不注意审题。⑵班好些学生空白不写。有些学生甚至抄阅读理解的短文内容。

四、具体改进措施

1、钻研新教材，夯实英语基础。在练习时，很多学生“一看就会，一做就错”，这种现象比较普遍，失误原因是对于常见用语掌握的熟练程度还不够。其根本原因就在于基础不牢，只有扎扎实实从基础做起，才能最终达到“一看就会，一做就对”。

2、加强英语课外阅读。英语知识的获得与能力的提高是在不断的听、说、读、写的训练过程中逐步形成的，而教材和课堂所能提供的训练还是比较有限的，因此，要加强理解语篇的能力训练，增强英语语感。

3、规范训练，改进学习方法。要善于分析学生，找出学生的薄弱环节，合理安排好教材知识梳理、专项训练和应试技巧指导。

4、加强听力训练。冰冻三尺非一日之寒，听力理解能力的提高不是一朝一夕能改变的，而是长期的不间断训练的结果，因此要保证每天让学生至少听力训练10分钟。

In the past,the housing conditions in our city were rather poor.A lot of

下面我介绍本次家长会的流程安排(出示PPT)

一、学生学习情况汇报

根据半个学期的观察，班里学生学习情况大致可分为4种：

(1)目标明确，刻苦努力，成绩优秀或进步较快的同学。他们中有很多人晚自习后还要加班加点，利用点滴时间时刻不放松。如：蒲裕康、刘坤、郑莹莹、任雪玉、蔡碧虹等很多同学学习非常刻苦，让我也感到非常感动。

(2)智力聪慧，讲求方法，学习轻松，且具有极大提升空间的同学。如吴青锦、林天晨、王泽麟等。如果他们能够进一步努力，再勤奋踏实一些的话，后期上升的空间还是很大。

(3)有目标，学习刻苦，但成绩时有波动的同学。像咱班的蒲上威、肖文仲、罗树青等相当大一批人。对于他们，这时最需要老师和家长及时的鼓励引导和信任，需要家长更多的和他们交流学习中的困惑，给他们坚持下去的动力，给他们足够的时间来证明自己能登上山顶。

(4)满足于现状，知道学习但不够刻苦，成绩中等或偏下的同学。这类学生易满足于现状，上进心不够，但可塑性较强。这就要求我们这些同学的家长帮助他们树立学习目标，寻找身边学习的榜样，找到学习的动机，耐心与他们沟通。这些学生也是老师们关注的重点，对他们的要求也会更为严格，希望他们能尽早改变对待学习的态度，成为将来班级的佼佼者!

二、期中考试成绩分析：

1.年级前100名13人，期中年级前10名1人，前50名5人。但整体成绩不高，总分平均分在四个重点班中名列第三，低分人群也较多，低于450分18个人。

2.个别科目平均分较低，会考科目成绩，特别是通用技术和信息技术平均分较低。

3.有些同学总分不低，名次也靠前，但在个别学科上过于薄弱，有“拖后腿”现象。这些同学我很担心他们在高考中会吃大亏。

家长们拿到孩子的成绩条，请关注几个问题：

1.孩子的进步情况 2.关注孩子成绩中的薄弱科目，并及时向课任老师了解情况 3.关注孩子的分数所在的位置(去年高考理科一本615分，二本548分，在此基础上减去200分，大约等同于现在的学生成绩标准)

成绩背后的问题

1. 个别同学上课不够专心，甚至做一些与学习无关的事。2.遇到难题不会积极去思考，过分依赖参考答案;没有养成及时订正错误的习惯。导致已做过的练习屡做屡错，考试原题都丢分。3.课间之后无法迅速进入学习的状态;晚修、自习课上总有人借问题目为名讲闲话。4.平时学习懒散，紧张程度不够，周末返家很少主动学习，临近考试才匆忙复习。5. 学习怕苦怕累，不能持之以恒。6.考试心理素质差。

三、班级目前存在的问题。

1、有个别同学作风散漫，时间观念不太强。

表现为上课睡觉开小差、课下贪玩，爱看小说，书写潦草，自习课效率低，玩手机、谈恋爱等等，这些都是制约我们学习成绩，实现目标的因素。虽然我们经常强调纪律，但是还是有些同学做不到。不守时、不守纪就是不守信。为此我也惩罚过他们，希望他们增强时间、纪律观念，做诚实守信的人。

