最恋那碗莲藕排骨汤

新年的脚步越来越近，“就地过年”成了新时尚，虽然就地过年既安全又可以节约一笔钱，但是，我内心深处还是很想家，想亲人，想母亲做的美食，特别是那碗只有过年回家才吃得上的热气腾腾、香气扑鼻的莲藕排骨汤，是思乡时最深的慰藉。

记忆里，我们每年回家，最开心的莫过于母亲，天还没亮，她就迫不及待地起床生煤炉子、洗陶吊子，然后赶到菜市场，挑选几根她认为最好的排骨和最新鲜的莲藕，放进陶吊子里，在炉火上精心煨制。

中途不用揭锅看，母亲自有她的煨汤心得，待莲藕排骨汤特有的浓香弥漫小巷、路过的人们情不自禁深吸口气说“好香啊”的时候，母亲才信心十足地揭开盖子。俗话说，“吃肉不如喝汤，喝汤不如闻香”。此时，莲藕的清香混合着熟透的肉香直达肺腑，眼里心里都是幸福的温暖。

开吃前，母亲总要拿起筷子完成一套颇有仪式感的品尝过程，将筷子在她认为最干净的胳肢窝里擦擦，然后小心翼翼夹起一块莲藕细细品尝，“嗯，蛮粉!咸淡正好!”汤浓香、藕粉糯、肉烂熟，说明这吊汤食材上乘、火候到位，母亲这才露出满意的笑容。

湖北的冬天虽然不像北方那样零下十几度或几十度，但照样寒冷，因为我们很少有安装暖气的，北方人回家脱衣服，湖北人回家则裹得像熊猫一样傍着火炉边搓手边瑟瑟发抖，而炉上那锅咕咕冒着热气的莲藕排骨汤，是母亲为孩子驱赶寒冷的不二法宝，也是邻里关系亲如一家的秘诀。

小时候，因为爷爷奶奶过世得早，我们姐弟仨多亏了隔壁的奶奶帮着照看。家里每次煨汤，母亲情愿不吃，都要添上一碗堆得冒尖的汤送给隔壁的奶奶吃。母亲说，老人的口是金口，越吃越有。

长大后，我也曾学着煨莲藕排骨汤，但总觉得没母亲煨的汤香甜，母亲传授过煨莲藕排骨汤的经验，除了用陶吊在炉火上文火慢熬，选材也十分重要，排骨不一定要正排，猪脊骨、边排都是可以的，但莲藕一定要选九孔的，母亲说，只有湖北才能种出九孔的莲藕，也只有九孔的莲藕才能煨出最浓最香的莲藕排骨汤。

买排骨的时候，我们都不喜欢排骨下边那一点“肥泡子肉”，但母亲说，那才是一坨正宗的好肉，里面包裹着脆骨，煨熟后脆骨嚼得嘎嘣响，软烂的肥肉吸满了汤汁，吃上一块，味蕾极尽享受。

湖北冬天的街头，也有卖莲藕排骨汤的，一般是做小炒或早点的生意搭着卖，老板很大方，五块钱一大碗，洒上一点胡椒和几粒葱花，一碗吃下去，额头汗津津，周身透满温暖。

异乡冬天街头的驱寒美食也有很多，涮羊肉、蒸米糕、烤红薯……但我最恋的，还是母亲那碗莲藕排骨汤。

大寒节一过，母亲便早早地将湖北的九孔莲藕寄了过来，收到快递时，莲藕上还留着一层褐色的泥巴，母亲说，这样的莲藕保鲜，可以存放很长一段时间都不会坏。

待到大年三十，上菜市场买回新鲜的排骨，照着记忆中母亲传授的方法，精心煨上一锅香气浓郁的莲藕排骨汤，然后邀请同事一起品尝，大家吃的吃，录的录视频，我也要打开手机视频，边吃，边笑着与母亲交流煨汤心得。

这个春节，一定也过得十分有意义呢!

