那位监考老师也依然如故，先轻轻推门进来，然后分试卷，发试卷，发答题纸，再后来就是叮嘱我们别写错号码，涂错数字。其实哪会错呢?都写了十几回了。可她仍然不放心，我们答题时，她从第一组第一号开始，检查答题纸及试卷的填涂情况。她静悄悄地，非常仔细，每一个数字都跟准考证核对无误后才轻轻地放下，离开，继续……

她检查到我时，答题纸上我该涂的都涂了，答案也涂了。本来我没发觉她来了，正答一道很长的题目。好不容易答完了刚伸一下懒腰，不料胳膊却碰到旁边一个人，吓了一跳急忙收回。抬头一看，正是她，她冲我和蔼地一笑，没有半点责备的意思。见我正在答题，这才轻轻翻过我的试卷和揉作一团的准考证，看她那一丝不苟的样子，我心中泛起一层莫名的涟漪，第一次觉得监考老师其实也很贴心，很温暖。

“这答题纸上的铅笔印涂得淡了些，待会儿如果有空就描深些，防止机器读不出来。”她轻轻地说完又将我的答题纸背面向上轻轻放好，离开，继续……一切都是轻轻的，好像生怕吓着我们。我赶紧拿起铅笔，把答题纸上所有选项全都涂深一遍，并没等到“有空”。我是第一次如此快乐地完成一项老师布置的作业。

“离结束还有30分钟，没做好的同学抓紧做好，做好的赶紧检查，在没有十足把握的情况下不要乱改答案。第一印象很重要!”虽然仍是这些听腻了的话，可为何今天听着不一样?

我心底的暖渐渐升温了，这在阴雨连绵的天气里，我真的有种莫名的冲动，想说出感激的话来。这时我感到考试也不是那么无聊了，而是从考试中感到了温馨。

两天的考试结束了，虽然考试前没怎么复习，不对应该是没有学习，但是我觉得这次考试很有意义。可能考试成绩不会太高，但是这次考试是我这几年工作经验的一个积累，虽然没有正经的学习考试的内容，但是有很多东西都是我在工作时接触的。通过这次考试我对这个国家二级建造师有了新的认识，我觉得我应当多了解一些这方面的知识。

“失去了才知道珍惜”这句话用到这肯能不是特别恰当，但是这恰恰能反映出我此时此刻的心理，现在真有一点后悔，后悔没能多看看教材、多做做练习题。当时根本就不应该抱着侥幸的心理，指望着同学能弄到考试题后顺利的通过考试，取得资格证书。现在想一想真是遗憾啊!这三个科目看好了的话应当可以通过两科，让后明年主攻另外一科。现在终于明白了，但是也肯能晚了，只有明年继续努力了。

通过这两天的考试，我发现资格考试也并不是想象中那么的难过，只要你踏踏实实看好教材，做好练习题应该是没问题的。

二、日记的格式

英文日记通常由书端和正文两个部分组成。日记常以第一人称记下当天生活中的所见、所闻、所做或所想的事情。中、英文的日记三格式大致一样。英语日记的书端是专门写日记的日期、星期和天气的。左上角是日期(年、月、日)、星期。右上角写上当天的天气情况，如：Sunny，Fine，Rainy，Windy，Snowy，Cloudy等。

1、日期表达有多种形式。年、月、日都写时，通常以月、日、年为顺序，月份可以缩写，日和年用逗号隔开。例如：

A)September 1，2004或September 1st，2004也可省略写成Sept. 1，2004或Sept. 1st，2004;the 1st of September in 2004(月份不可以缩写)

B)只有月、日：September 1或September 1st(月份可以缩写)

C)只有年、月：September 2004或the September of 2004(月份不可以缩写)

以上的1或1st都应读作the first.

2、星期也可以省略不写，可将其放在日期前或后，星期和日期之间不用标点，但要空一格，星期也可缩写。如：

Saturday，October 22nd，2004;October 22nd，2004 Saturday

3.天气情况必不可少。天气一般用一个形容词如：Sunny，Fine，Rainy，Snowy 等表示。写在日期之后，用逗号隔开，位于日记的右上角。如：

Saturday，March 4，2004，Windy;1st January，2004，Fine

三、日记的要求

日记的正文是日记的主要部分，写在星期和日期的正下方，可以顶格写，也可以内缩3至5个字母的空间。由于记载的内容通常已经发生，谓语动词多用一般过去时。但也可根据具体情况，用其它时态。如：记叙天气、描写景色，为了描写生动，可以使用现在时，以表现当时的情景。再如文后发表感想或评论可用现在时态或将来时态。记日记力求简单明了，有连贯性。若有文字提示，则应重视提示，把握要点。在句式上尽量使用简单句，以防繁杂，造成语法、句型错误。

四、日记的类型和训练

日记分为记事型、议论型、描写型和抒情型。建议大家在学习写日记的过程中，可按以下步骤进行：

①将一天所经历的主要事情和过程依次简要地记下来，不附加任何感情色彩，这是最简单的记日记的方法;

