Social networking has gained huge worldwide popularity in recent years, especially among college students. In China, college student is the main force of social networking, 97.7% of which are fond of instant messaging and 80.7% prefer social networking sites like micro-blog and Q-zone (China Internet Network Information Center, 2013). Moreover, Michigan State University Original Study also finds that compared with Chinese students, American students are more tied to social media (2013). 今天下午，值勤过后，我就和同学一起坐43路车回家。车上很挤，我好不容易才找到一个座位，就一屁股坐下了，可以好好的休息一会了。

可是，车刚过了一站地，有一位老爷爷上车了，他微微驼背，大概六十多岁的 样子。我马上就想到了要给老人让座，但又转念一想，自己好不容易才坐下，让了怪可惜的。

怎么办啊?到底是 让还是不让?我想，身为一个少先队员，如果我不让的话，那又怎么对得起我胸前的红领巾呢?不能再想了，我一定要让。于是，我站起来，说：“爷爷，您来坐吧!”只见爷爷笑了笑，然后慢慢地坐下，并对我说：“真是好孩子!”我听了以后，心里也乐了，因为我做到了。

虽然我失去了一个供我休息的座位，但是，我却得到了表扬的话语和愉快的心情，这是多么快乐呀!

尊老爱幼是我们中华民族的传统美德，我们一定要让这种精神继续发扬光大!

Do you think what is the most important in your life? Maybe some answers

are dreams. I may directly answer “lovers”.

In my opinion, lovers not simply mean your partner of life, but the people

you love: your parents, husband or wife, children and friends. I have a happy

life because of their company. I even can’t imagine the life without them.

My mum told me” money is not as important as you think, you neednt think

too highly of it. Don’t be greedy, my girl.” I got it. Person around us is the

most important. If they are unhappy, you won’t be happy. There is many beautiful

scenery in our life, however, the most important thing we should notice is that,

without the people we love, they worth nothing.

In reality, many people are chasing wealth which results to the ignorance

of people around them. Obviously, its not a brilliant choice. Don’t’ be

近日，每每点开学习强国学习软件，都可以看到习近平总书记对老英雄张富清同志先进事迹作出的重要指示，赞扬他一辈子坚守初心、不改本色。

老英雄张富清同志在解放战争时炸毁、攻占敌4座碉堡，先后荣立一等功三次、二等功一次，被西北野战军记“特等功”，两次被授予“战斗英雄”称号，1950年获西北军会颁发的“人民功臣”奖章。作为基层工作人员，我曾经参与过退伍军人信息采集工作。事情虽然已经过去了几十年，但在与退伍老兵的交谈中，他们讲起过去的战事如数家珍，充满了自豪。生在和平年代的我们，对曾经物质匮乏的生活、满目疮痍的年代已只能从老一辈同志的口中慢慢感悟了，与他们的交流中我了解过那战火纷飞的年代，以及战争背后的残酷，深深的感受到这份沉甸甸的勋章们身后的血与泪，在阅读张富清同志的光辉事迹时，满怀敬畏的从他的过去中看到新中国的来之不易，领悟到红色共和国的深刻含义。

而更为难能可贵的是老英雄张富清同志在从部队转业到地方后，他兢兢业业的坚守着平凡的工作岗位，艰苦奋斗、无私奉献。作为战功赫赫的战争英雄，张老没有利用光辉的过去为自己、为子女、为家人谋取过一分名与利，张老夫妻二人仍住在80平米的单位分房中，在此次退伍军人信息采集之前，张老的家人甚至只知道“他曾当过兵”。许是见过太多的反腐信息报道，对张富清同志这样的党性，这样的坚守，我们心生敬意。

Water is a kind of liquid. It has no taste or smell. It is transparent, too. Water is useful and is important to us. Why? For example, we use water to water the plants. We use water to wash our face or to have a bath. We drink water or we will die…Water is also very important for China. There are 2.8 hundred millions of steres of water in China, but everyone can only use 2300 steres. It is only twenty–five per sent in the world.

However, when he returned some years later, the colorful coral reefs were dead and grey because the factory near the sea poured waste water into the sea. Jacques Cousteau decided to tell people how important it was to save the environment under the sea. He started the“ Cousteau Society ” to help protect life in the sea. Now there are over 30000 members all over the world. Since water covers most of the earth, Cousteau knew that we should keep the sea clean. We should not litter the sea, and should clean up the dirty parts. As water is very important to our environment, he encouraged everyone to take part in protecting our lakes, rivers, sea and ocean.