2、有一部分同学缺乏学习的主动性。

不知道为何而学，如何学。无所事事，作业不能按时完成，总是需要老师去督促，他们又不喜欢别人去管，自己又管不住自己。学习浮躁，不踏实。怎样去让他们接受，对他们的成长发展产生积极影响，是值得我和各位家长认真考虑的问题。

3、缺乏毅力，制定的目标和计划不能坚持到底。

三天打鱼两天晒网;生活学习习惯不科学。谁都会订计划，有的人能坚持三天，有的人一个月，有的人一年，有的人始终如一的奋斗了三年。执行力差，也是成绩没有起色的原因，不能按老师的要求不打折扣，百分之百的完成，总是想着少做一点，晚做一点。

4.其他方面

(1)学生偏科现象。

(2)部分学生的睡眠状况不是很好。

(3)部分学生心理压力大，学习上过于急躁，总想一下把很多知识都学完。

(4)很多学生只停留在苦学上，不能做到实干加巧学。

(5)不能正确地看待自己，有时把目标定得太高，有时把目标定的太低。

(6)不能正确地对待每一次考试成绩，特别是一次、两次考得不理想就感到无所适从，丧失信心。

归纳起来主要的问题是：压力比较大、学习效率不高、心理承受力弱、学习不得法，自信心不足。

四、需要家长协调的几个方面

1.要关注学生的行为。比如交友、消费情况、手机使用情况(请不要让您的孩子带手机到学校，利少弊多)

2.在关注学习的同时，关心自已孩子的身体健康。多数学生在紧张的学习的同时，也承担着巨大的心理压力，如升学压力，人际交往、青春期的困惑等等。班里一部分学生曾出现过失眠、心情烦躁、看书头疼等一些亚健康状况，有部分学生身体素质或生活习惯不太好，胃病、感冒等时有发生，有时一次感冒就要耽误一两天学习，没有效率。所以家长们也要叮嘱孩子，身体不适要及早治疗，身体虚弱要加强营养。

3.正确看待学生的成绩。关心孩子的学习不要只关注他的成绩多少，名次高低。成绩和名次一定程度上反映了他的学习情况，但成绩已是事实，是结果，我们应该更多的关心、帮助学生把握好过程。进步也好，落后也好，应该多和学生一道去分析成功的经验和失败的教训，以利于下次能有更好的结果。对于孩子的学习，有的情况需要鼓励，有的情况需要批评，有的需要为他减压，也有的需要为他增压，但不管是那种情况，对于孩子的努力，一定要给予肯定，理解和信任才会让他有抓好过程的动力和信心。绝大多数学生都是刻苦努力的，如果成绩暂时不太好，他们自己心里也不好受，请家长一般不要不问情况就武断的批评或提出过高的目标，那样只会增加他们的心理负担，适得其反。

4.加强与老师的沟通，多来学校走一走，看看孩子，见见老师。多沟通，才能多了解。我们的任课老师积累了许多宝贵的教学和管理经验，他们精心设计着每一堂课，批改每一次作业，认真辅导学生耐心地解答学生的每一个疑难问题。要相信我们的老师，当您的孩子说某位老师不好时，您应该告诉他，决定自己成绩好坏的是态度和努力程度，为什么您认为不好的老师所教的学生中仍然有特别出色的。千万不能助长学生不喜欢老师、认为老师讲的不好是造成自己成绩不好的原因的想法，因为这样会害了孩子。要教育孩子：无论做何事，态度决定一切!

I took a trip to Shanghai with my mother during the seven-day holiday. It

took us more than two hours to drive to Shanghai from my home in Haimen. We

stayed in a large hotel on the eighth floor. On the first day， I just stayed in

the hotel and rested. On the second day， my brother and I went to Nanjing Road.

It’s the busiest street in Shanghai. When we got there， there were lots of

people. We walked from one shop to another. I bought two T-shirts and two pairs

of trousers for the ing summer. The T-shirts and trousers I bought are all white

because white is my favourite colour. My brother also bought some clothes. On

the third day， my mother took me to Jinjiang Entertainment Centre. It was full

of people. I played many kinds of gamesthere. I had a good time. The other days，

Tower， the Huangpu River and Shanghai International Conference Centre. I didn’t