②阅读别人的日记，并利用所学过的句型来表达个人在一天中观察到的或感受到的事情。

记录下自己的愤怒哀伤，就像自己再一次经历一样？

在这种情况下，记录下来一些东西，其实是在帮你理清自己的思路。

脑海中看似有联系的想法，如：按照事件发生的时间顺序在你脑海中进行放映；或者某个事物触碰到你的愤怒点，从而让你产生因果联系。这些现象会让你有种错觉，认为自己在脑子里能够把事情的来龙去脉，甚至是每个细节，每个与之对应的情绪都能看得十分明白。一旦你有机会，将这件触动你的事情，在夜深人静时写下来，你就会发现，笔根本停不下来。

一个人的视野始终是有局限性的，只有当你写下来，在这个抽丝剥茧一字一字的缓慢进程里，你才能看到很多自己思想的局限性，这时候，你还会为这件糟糕的事情而心情不好么？并不会。

因为写字的时候，你会慢慢进入到理性思维，感性思维还在，但理性思维已经可以帮助你找到症结所在，让你不用再为此懊恼。这种客观的看待和分析，会让你平和下来。通常，在那些字的末尾，我们还会给自己做积极的心理建设。你看到的，只是你眼中的世界，并不代表真实。甚至，你分析的，只是用你自己脑子里存储的知识去分析的，也不代表全面。写字的好处，我也只能从我自己的经验和思考出发，给出我的回答。

不要让大脑蒙混过关，写下来，学着做一名侦探，去找到最接近真实的蛛丝马迹。

oh，还是说你想要彻底忘掉？

浮躁是现代人的通病，费时费心力的写下自己的愤怒哀伤，还不如与朋友High歌一场，或是狂吃海喝一番有性价比。选一个娱乐的方式填满自己的时间，然后进行选择性遗忘。也许那些糟糕的事情可以静静待在你的内心深处。但要提醒的是，它们其实伺机而动，寻求着重见天日的机会。

从心理学的角度上来说，屏蔽掉那些糟糕的事情，也会让你在心里建立起一堵墙。无奈的是，这堵墙会同时将糟糕的和开心的事情阻隔在你的心门之外。这种心理防御机制的后果便是，你将变得无比麻木，对于开心的不开心的事情你都没什么感觉，生活也没了激情，甚至变得爱无能。

二，了解自己

生活平淡，开心或者无事，写下来就是流水账而已，浪费时间。

浪费时间？这个，取决于你怎么定义它

我们最常做的一件事：在电脑上看着电影同时吃着零食并且玩着手机，美名曰，效率。

而效率的高低评价，要在结果成功的基础上。如果是一部烧脑电影，看完后你也许根本不知所云。如果是重要的事情要用手机联系，或许会因为打错字、消息发错人显得你不靠谱从而错过某些机会。而零食的味道你又是否真的体会到了？几件事情同时做，每件事情都只花了几分之一的心思，每件事得到的也只有几分之一。谈何效率？

记流水账也有好处啊。初中时我的日记都是以“今天我……”开头，然后就是一些流水账。慢慢地你会在一些小事情上也能发表一些看法了。譬如你今天在菜里吃到一条虫，你大可以进行谩骂，然后在这个场景里你或许会看到旁边的好友，他的反应是怎样的？你对他的反应有什么看法么？他今天和你一起做了什么有趣的事情？然后再展开下一个场景。

仅仅因为联想，你的大脑就比你想象的要八婆得多，你怎么会觉得自己的大脑空无一物，无事可写呢？

大脑的思绪纷繁杂乱，一天的起心动念有无数次，记流水账可以帮助你捕捉到更多内心的想法，觉察到更多生活中的细微真实之处，也会让你对自己更加了解。要客观的认识自己一件非常困难的事情，没有勇气剖析自己，面对自己的缺点和错误，就无法保持一个清醒的头脑对你手头的事情做出合理的决断和处理。

三，知行合一

你觉得自己浮躁吗？

当你无法做一件枯燥但又重要的事情时，不妨试试每天坚持写下日记随笔。

写日记能让你在一个时间段内沉下心来。只要你有欲望，你就想得到，想得到结果，你就得经历过程，要经历过程，你就要对欲做之事有一个清晰的认识。

你要是暂且还不“知”，写日记来记录你的“行”，别人的“行”，慢慢地参考对照，你就自然会“知”。

在你已经“知”了一些道理的基础上，写日记可以帮助你对一个事物做出检视，考虑每个环节，哪里有问题，哪里需要改 进，促进你对“行”做出修正，直至你得到结果。结果的好坏，你也可以在日记中进行衡量。也许在经历之后，你会对“好”与“坏”重新审视一遍，说不定还会发现“灰”。

知行合一从古至今都很困难。日记随笔是个有利的载体，你写的字促进你“行”，你的“行”能矫正你的“知”，把你的“知”逐渐写下来，让“知”与“行”在一条道上重合，然后就能唤出阿拉丁神灯，达成所愿之事。

Today is the first day that we start our summer camp.Everybody is amazed at the foreign teacher.They have white skin,yellow hair,blue eyes……But no one is very beautiful or handsome.

考试之后（After Examination）

After I got the news that I had passed PETS level 3 ,I were really happy at that moment .But when I knew the exact result,I didn’t have any successful or wonderful feelings,instend of that,I think the result was very strange.I couldn’t believe that.although my mark was high,everyone who joined the examination all got very good marks.Most of the students in my class could reach the average of 60.so I can’t be pleased with my reault,and it is not enough for me.Recently,I have mixed feeling.It even drives me crazy.I have though a lot about how to improve my English .I am so eager for improving.When I am in school ,I am just ok..