There are still a few people who are not protecting the water now in the world. For example, some factories pour waste things into the rivers, lakes or into the sea near by. The water there has become very dirty and we can’t use them at all. Although there are seventy–five per sent of water in the world, we can only use fresh water, that there is only a little. So we should use little water when we need to use it. For example, I do not use too much water when I am washing my face or having a bath… It is important for us to keep the water clean. You may ask yourself, have I ever poured or thrown dirty things into the water? If your answer is “No”, that means you have already helped to protect the environment. It is our duty to protect the environment. You may ask yourself again, have I ever helped to clean up the water? If your answer is “Yes”, that means that you have already done something useful to improve the water. “天王巨星”苏东坡

苏东坡才华出众，加上长得玉树临风、风度翩翩，因此拥有大批的粉丝。虽然苏东坡“星途坎坷”，但这些忠实的粉丝却一直追随，对他不离不弃。

苏东坡任杭州通判时，喜欢到西湖游玩。有一天，苏东坡游览西湖时，忽然着到一个年轻貌美的女子驾船追了上来。苏东坡不知其来意，一时愕然。女子激动万分地说，她自小就仰慕苏东坡，但一直无缘相见，现已嫁为民妻，今日亲眼看见自己的偶像，也了却了多年的愿望。之后，美女粉丝给苏东坡弹奏了一曲古筝，便驾船翩然而去。苏东坡无比感慨，为此，他写下一首《江神子》。

苏东坡谪居黄州时，有一个叫李琪的粉丝，非常想要苏东坡的签名墨宝，但一直没有机会。多年过去了，李琪仍拿不到偶像的签名墨宝，眼看苏东坡就要调离黄州，她心急如焚。离开当日，黄州官员设宴为苏东坡饯行，宴席就设在李琪所服务的酒店。真是天赐良机，李琪决定豁出去了。酒过三巡，菜过五味，苏东坡酒兴正酣。看到时机成熟，李琪便捧着酒杯跪拜在偶像面前，随即拿出自己的随身汗巾，求苏东坡签名墨宝。苏东坡倒也爽快，让李琪取来笔墨，挥手便在汗巾上写道：“东坡七载黄州住，何事无言及李琪?”到此，即掷笔袖手，复与宾客谈笑。只写两句?这可把李琪急坏了，于是她再次跪拜，求苏东坡再续。苏东坡大笑，接着写了两句：“恰似西川杜工部，海棠虽好不留诗。”书毕，在座宾客无不击节赞叹，李琪也了却多年心愿，激动得流下眼泪。

苏东坡59岁时被贬至惠州，当时，他的邻居温氏有个女儿叫温超超，年方16岁，貌美如花。在当时，16岁已经是谈婚论嫁的年龄了，但温超超的眼光极高，任提亲的踏破门槛，她就是不肯嫁人。直到苏东坡被贬谪到惠州，她才算是找到了意中人，她高兴地对人说：“嫁人只嫁苏东坡!”于是，每天晚上，温超超不顾其淑女形象，愣是翻过高墙，来到苏东坡窗前听他吟诗诵读。一个晚上，窗外的温超超被苏东坡发现了，慌乱之中，温超超马上就翻墙跑回家中。苏轼跟踪寻到温家，问其缘故。温父无奈地告诉了苏东坡实情。苏东坡并不是好色之徒，他答应温父，要给温超超找到一个好归宿。但天有不测风云，不久，苏东坡就又被贬到海南儋州去了，此事也因此不了了之。到苏东坡遇赦放还，途经惠州时，温超超已经抑郁而终。

在京城的皇宫里，苏东坡的粉丝也不在少数。当时，皇宫中的皇太后、皇后、公主和不少宫女都是苏东坡的超级粉丝。她们对苏东坡的一贬再贬非常愤慨，但始终无能为力。北宋元丰年间，“乌台诗案”案发，苏轼被逮捕下狱。宋神宗当时也是苏东坡的忠实粉丝，看到自己的偶像入狱，神宗为此闷闷不乐。后来，皇太后向宋神宗哭诉，搬出了当年宋仁宗“吾为子孙得两宰相”的祖训，为苏东坡说情。最终，宋神宗决定对苏东坡从轻处理。所谓的“吾为子孙得两宰相”，其实就是前任皇帝宋仁宗对苏东坡爱戴有加的一个体现。

更加不可思议的是，在宋朝疆域之外，也有苏东坡的粉丝。有一回，苏东坡的弟弟苏辙出使辽国，在辽国，苏辙惊奇地发现，辽国人常常向他打听苏东坡的情况。后来，苏辙在给苏东坡的信中写道：：“谁将家谱到燕都，识底人人问大苏。”由此可见，苏东坡在辽国也有极大的影响力。当时高丽国有两个兄弟，也是苏东坡的忠实粉丝，他们分别取名为金富轼、金富辙。轼和辙，正是苏东坡兄弟的名字，由此又可见，苏东坡被外国人崇拜的程度。
