康有为曾是炒房高手

中国传统文人，通常羞言金钱，以“铜臭味”鄙视之。故不少优秀的文人墨客，都不事生产，不谙经营之道。但也有例外，既才华横溢，文思敏捷，又具备超人的经济头脑，懂得理财。康有为就是其中的一位佼佼者，他对房地产有着敏锐的判断力，好几次牛刀小试，便获利不菲。其点子之准，下手之稳，就算现在的炒房高手，也自愧不如。

康有为流亡海外多年，其间得到了许多爱国华侨的慷慨资助，这是他得以周游列国的重要经济保障。但他也运用自己的聪明才智赚了不少钱，特别是在房地产上屡有斩获。

比如1906年春节期间，他访问墨西哥，受到当地隆重接待。当时墨西哥城正在筹款修筑有轨电车，他敏锐地意识到电车轨道经过的地方，必将成为人气旺盛的商业圈，地价必定随之飙升，这是一个十分难得的赚钱的机会，便大量购置电车轨道经过之处的地产。没过多少日子，这些地价果然上扬了好几倍，他轻轻松松获得了10多万银元的赢利。

应该说梁启超也是赚钱的好手，早在1898年就以“保皇会”的名义，用入股的方式向海外华侨集资，在上海创办“广智书局”和“新民丛报社”。他凭借自己的知识资源，占有三分之一的股份，一年收益上万银元。当时康有为因逃避清政府追杀而避居印度吉大岭，经济陷于窘境，他得知后马上汇出1800银元，资助康有为。

有道是“此一时，彼一时”，当康有为在墨西哥的房地产上狠赚了一笔之时，梁启超的“广智书局”却陷入亏损的窘境，康有为得知后马上写信询问梁启超需要多少钱?梁启超回信说：“每年费用3000银元。”康有为立即汇出5000银元：给梁启超本人3000银元，给梁启超在澳门的家属1000银元，给梁启超的兄弟学费1000银元。出手之阔绰，堪与当今那些房地产老板媲美。“康梁”在政治上结为同盟早已美名远扬，在经济上互相施以援手，也传为佳话。

康有为晚年经济状况非常富裕。1913年康有为55岁那年结束流亡生涯回国，广东政府发还了被清朝政府抄没的康氏家产，并加发官产作为对康有为流亡15年的赔偿。资本贵在积累与增长，康有为非常清楚这一点，通过炒房地产来获利，依然是他的拿手好戏。他于1914年6月定居上海，租赁上海新闸路16号辛家花园，每月租金120银元，一住8年。这期间他看到上海房地产的升值潜力巨大，便马上变卖了广东的房产，在上海买入地皮。没过多久，上海的地皮飞涨，康有为又大赚了一笔。接着他又投资交通干线附近的房产，同样获利颇丰。

1921年，康有为在愚园路自购地皮10亩，建造了一座中西合璧的花园住宅，取名“游存庐”，十分豪华。晚年时他还在别处修建、购买了3座别墅，分别为杭州西湖的“一天园”、上海杨树浦的“莹园”和青岛的“天游园”。“一天园”占地30余亩，历时4年才建成。“莹园”建成后转让给别人，属于短线投资项目。青岛的“天游园”原来是总督楼，康有为购买后加以改扩建，他的生命最后终结于此。

The main function of public libraries is to provide books for people to

read.In a library,there are books on different subjects,such as Chinese

history,fine art,science,English literature,and so on.There are also works fo

fiction.

The public libraries are crowded with people on weekdays as well as Sundays

because many people,especially students who want to consult reference books for

their school work,know that they could at least learn something there.

Besides reading in the library,we can also borrow books with library

cards.But books on loan had to be returned within a couple of weeks.As far as I

know the number of people who borrow books from public libraries is increasing

year after year.

I go to the City Hall library twice a month to read.

Mid-Autumn Day，all the country is celebrating。 The streets are full of people， the loves are holding each other tightily。Everyone has his day。However，I am lonely。No one to hold，no one to kiss，no one to talk!

I was walking around the street without purpose，seeing the lovers kissing，watching the fireworkes alone，walking backe room whist。

Suddenly，i think i must be good to myself。So i decied to bue a present to myself。I know I will be good soon，and will find my Mr。Right。So tonight， a little teddy bear will sleep with me。And i know:i will have another teddy bear as a present that not bought from myself!

中秋节，全国各地都在庆祝。街上到处都是人，爱情紧紧相依。每个人都有他的一天。但是，我很孤独。没有人可以抱，没有人亲吻，没有人来谈论!

我无条件地走在街上，看到恋人们亲吻，独自看着烟火，走回来的房间。

突然间，我觉得我必须对自己好。所以我决定给自己一件礼物。我知道我很快就会好起来的，会找到我的Mr.Right。所以今晚，一只小泰迪熊会和我一起睡觉。我知道：我会买另一只泰迪熊作为礼物而不是我自己买的!
