任何一个希望能够获得效果的活动都要维持足够长的时间才能显示出它的意义来。

第17届中国国际工业博览会在上海开幕。本届工博会集中展示国家工信部46项智能制造试点示范项目，是国务院发布“中国制造2025”战略后，中国智能制造示范应用的首次被“检阅”。哪些前沿技术将改变我们的生活?

首先，我们要说的是“无人测量艇”。很多人可能都听说过“无人机”，它可以在人无法进入的山地、沙漠，或其他不方便的地方进行勘察，但大家或许不知道的是，在海洋领域同样也有这样的技术。过去，我们只能想象却无法企及的那么蔚蓝，人类已经到来。

弧形的白色顶部，2米多长、1.5-2米左右宽，下面长着两片像雪橇一样的长腿，整体高约1米左右，这就是上海大学无人艇工程研究院展出的“精海”无人测量艇第四代，它的吃水深度仅0.6米，能进入岛礁、浅滩、湖泊等常规测量船无法深入的水域进行海图测绘及海洋资源勘探。上海大学无人艇工程研究院副院长蒲华燕说，精海4号可以24小时循环监测并实时上报信息：“精海4号是今年上市的，上面配了一套水质测量监测仪，如果我们在湖泊、江河里面用的时候，这里面会把水采上来，实时地分析，然后传送给我们岸边的母船。现在水质监测最大的问题就是说，比如说有些偷排的地方，当有人去检测的时候，他就停止，没人的时候他就再排。他最大的特点我可以24小时在这个区域一直循环，哪里有问题马上就能知道。”

相较前三代动辄千万的售价，“精海4号”由于使用了电机代替柴油机作为动力，从而成本仅需40到50万元左右。价格便宜了，但本领却丝毫未减，蒲华燕介绍，“精海4号”具有自主航行和遥控操作两种作业模式，配备了高清摄像机、激光雷达等环境感知工具，还可以使用无线数传电台或4G网络通讯：“这个无人艇除了测量用，很大的一个功能就是在军队里面用，特别是你带上武器之后他就变成一个无人武器，作战平台，这个呢就是要根据用户来定制。”

说完了海上勘探，我们再将目光转向日常生活。过去我们购买的只是单独的“硬件”产品，比如，空调;后来，有了物联网，在我们购买的空调之上，可以和互联网连接，进行人机交互;而现在，海尔集团正在进行一场购买模式的革命，他们让每一个用户自己来搭建自己的购买生态模式。这个生态模式究竟什么样?

在展厅里，海尔家电产业集团副总裁兼供应链总经理陈录城指着展板上这样一句话“从硬件到网器到生态圈”，自豪的和记者说，过去用户买的产品，比如说冰箱，那只能说是一个硬件，后来有了物联网，冰箱能上网了，那也就是一个“网器”，可是现在，海尔让用户与工厂零距离，全程参与产品从设计到生产以及后续服务的流程，形成一个互联工厂，这就是一套购物模式的生态产业链。

陈录城说：“互联工厂的目标就是从产业分离到产业合一，大规模制造的模式就是产业分离，产品生产完了以后送到用户家里这个过程就算结束了。我们把整个产业链打通，上下游打通，工厂始终是连着用户的。用户既是生产者，也是消费者。”

在陈录城看来，让用户融合到生产过程中，就是要把大规模制造模式颠覆成为大规模定制模式：“我们有一款空调，一开始这个创意是来自北京的用户，他说鸟巢的外观很漂亮，他就有那么一个创意。他提出来以后一共是有30多个用户上去，交互这个方案，不断地修改这个方案，最后是1700名用户来支持这个方案。最后就形成了网上的方案，通过我们的虚拟设计平台设计出来，通过虚拟体验，然后又进入到我们的众创汇平台，用户下单定制。”

不仅如此，产品的整个生产过程、物流过程对用户都是可视的，手机终端可以随时随地查看。在使用产品之后，也始终会有用户的体验反馈到大数据平台，不断地去迭代、完善产品。

生活中，很多人都熟悉机器人Siri和度秘，不过，它们虽然使用方便却又让人觉得非常神秘、有距离感，因为它们只存在于苹果产品或者百度的系统中。如果我们能把这些虚拟世界的小机器人随意带入生活中的任何一个电子产品，那会什么样?

一款由上海智臻智能网络科技股份有限公司全球首发的iBot OS智能机器人云操作系统，它的神奇之处在于，只要装入一个软件，就能够将一个普通的电子产品变成一个智能机器人。公司副总裁梅莉现场演示了装载这个系统的扫地机器人，她介绍说：“如果没有加上我们的人工智能技术，他就叫扫地机，加了我们这个人工智能技术，他就叫扫地机器人。这个操作系统先进就在于，我们把所有东西已经全部集成在里面了，所以你接上这个操作系统，你们家任何一个电子产品就变成一个助理，智能的机器人。”

通过语音，每一个用户都可以控制这个电子产品，在办公室就可以通过微信语音命令它，在家则可以直接用语音进行控制。梅莉说：“就像是预约了一个助手，在微信里和你交互，比方说他自己如果说坏了，他会说我坏了，你帮我挪动一下吧，他跟其他的不同就是你把他看成是个人，他有人工智能技术在。”

最恋那碗莲藕排骨汤

新年的脚步越来越近，“就地过年”成了新时尚，虽然就地过年既安全又可以节约一笔钱，但是，我内心深处还是很想家，想亲人，想母亲做的美食，特别是那碗只有过年回家才吃得上的热气腾腾、香气扑鼻的莲藕排骨汤，是思乡时最深的慰藉。

