但对杨振宁来说，除了物理系直接教他的这些教授们外，父亲杨武之对他的影响也是相当大的。杨振宁在学校里，遇有不懂的问题、碰上难以处理的事，总是经常跑到数学系办公室向父亲请教。

杨振宁还多次说过："在联大给我影响最深的两位教授是吴大猷先生和王竹溪先生。"1942 年，杨振宁本科毕业时，选了《用群论方法于多原子的振动》作毕业论文，并请吴大猷做论文导师。杨振宁在研究生院读书时，受王竹溪教授的教育和引导，对统计物理发生了兴趣。1944 年研究生毕业时，杨振宁请王竹溪教授作硕士论文的指导老师，在其指导下又非常成功地写出了硕士论文，《超晶格》即为其中的一部分。1983 年王竹溪教授不幸逝世，杨振宁发来唁电说："我对统计物理的兴趣即是受了竹溪师的影响。"杨振宁还回忆道："以后四十年间，吴先生和王先生引导我走的两个方向———对称原理和统计力学———一直是我的主要研究方向。"

杨振宁在研究生院期间听了马仕俊教授的课后，开始注意"场论"，并对变形物体热力学也非常感兴趣。

1957 年 12 月 10 日，35 岁的杨振宁和 31 岁的李政道因共同在美国《物理评论》上发表《对弱相互作用中宇称守恒的质疑》一文登上了斯德哥尔摩诺贝尔奖领奖台。其前，杨振宁写信给吴大猷，感谢吴先生引导他进入对称原理和群论的领地，并说后来包括宇称守恒在内的许多研究工作，都直接或间接地与吴先生 15 年前介绍给他的那个观念有关。

又爬了许多台阶，气喘吁吁的我们用汗水撒满了一路的惊叹与快乐。终于爬上了黄山的顶峰——光明顶，踩着白云往下看，那如诗如画如梦似幻的黄山图，我们醉了……

今天下午，值勤过后，我就和同学一起坐43路车回家。车上很挤，我好不容易才找到一个座位，就一屁股坐下了，可以好好的休息一会了。

可是，车刚过了一站地，有一位老爷爷上车了，他微微驼背，大概六十多岁的 样子。我马上就想到了要给老人让座，但又转念一想，自己好不容易才坐下，让了怪可惜的。

怎么办啊?到底是 让还是不让?我想，身为一个少先队员，如果我不让的话，那又怎么对得起我胸前的红领巾呢?不能再想了，我一定要让。于是，我站起来，说：“爷爷，您来坐吧!”只见爷爷笑了笑，然后慢慢地坐下，并对我说：“真是好孩子!”我听了以后，心里也乐了，因为我做到了。

为了打破“个子小跑不快”的说法，宁教练为苏炳添制定了针对性的训练方案。

安心留下来的苏炳添，在宁教练的系统训练中受益匪浅，也增加了他的自信心。

苏炳添骨子里有股不服输的劲，他明白自己的短板所在，总是认真完成教练的每一个训练方案，无论多苦从不喊累。

他对自己的饮食也很严苛，家庭聚会中，他不吃猪肉、不喝酒，甚至连饮料都不会喝。

他的自律和坚持，成为他人生路上的法宝，也为日后他成为亚洲飞人做好铺垫。

经过正规训练后的苏炳添，虽然伤痛不断，但他的成绩突飞猛进。

2006年，苏炳添在学校的推荐下参加了广东省运动会，这个不是专业运动员的选手，竟然以比冠军落后0.01秒的成绩，夺得比赛亚军!

这个成绩让广东省田径队的教练们大吃一惊，也为苏炳添进入省队铺就了一条阳光大道。

省队中高手如云，苏炳添先前的优势不知什么原因，一直没有发挥出来，训练成绩一直在中游徘徊。

努力付出的结果，是收获一枚枚象征荣誉的奖牌：2008年，苏炳添在国内外比赛中，累计获得11枚金牌。

金牌代表着苏炳添的进步和实力，一年后，他走进国家队的大门，这个农村娃终于凭借着自己的实力一步步走向田径运动的最高殿堂。

国家队有着全国最顶级的训练方案、设备和教练，苏炳添在这里还有着自己远大的目标，希望可以将成绩提高到9秒。

百米9秒是个什么概念?全球能跑出这个成绩的，只有区区几十人，亚洲至今还没有人能达到这个成绩。

9秒不仅是苏炳添的心愿，更是国家队的目标，为了让自己的运动员积累更多的国际大赛经验。

国家队斥巨资将运动员送出国参赛，与此同时还请来国际上享有盛誉的田径教练来为运动员训练，这其中就有苏炳添的教练兰迪。

针对苏炳添的短板，兰迪进行了大量的数据分析，调整了他跑步时的整体节奏，对他整个身体机能进行了解并改善，加强他的爆发力。

Table Manners

The main difference between Chinese and western eating habits is that unlike the West, where everyone has their own plate of food, in China the dishes are placed on the table and everybody shares. If you are being treated by a Chinese host, be prepared for a ton of food. Chinese are very proud of their culture of cuisine and will do their best to show their hospitality.