Sharing bike can be seen in every corner of the street, which is very

popular by the public. The foreigners speak highly of sharing bike, because they

can ride the bikes to look around the city and the expense is very cheap. As

people enjoy the convenience of these bikes, the problem comes. We can see that

many bikes have been broken and some are even put in the main road, which brings

trouble to the public. Of course when the media reported the phenomenon,

everybody condemned the negative behavior. Sharing bikes are public property,

all the people have the responsibility to protect them, so after using them, we

should just find a right place to lock them. The small act can present a

person’s nature, so dont let yourself be the rude one.

My sister was fond of traveling. Ever since graduating, she had been

determined to organize a trip to an old temple. Since transporting fare was

expensive, she decided to use a bicycle to cycle there not caring about the

disadvantages. Her stubborn attitude was always her shortcoming. Once she made

up her mind to do something, no one could persuade her to change her mind.

Finally, we gave in as usual though we preferred to take a train. After we

一是要始终知责尽责、勇于担当。我们党在长期的革命实践和建设中，形成了吃大苦耐大劳的奉献精神，从而战胜了一个又一个艰难险阻，创造了一个又一个辉煌成就。这种吃苦奉献精神永不过时、永放光芒。我们要直面困难，迎难而上。人生不可能一路坦途，我们要学会以积极的心态去面对困难，尽最大的努力发现问题，分析问题，解决问题。我们不作胆小的懦夫，要做敢于尝试的勇者。我们要永远牢记最初进入工作岗位时的信念，不必过于计较得失，要甘于奉献!精神上要向“四讲四有”的目标奋斗。履职上要敢担当，在错综复杂的矛盾中，敢于迎着困难上,一旦出现问题，勇于挺身而出，敢于承担责任。在创新上有所追求，有动力有定力，善学善思善成，自觉运用于工作实践中。

二是要始终常在状态、创先争优。精神状态决定工作标准，展现敬业精神，事关能力素质，事关单位发展。建成小康社会，不仅仅是一句鼓舞人心的口号,更重要的是要求我们以不辱使命的崇高追求、昂扬向上的精神状态、舍身忘我的拼搏精神、常在状态的自我加压，努力创先争优。要有奋发进取的工作干劲。要有争创一流的工作标准。高标准、创一流，既是指导思想，又是科学的工作方法，既要苦身子，又要苦脑子，需要扎扎实实扑下身子去干、去创。要有精细求实的“工匠精神”和工作作风。作风实、事业旺，作风漂、事业衰。

三是要始终知恩图报、知足常乐。作为一名党员干部，要懂得知恩图报、知足常乐、知责奋进，清廉如水，不谋私利。在吃苦中奉献，在奉献中吃苦，是忠诚于党的事业的一种具体体现，是实现人生价值的客观所在。看待名利待遇要知足，追求什么，关键要把握好“度”，“祸莫大于不知足。”时下在一些人身上存在的职务升迁上“嫌慢”、环境上“嫌苦”、事业上“嫌累”、待遇上“嫌少”、名誉上“嫌无”的现象，就是“不知足”的问题。在名利待遇上，要会“追求”，树立正确的人生价值取向，精神不懈怠、学习不满足、工作不退后，要会“比较”，我们要尊重岗位，学会正确看待自己的岗位和工资。抱着一颗感恩之心，珍惜手中这份来之不易的工作机会。

我们弘扬奉献精神，要把自己的岗位当做人生舞台，施展自己才华，演绎精彩人生。用一颗无私的心面对身边人和事，与人为善，互助互爱，坚持对的事，只做对的人。能够正确认识自我和他人，就会使平庸变为优秀，使自卑变为自强，使消沉变为进取，使自满变为谦逊。我们还要学会放弃，从容面对人生，排除杂念，平衡心态，从而取得更多更好的事业和生活上的收获。

Science and technology have been bringing human beings tremendous benefits.

Thanks to science and technology, we now live comfortably and conveniently in

houses furnished with air conditioners, refrigerators, washing machines and

televisions etc. Thanks to science and technology, we can eat fresh vegetables

at the year round. Thanks to science and technology, we can travel long

distances in the fraction of a second on planes, trains and cars. Thanks to

science and technology, we wear clothes with synthetic materials which can not

easily be worn out.

However, science and technology have atso brought us a lot of disasters.

