the language easily. in other words, you have to build up language habits in

english just as you build up english habits in your own language. to sum up, we

must bear in mind that nobody can learn to swim for you. nobody can learn to

play ball for you. nobody can learn english for you. its up to you. you must

learn for yourself and you will learn if you really want to and are willing to

practice.

Nowadays, there is a growing focus on health care. People are pursuing a

healthy lifestyle. A healthy diet is one of the most important parts of it. As

the saying goes, bread is the staff of life, eating healthily and deliciously is

the goal we pursue. From my point of view, in order to build healthy eating

habits, we should eat more vegetables and less fat and sugar. Vegetable is the

best source of s vitamin, because vegetables are rich in vitamins. Among them,

vitamin C and vitamin A are the most important. Too much fat and sugar can lead

to obesity, which is harmful to health. Besides, eating more fruits and drinking

more water is of great help.

Tourism in China

Recent years have seen a tendency in China that tourism is growing faster. According to a recent survey made by some experts, about 47% urban residents travel regularly, and 28% rural residents also make their tour across the country. The survey also shows that more people are interested in tourism, and will join the army in the future.

Facing this tendency, we can’t help exploring some underlying factors that are responsible. In the very first place, with the policy of reform and opening up, Chinese people’s living standard has been greatly improved, and therefore, most of them can afford to travel around. What’s more, it is believed that people now take a more positive attitude to tourism, and regard it as a life style. In addition, tourism facilities are becoming better and better. For example, transportation develops fast, and many scenic spots are available now.

As for my own dream. I have always wanted to be a doctor. Not only can doctors save people’s lives but also they are doing a respectable job. Doctors can also help people to live a better life with their professional knowledge. I believe to help others is to help ourselves, and it surely can bring me happiness and pleasure.

To realize my dream, firstly, I must try to work hard from now on. I think Mid-Autumn Day is an old traditional festival in China。 Everybody likes it because its a family get-together。 You see it is called"Mid-Autumn Day"， so it often es in September or October。 It is on the 15th of the 8th of the lunar month。 Now， lets say something about this interesting festival。

Firstly， Id like to say something about the moon。 I like it very much because I want to be an astronaut in the future。 That day the moon is round， big， just like a beautiful plate hanging on the blue cloth。 When I see the moon， I will remember the ancient myths——the godess Chang Er and her little rabbit are playing under the tree which Wu Gang grows。 I will also think about Armstrongs first moonwalk。 I will also miss the friends in Tai-wan island， in Macao and Chinese people who are abroad。 I know they are missing us very much， too。

Secondly， I11 say something about the tradition on Mid-Autumn Day。 Look!Theres a big tree in a garden of a Chinese fami-ly。 All the family members are sitting around a big table under the tree in the open air。 They are eating the mooncakes and admiring the full moon in the sky。 That is a family reunion dinner。 The mooncakes and the moon represent the love from a family。 I think this is one of the most valuable things in the world。

Thirdly，it is a very good opportunity to make three wishes on Mid-Autumn Day。 My wishes are: the first， I， an astronaut in the future， would like to go to the moon one day， and stay with the sky and stars; the second， I hope every person in the world will stay with family， share love from the family forever; the third， I hope everybodys dream will e true。

That is the Mid-Autumn Day in my mind。 I will always re-member: East or West， home is best。

Do you think what is the most important in your life? Maybe some answers

are dreams. I may directly answer “lovers”.

In my opinion, lovers not simply mean your partner of life, but the people

you love: your parents, husband or wife, children and friends. I have a happy

life because of their company. I even can’t imagine the life without them.

My mum told me” money is not as important as you think, you neednt think

too highly of it. Don’t be greedy, my girl.” I got it. Person around us is the

Chinese New Year starts with the new moon on the first day of the new year

and ends on the the full days later. In china,people regard Spring Festival as

the most important thing.People studied and worked throughout the year.No matter

how far and how busy, they must do their best to go back home.Thats a tradition

and now becoming a habit. During this time,transport is extremely busy.Although

the way is difficult,it cant reduce the urgent feeling of going home.I cant

children as a lunar new year gift.Usually,people stay up late or all night.

On lunar New Years Day, the Chinese family eat vegetarian dumplings which

imply they will plain and neat in this year. People change their new

clothes,this stands for a new beginning.Next,people visit relatives with some

gifts.The second day is son-in-laws festival,the husband and married women

visit their side of the family.In a word,Chinese attach great importance to

Spring Festival.