And sometimes the Chinese host use their chopsticks to put food in your bowl or plate. This is a sign of politeness. The appropriate thing to do would be to eat the whatever-it-is and say how yummy it is. If you feel uncomfortable with this, you can just say a polite thank you and leave the food there.

Eating No-nos

Dont stick your chopsticks upright in the rice bowl.Instead,lay them on your dish. The reason for this is that when somebody dies,the shrine to them contains a bowl of sand or rice with two sticks of incense stuck upright in it. So if you stick your chopsticks in the rice bowl, it looks like this shrine and is equivalent to wishing death upon a person at the table!

Make sure the spout of the teapot is not facing anyone. It is impolite to set the teapot down where the spout is facing towards somebody. The spout should always be directed to where nobody is sitting, usually just outward from the table.

Dont tap on your bowl with your chopsticks.Beggars tap on their bowls, so this is not polite.Also, when the food is coming too slow in a restarant, people will tap their bowls. If you are in someones home,it is like insulting the cook.

The Great Wall is famous all over the world, it is one of the most

remarkable symbols of China, it has long history. But as there are more and more

people to visit the famous building, it has been damaged to some degree. In

order to protect the great building, we should not throw away the rubbish and do

not make some marks, so that we can enjoy the great building.

The environment of the city is getting worse and worse today. There are wastes, air pollution and so on. What can we do to save our city? About the wastes, we should sort the wastes, to see if they can be recycle used; use the reusable shopping bag instead of the plastic bags. About the air pollution, we should go to school on foot or by bike; we should also ask our family not to use car as much as possible, take the subway or bus instead. I hope everyone can see the environment problem and do the best to save our city.

As is known to all， food is a priority for the mon people.Recently，

however， reports about food problems have often been seen in the newspapers，

showing that people have always been concerned about what they eat every day.

The reason for this problem is that some of the food producers are too fond of

making money， leading to the result that they use whatever will make the food

look good or taste better without considering the bad consequences。 This is not

normal because people just cannot live without eating anything.

So we should take all the measures necessary to forbid the food producers

to make food that is not safe enough. Laws should be strengthened and the

government should have more control over these producers。 Only when people are

no longer worried about whether their food is safe or not can they enjoy a

better life.

Most smokers are males, because they need to smoke for social communication

or for set themselves free from the pressure. In the packaging, we can find that

every packaging has written the words that smoking is harmful to health. Though

smokers know it, they ignore it. For the harmony of the family, people should

quit smoking.

To quit smoking is not easy, people know smoking does harm to their health,

but they just can’t resist the temptation and then start to smoke again, so they

must have strong will. They must tell themselves that smoking not only does harm

to their health, but also does harm to their families. The families will have

much chance to take in the second-hand cigarette, in order to keep the families

healthy, smokers must have the strong will to quit smoke.

When people find it hard not to smoke, their mouth will feel uneasy, they

want to smoke again. At that time, people can find some food or fake cigarette

to take place of the real cigarette, in the long time, they will have less

desire to smoke.

今天，我和妈妈到上海世博会去游玩。一路上，我兴奋极了。

心里不停地想着：这世博会究竟是什么样子的呢？

刚进世博大门，我马上发现自己掉进了“人海”之中。听导游说，当时有几十万人呢！忽然，我远远看见了“挪威馆”。哎！它远看好像一座雪山，雪山下的主体部分却是由木头做成的。妈妈告诉我，挪威的冬天经常会下雪。这样设计，代表了它的气候特征。我兴冲冲地跑过去，想赶紧走进展馆里面瞧一瞧。结果跑到馆前，我傻眼了。原来，它的门前早已排着一大堆人。不过，我下定了决心，毫不犹豫地排起了队……大概排了20分钟的队，我们才走到“挪威馆”的入口。一抬头，我首先看见一个奇怪的景象，一丝丝的冷气从门顶上的小孔中冒出来，像瀑布一样“挂”在门前。穿过了这两道“瀑布”，我才真正走进馆内。展馆里的一块块展牌都是用木头做成的，很环保。在一块“雪山”展牌上，我看见了许多熊的脚印。我好奇地摸了摸，发现这些“雪”和真的雪一样冷。真是有趣！在这里，我看见了一个挪威人，我还和他合了影。