记忆里，我们每年回家，最开心的莫过于母亲，天还没亮，她就迫不及待地起床生煤炉子、洗陶吊子，然后赶到菜市场，挑选几根她认为最好的排骨和最新鲜的莲藕，放进陶吊子里，在炉火上精心煨制。

中途不用揭锅看，母亲自有她的煨汤心得，待莲藕排骨汤特有的浓香弥漫小巷、路过的人们情不自禁深吸口气说“好香啊”的时候，母亲才信心十足地揭开盖子。俗话说，“吃肉不如喝汤，喝汤不如闻香”。此时，莲藕的清香混合着熟透的肉香直达肺腑，眼里心里都是幸福的温暖。

开吃前，母亲总要拿起筷子完成一套颇有仪式感的品尝过程，将筷子在她认为最干净的胳肢窝里擦擦，然后小心翼翼夹起一块莲藕细细品尝，“嗯，蛮粉!咸淡正好!”汤浓香、藕粉糯、肉烂熟，说明这吊汤食材上乘、火候到位，母亲这才露出满意的笑容。

湖北的冬天虽然不像北方那样零下十几度或几十度，但照样寒冷，因为我们很少有安装暖气的，北方人回家脱衣服，湖北人回家则裹得像熊猫一样傍着火炉边搓手边瑟瑟发抖，而炉上那锅咕咕冒着热气的莲藕排骨汤，是母亲为孩子驱赶寒冷的不二法宝，也是邻里关系亲如一家的秘诀。

小时候，因为爷爷奶奶过世得早，我们姐弟仨多亏了隔壁的奶奶帮着照看。家里每次煨汤，母亲情愿不吃，都要添上一碗堆得冒尖的汤送给隔壁的奶奶吃。母亲说，老人的口是金口，越吃越有。

长大后，我也曾学着煨莲藕排骨汤，但总觉得没母亲煨的汤香甜，母亲传授过煨莲藕排骨汤的经验，除了用陶吊在炉火上文火慢熬，选材也十分重要，排骨不一定要正排，猪脊骨、边排都是可以的，但莲藕一定要选九孔的，母亲说，只有湖北才能种出九孔的莲藕，也只有九孔的莲藕才能煨出最浓最香的莲藕排骨汤。

买排骨的时候，我们都不喜欢排骨下边那一点“肥泡子肉”，但母亲说，那才是一坨正宗的好肉，里面包裹着脆骨，煨熟后脆骨嚼得嘎嘣响，软烂的肥肉吸满了汤汁，吃上一块，味蕾极尽享受。

湖北冬天的街头，也有卖莲藕排骨汤的，一般是做小炒或早点的生意搭着卖，老板很大方，五块钱一大碗，洒上一点胡椒和几粒葱花，一碗吃下去，额头汗津津，周身透满温暖。

异乡冬天街头的驱寒美食也有很多，涮羊肉、蒸米糕、烤红薯……但我最恋的，还是母亲那碗莲藕排骨汤。

大寒节一过，母亲便早早地将湖北的九孔莲藕寄了过来，收到快递时，莲藕上还留着一层褐色的泥巴，母亲说，这样的莲藕保鲜，可以存放很长一段时间都不会坏。

待到大年三十，上菜市场买回新鲜的排骨，照着记忆中母亲传授的方法，精心煨上一锅香气浓郁的莲藕排骨汤，然后邀请同事一起品尝，大家吃的吃，录的录视频，我也要打开手机视频，边吃，边笑着与母亲交流煨汤心得。

这个春节，一定也过得十分有意义呢!

听说在祖国的西部有一处世界文化遗产，它就是莫高窟，我很想一睹它的真容。去年暑假，爸爸带我圆了这个梦想。

暑假的一天，爸爸对我说：“女儿，你不是一直都想去敦煌莫高窟吗?暑假爸爸带你去，好不好!”我一听要去莫高窟，心里万分激动，一口答应了。

在路上，爸爸给我讲解了敦煌和莫高窟：“敦煌是丝绸之路的一个重要城市，它和张掖、武威、酒泉并称河西四郡。在敦煌还有两处著名的边关，分别是玉门关和阳关。”讲到这时，我马上说：“我知道，有古诗这样写‘春风不度玉门关，西出阳关无故人’。”爸爸说：“是的，莫高窟是敦煌的一处文化景观，也是我们国家的重点文物保护单位。”

坐了两天的车，终于到了莫高窟，我们先看了介绍莫高窟的形成和莫高窟壁画影片，接着又到实体洞窟。哇!怪不得叫莫高窟了，一座山崖上布满了大大小小的石窟，星罗棋布的排列在三危山上。我们跟着讲解员一起步入石窟，讲解员阿姨讲了很多我不知道的故事，从石窟屋顶的构造、壁画，再到石窟的彩塑，我如同听天书一般。爸爸对我说：“你还小，听不懂很正常，等你大了，就会对中国文化产生热爱。”

一路上，我们去了好几个石窟，其中一个就是莫高窟的第一大佛——96号窟。它好大呀!光脚背就可以坐四五个人。人熙熙攘攘，我与讲解员走散了，精彩的讲解自然错过了。后来，我了解到莫高窟的第一大佛叫九层楼，因为它的外围建有九层楼阁保护着，它也是莫高窟的标志性建筑。

夕阳西下，我们结束了一天快乐的旅行。这一天，我学到了许许多多的知识，莫高窟是我们祖国的瑰宝，体现了我们祖国的博大精深文化!