The china dream has become the hottest topic after our president Xi jinking said in his first public speech in the 18th Party Congress. So what is china dream? Peoples views on that vary from a person to person. As far as I am concerned, the china dream has a specific meaning. It includes the renewal of our chinese nation and the aspirations of the chinese people for a good standard of living. Maybe there is a long way to go to fulfill that dreams.

However, I think, the most significant thing to realize that dream is to make everyones dream accomplished. Imaging that if everyone realize his dream, there will be more elites in our country. Obviously, they must be excellent, thus making them contribute to our country better. As a result, our country is on the way to flourishing. On top of that, I think we also cant deny the fact that the peoples dream cant be fulfilled without a stronger nation. In conclusion, the whole nations dream and the individuals dream are tied up together. So I believe that only everyones dream be accomplished can the china dream be realized.

I want to grow up as soon as possible. When I grow up, I can do many things

that I can’t now. However, at the same time, I am afraid. I don’t know what my

future life would be. Look around myself, some people are busy working for

having enough food to eat and live better; some are achieving every goal that

they make; some may live in the poor situation. I don’t know what kind of life I

would have in the future. But I know that everyone’s life is in their hands. So

I will try my best to work hard for a better future life.

I am not fond of basketball,let alone to play it.But I have seen a

wonderful basketball game between my class and postgraduate class.It is so

我沿着那条唯一的通道走向远方，回望过去，路上布满许多并排的、歪歪扭扭的脚印，展望未来，前路漫漫，我将一人向前方坚定不移地走去。

我是一个容易受他人影响的人，期中考试成绩发挥失常，看着难堪的成绩，老师和同学对我感到失望。曾经，我被人们一直赞扬，如今他们失望的神色和言语影响到我，让我陷入了自我怀疑，幸亏那次秋游让我释怀。

我跟着规划好路线的同学玩了一个高空项目。我们穿好安全服，带上安全帽，一起上楼，扣好绳索，拉着绳索往前走。正当我准备踏上独木桥时，同行的同学转身就回到了安全平台上。我被吓了一跳，不由地害怕起来，走上去一步看到脚下湍急的水流又退了回来。那位同学在工作人员的帮助下解开绳索放弃了这次挑战。虽然她被工作人员说成了懦夫，但这丝毫没有激发她的斗志。我鼓起勇气，大跨一步，但她却在后面嘲笑我说：“你的腿抖得厉害，放弃算了。”我受到她言语的影响，退了回来，想同她一起回去不玩了。

那刻，我内心饱受煎熬，想到考试失利后老师和同学对我的失望，想到自己因此被称为懦夫，我该怎么办?心中的不甘和好强之心成为我前进与不放弃的动力。“我不想再让别人说懦夫，我要用自己的力量证明自己。”我心中怒吼着。我挣扎了5分钟后大步向前走出去，我眼中冒着火花，我已听不到同伴的叫声和脚下湍息的水流声，我一路向前，没有停下来。

每周一，当我看着校园中的国旗在一个个“红领巾”手中冉冉升起的时候，都会情不自禁地摸着我胸前的红领巾，心中不由生出自豪与骄傲。

记得上周，我和妈妈去超市购物。购物的人真多，络绎不绝。我在人群中窜来窜去，来到了我最爱的玩具区。正在我聚精会神地研究赛车时，一阵刺耳的哭声传进我的耳朵里。我寻声望去，是一个看似只有四、五岁的小男孩儿在哭。旁边的人们行色匆匆，好像并没有停下来的意思。我赶紧走上前去安慰他，并帮他想办法。小弟弟好像听懂了似的，不大哭了，只是不时地抽泣两声。我摸摸他的头告诉他：“小弟弟，我们去广播室，相信哥哥，一定会帮你找到妈妈的。”

Every Chinese, who experienced 1980s, will remember forever the day November 6th 1981 when the China National Womens Volleyball Team defeated the Japan National Team (the so-called "Toyo Women Magic") with 3 to 2 at the 3rd World Womens Volleyball Cup in Osaka Japan. Thats the first world title for China Womens Volleyball Team. Everyone was shocked by this news. At that time, China had just been out of the "Cultural Revolution". When the news was broadcasted, people burst into joyful tears.