出了“挪威馆”，我和妈妈又赶往“意大利馆”。我发现排的队伍更长了。好不容易，我们排进了外门，谁知，里面还有好长一段的队伍！没办法，只好继续排队。大概过了一节课的时间，我们才真正地进了展馆。我东瞧瞧，西望望，看有什么好玩的东西。突然，我发现有一群人围在一起，赶忙跑过去一看。哦！原来是————“电子感应车”。许多小孩都在争着玩，我也迫不及待地坐了上去，哇！真是太刺激了。那些感应车的前面，有一个巨大的屏幕，屏幕会随着你骑车的速度而不停变化！时快时慢，十分有趣。

后来，我们还参观了“瑞典馆”、“葡萄牙馆”、“荷兰馆”、“非洲联合馆”……。这些馆都各有特色，展示了各自国家的科技、文化特点。一直到晚上9点，我们才依依不舍地乘车回酒店。

这次的世博之行，真是让我大开眼界，不出国门就看到了许多国家的风土人情，真是又充实又好玩啊！

Yesterday, my parents were not home. And I had to stay at home by myself for one day and one night. I was very happy at first, because there wouldnt be anyone criticizes my behavior. I can do whatever I want. But later I felt desperate. There was nobody cook for me, asked me to do things or criticized me. I felt empty and desperate as the house is only me. 老英雄张富清同志在解放战争时炸毁、攻占敌4座碉堡，先后荣立一等功三次、二等功一次，被西北野战军记“特等功”，两次被授予“战斗英雄”称号，1950年获西北军会颁发的“人民功臣”奖章。作为基层工作人员，我曾经参与过退伍军人信息采集工作。事情虽然已经过去了几十年，但在与退伍老兵的交谈中，他们讲起过去的战事如数家珍，充满了自豪。生在和平年代的我们，对曾经物质匮乏的生活、满目疮痍的年代已只能从老一辈同志的口中慢慢感悟了，与他们的交流中我了解过那战火纷飞的年代，以及战争背后的残酷，深深的感受到这份沉甸甸的勋章们身后的血与泪，在阅读张富清同志的光辉事迹时，满怀敬畏的从他的过去中看到新中国的来之不易，领悟到红色共和国的深刻含义。

而更为难能可贵的是老英雄张富清同志在从部队转业到地方后，他兢兢业业的坚守着平凡的工作岗位，艰苦奋斗、无私奉献。作为战功赫赫的战争英雄，张老没有利用光辉的过去为自己、为子女、为家人谋取过一分名与利，张老夫妻二人仍住在80平米的单位分房中，在此次退伍军人信息采集之前，张老的家人甚至只知道“他曾当过兵”。许是见过太多的反腐信息报道，对张富清同志这样的党性，这样的坚守，我们心生敬意。

个人干净、勇于担当，是张老对自身的要求，也是我们要从张老身上学习的闪光点。作为一名基层工作人员，在面对困难时要发扬不怕苦不怕累的奋斗精神，面对诱惑时要做到对党忠诚，面对工作要发挥好党员的模范带头作用，用高标准要求自己，将温暖送进群众的心中，像张老学习坚守住自己的工作初心—为人民服务。

I have a big family, there are seven people in my family, my mon, dad, two grandpas, two grandmas and me. My dad is soldier, he works in police station. My mom works in the bank, she is an accountant. They both are very busy in working, I can only play with them in the weekend. My grandpas and grandmas dont work for company, but they are volunteers and often take me to do the voluntary labor.

I am in Grade three in Yuanling elementary school, my mom always tells me I am a good girl and should study hard and get along well with all my classmates.

In the weekend or holiday, my family often go out for travelling or other things, I feel very happy with all the members and love them very much.

穿着制警服，带着警帽，在十字路口，挥摆着手臂。他们是谁呢???是我最敬佩的警察叔叔。

每天警察叔叔早早起床，到十字路口指挥交通，一直半夜，车辆稀少了，警察才回家，然而街上并不是没有警察，而还有许多巡逻的警察，时时刻刻保护人民的安全。

夏天来了，烈日当头，火红的太阳发出强大而又热的光，照在人的身上，热烘烘的，难受极了，我在爸爸的车里开着空调，喝冷饮，而警察叔叔却在烈日下指挥交通，一滴滴汗水从他的头上滴了下来，然而他毫不在意，在烈日下顽强地保证人民安全，和烈日做斗争，而警察叔叔不向它屈服，警察叔叔坚强意志感动了太阳，太阳射到云里，此时乌云密布，下起倾盆大雨。警察叔叔被雨淋成落汤鸡，衣服湿湿折，警察叔叔仍然指作挥交通，啊!他的那种精神多令人佩服啊!

冬天，下起了鹅毛大雪，冷得人直打哆嗦，警察叔叔仍然有力得摆起手臂，啊!警察叔叔您太伟大了。

我最敬佩的人，莫过于警察叔叔。