First, because of the many breakthroughs in the field of medicine, people are

now living much longer than they used to. As a result, the population of the

world is increasing, causing lots of problems. Second, because of the

development of industry, lots of the wastes from factories pour into the air and

rivers, causing pollution of all kinds. Third, some terrorists are using science

and technology against mankind. They use biological, chemical and unclear

weapons to threaten world peace...

So its urgent that we find ways to solve these problems. But we should not

stop the development of science and technology because of these disasters they

bring, just as we should not give up eating for fear of choking. In addition, we

should make some rules to regulate our actions. As long as we use science and

technology in a proper way, they may bring us even more benefits.

“过年啦，过年啦!”大家都快乐的忙碌着，家家户户不是挂上了红灯笼，就是贴上了红艳艳的吉祥春联，一派喜气洋洋。连天公也转悲为喜，露出灿烂的笑容。

大年三十，爸爸妈妈忙碌着准备菜肴——鸡鸭鱼肉样样齐全，还有各种蔬菜。快看，我家的烹饪大师——“向大厨”(爸爸)来了。只见他右手拿着炒锅，左手拿着勺子，走进了厨房。先炒蒜末，然后放入木耳，最后把银耳放进去抄。顿时，厨房里传出噼噼啪啪的爆炒声，同时也飘散出了阵阵清香。爸爸把各种各样的肉

变着花样做出各种各样的菜。傍晚，我们开始吃年夜饭 ，大家围坐在桌子前，斟上满满的一杯酒，互相祝福。桌上的菜可丰盛啦，满桌的美味佳肴，热气腾腾。瞧!

有香味扑鼻的红烧鸡，有圆滚滚的鱼丸子、肉丸子，应有尽有。最引人注目的，还是我们家的“大厨师”爸爸烹调的“醋溜墨鱼”。你看，那用刀切成的一片片的墨

鱼片，炒熟了，浇上香气扑鼻的醋溜汁，又香又好吃，吃上一口，让人感到舍不得吞下去。我倒了满满的一杯鲜橙汁。我站起来，高高地举起杯子：“祝外公外婆健康长寿!牛年平安!再祝爸爸妈妈牛年大吉大利!挣更多的钱!给我买更多的……”我话还说完，长辈们都笑翻了天。

我们拭目以待的春节联欢晚会又开始了。那优雅的舞姿，那嘹亮的歌声，还有那逗人的小品……着实把我们吸引住了。电视机里的演员载歌载舞，电视机前的我们为他们鼓掌叫好，一直继续到深夜才停止。

就在零点的钟声敲响的前一刻，数不清的礼花在夜空中绽放，五彩缤纷的礼花把古丈山城变成了一个“不夜城”，天空如同白昼般亮丽。礼花像一朵朵五彩斑斓的鲜花，把天空装扮得绚烂多姿。四面八方轰然炸响的爆炸声，震耳欲聋，就像春雷撼动整个大地。春天离我们不远了。

大年初一早上，我被鞭炮声吵醒了。呀，该起床了，我赶紧穿上妈妈买的新衣服，和爸爸妈妈一起去给外公外婆拜年，祝外公外婆过年好，身体健康，外公外婆高兴极了，给了我一个大大的红包，同时也祝愿我好好学习、天天向上。

啊，过年真快乐!

It has been two years since I first got to university. Some of my

classmates say that the college life is boring, because they have plenty of time

but do not know what to do. However, from my point of view, the campus life in

college is interesting and colorful as long as you make it meaningful.

In the first semester in college, I didnt relax and I still worked hard as

I was in the senior school. I usually spent two hours in study at night and I

went to the classroom forautonomous learning.But the difference is that I have

many extracurricular activities. For example, I went to the English Corner

regularly on Tuesday night, in which I could practice my spoken English and make

friends with common interests.

Besides, I join the Student Union of my department. In the Student Union, I

have a group of workmates who work hard together and support to each other.

Actually, it looks like a big, warm family that we can share our lives together.

During various activities, I realize the importance of team spirit that helps us

go further.

Finally, college is great stage to improve a student and show ones

abilities. In college, I know more about our society and get more channels to

explore the outside world. I realize that I am not only a student but also an

adult who is preparing to step into the society.

In short, I cherish my life in college campus and I will try hard to make

it colorful as well as meaningful.