Their victory was the result of all the former volleyball players effort. In 1965,a famous coach of Japan was invited to China to help train the China National Womens Volleyball Team. Seeing both the players conscientious and spirit and the support from the Chinese people, he exclaimed, "Im sure that the China National Womens Volleyball Team will become strong!"

In 1982, the China National Womens Volleyball Team won the gold medal again at the World Womens Volleyball Championships in Peru under the leadership of Yuan Weimin.

In August 1984, the China National Womens Volleyball Team defeated successively the Japan National Team and the US National Team with 3 to 0, and won the gold medal again at the 23rd Olympic Games, which realized the "Triple Crown" dream at the world matches. The pride head coach of Japan National Team said, "Defeating China National Team is equal to block the Yangtze River. Both are impossible." The American coach said, "I hope our children will play basketball as well as the Chinese girls."

The elder players gradually retired after 1985. Then Lang Ping, the World No.1 Spiker at that time, was named the captain. She and her teammates went to Japan to join in the 4th World Cup, and won the title for the 4th time without losing any match.

Two years later, the China National Womens Volleyball Team came to the 14th World Womens Volleyball Team Championships. Though the famous players, such as the "Iron Girl" Cao Huiying, the "Iron Hammer" Lang Ping, the "Wall of Tian An Men Rostrum" Zhou Xiaolan, and the "Quick Attacker" Zhang Rongfang, had retired, the Chinese girls still won the gold medal by their strength and wisdom. The "Penta Crown" shocked the world. What a miracle!

The "Penta Crown" is not only a great honor, but also an ever spur. It has become the spirit of the China National Womens Volleyball Team. At present, the China National Womens Volleyball Team has become a symbol of striving and competing in Chinese peoples hearts.

As the fast development of other countries volleyball career, the China National Womens Volleyball Team had lost parts of their advantages for a period. In early 1995, Lang Ping, the former core player of the "Penta Crown" team, became the head coach of the Chinese National Team. Though its very hard to train these young players in such a short time, she made it. The China National Womens Volleyball Team won the bronze medals at the 7th World Cups at the end of 1995. Then they won the silver medals at the Atlanta Olympic Games in 1996, and the gold medals at the 13th Asian Games in 1998. The China National Womens Volleyball Team became the No.1 in Asian again. Whats more, they made a greater miracle at the Athens Olympic Games in 2004. What is the purpose of students studying hard all these years, of course

for the better future. Every parent wants their kids have advantage over others,

so they can be outstanding and have a good job. Students learn in campus, they

are in the stage of studying knowledge while getting a job soon, there is

necessary for them knowing something about society.

Before study in college, students focus all their attention on study for

entering a good college, they don’t need to care about other things, it is also

what their parents tell them. After entering college, it is a little different,

at this stage, study is no more the only task, students should have access to

society. They should make some preparation for the job hunting, knowing society

helps them get use to the society quickly. Some students only care about score,

when they find a job, the employer will ask him something about the public news,

The atmosphere of society is very different from campus, in order to better

Spring Festival is my favourite festival. This years Spring Festival is in

February 8th. On New Years Eve, everyone will wear new clothes. My parents and

I will go to the Grandpa and grandmas home to eat Nian Yefan. This is the

tradition of our family. At the dinner table, my grandmother will prepare a lot

of dishes for us to cook hot pot. These dishes are very delicious. Everyone ate

very happy. We have forgotten the troubles of the past year, happy to greet the

new year. After dinner, I will go back home with my parents. In eight, I will be

fireworks at the threshold of our home. They are very beautiful. Doing this will

make me feel very happy. After I put the fireworks, I will watch the Spring

Festival Gala. The Gala adds a mood of celebration in the house as people laugh,

discuss and enjoy the performance. At eleven, my parents gave me 200 yuan. This

is my years new years money. 0 ocolck, the new years bell sounded, we have

ushered in the new year. I made a wish. I hoped that that we could have a happy

and healthy life ne--t year and everyone in my family could be happy.

The first day of the new year, my father and I had the red antithetical

Spring Festival couplets on our doors. Every Spring Festival, both urban and

rural areas, each household must select a red couplets affi--ed to the door in

order to increase the festive atmosphere. I also cleaned the room with my mom.

After the event, I will visit friends and relatives with my parents. This is the

custom of the Chinese people to celebrate the Spring Festival.
