老师的话唤醒了我。事实上，世上每一个人都在学习。人的才能如野生植物，需要用学习这把工具予以修剪。我们不仅在课堂上学，而且还要在课外学。学习就是不断适应环境的过程。学习受“人要赢得尊重，就得对社会做贡献”的欲望所驱使。学习就是知识本身所引起的对知识的好奇。“学习使人年轻，不学习等于死亡。”这句话造用于任何社会、任何时代。

确实，世人无时不在学习。人不仅从书本上学，而且在经验中学。我们不能指望只要学习就必有所获。有效的学习是与好的方法与动机分不开的。责任心强且有抱负的人会学而不厌。

经过努力，我进了大学，但我知道，这只是通往知识海洋上的第一步，只是科学这本书中的第1页。离岸越远，视野越宽。越学越想学。生命短暂，艺术无涯。

High school is very important in one’s lifetime. Nowadays, the movies about the high school time are so popular, but the stories are exaggerated, my memories about high school life are so different from the movie. During the three years, study occupied most of my time. I fought for the future with my classmates. We studied together and shared our opinion about the difficult points. When I made great progress, I was so happy, but when I fell behind, I would not give up. I grew up and became patient, I was not the little girl anymore. （1）总结法。就是对说明对象说完后作总结的方法。《奇特的激光》的结尾，就用了这种方法：激光作为人类历史上从未有过的奇特的光源，不仅大大促进了科学技术的发展，为开拓新的科学领域提供了强有力的工具，还启发着科学工作者产生更多、更美妙的科学幻想：激光可能是打开无穷无尽的能源宝库的钥匙；激光可能使人类看到过去从来没有见过的现象；激光可能成为宇宙航行的动力……当然，把这么多的可能变成现实，需要经历一段漫长的征途，还有待于我们进一步去探索。总结法结尾能把作者的目的、意图等集中起来揭示给读者，使读者对全文有一个总的印象。

（2）感叹法。就是对说明对象说完后表示深沉的感叹的写法。如《杨树》的结尾，就用了这种写法：让我们用一把把植树锹，在祖国的大地上写出一篇篇八十年代的新‘白杨礼赞’吧！这一感叹用于篇末，具有很强的号召力，能增强文章的感染力。

（3）展望法。就是在说明对象说明完后对其未来进行展望的方法。《宇宙里有些什么》的结尾，就用了这种方法：……今天，载人的宇宙飞船已经成功地实现了环绕地球的飞行，将来一定会揭露更多的宇宙秘密，加速人类征服宇宙的进程。篇末用展望法能给人以希望，能引起人们的联想和想象。

（4）评议法。就是对说明事物说明后加以评价和议论的方法。如《晋词》的结尾，就用了这种方法：晋祠，真不愧为我国锦绣河山中一颗璀璨的明珠。评议法用在篇末，对说明对象作个最终的评价，能有力地表达作者的爱憎感情，给人以鲜明的印象。

（5）号召法。就是对读者发号召的方法。《农作物抗病品种的培育》的结尾，就用了这种方法：毫无疑问，要使农作物产量不断地增加，不但需要不断地研究培育抗病能力更高的优良品种，还要做到各个地区各种作物都有能抗不同病害的品种。这是植物保护工作者和育种工作者的一项重大任务。结尾用号召法能引起读者的重视，对读者产生作用。

（6）反问法。就是用否定的形式表示肯定的意思，或者用肯定的形式表示否定的意思的一种方法。《蝉》的结尾，就用了这种方法：我们猜您什么样的钹声能响亮到足以歌颂它那得来不易的刹那欢愉呢？结尾用反问法能加强气势，起强调作用，增强文章的表达效果和逻辑力量。

（7）比喻法。就是对说明对象采用比喻的方式来说明的方法《从甲骨文到口袋图书馆》的结尾，就用了这种方法：……它好象架设着一座座坚实的阶梯，召唤着不畏艰辛的人们努力攀登。结尾用比喻法不仅生动形象，还能传达深刻的寓意，给人以教育和启迪。

（8）描述法。就是对所说明的对象加以描述的方法。《雄伟的人民大会堂》的结尾，就用了这种方法：我们花了一整天时间看完这座大厦的时候，万道霞光洒在外面苍翠的树丛上，洒在杏黄色的墙壁上，洒在天安门的红墙黄瓦上，放射出一片光辉灿烂的异彩。结尾用描述法，能借此表达作者的感情，能给人以形象的感染，能给人以深刻的印象。

（9）旁补法。就是文章最后追加补充其不足的写法。《看云识天气》的结尾，就运用了这种写法：……但是，天气变化异常复杂，看云识天气自然有一定的限度。我们要准确的掌握天气变化的情况，还得依靠天气预报。旁补法有利于维护说明文的科学性和客观性，能帮助人们准确地、正确地认识客观世界。

俗话说：爆竹声中一岁除，春风送暖入屠苏。千门万户瞳瞳日，总把新桃换旧符。

一年只有一次，最热闹的也就是那个晚上，我盼望着那个晚上的到来，迎之后那个迷人的夜晚。

直到那个晚上的到来，给我带来了许多的快乐和乐趣。为了今年的“年夜大餐”，母亲和奶奶在除夕的前两天就开始“动工”了。因为母亲眼中的年夜饭是团圆饭，预示着新一年的开始，一切都要十全十美，不能有半点马虎。每到这时候，我便会言语谨慎，生怕不经意间说出什么不中听的或是不吉利的话，招来母亲的责骂。对我家而言，这一年一度的年夜饭已经不只是一顿简单的晚餐，更是全家都要参与的仪式。所以在物质生活极大丰富的这天，我们仍然保留了在家中吃年夜饭的习惯。

我家的年夜饭讲究分工合作，各司其责。母亲是总设计师，负责人员调度。父亲帮母亲打小工，负责买配菜，买调料，拿油盐酱醋、锅碗瓢盆；奶奶是总设计师的得力助手；爷爷则是烹饪几个他的拿手菜；我嘛，就负责“偷吃”，在有菜做好了后，我总以尝尝菜的咸淡，来偷吃做好的菜。

晚上七点整，我们的午夜大餐正式开始，一盘盘色香味俱全、香喷喷的饭菜端上桌来，我看得眼花缭乱。开饭喽！我狼吞虎咽的把这美味佳肴往嘴里塞。妈妈把果汁和红酒拿出来，倒在高脚杯里。我端起酒杯祝愿爸爸和妈妈———身体健康，笑口常开，工作顺利；祝愿爷爷奶奶——福如东海，寿比南山。

我家不仅仅年夜大餐丰盛，家庭也那么幸，我既为有一个会做美食的的妈妈感到骄傲，也为有一个美满的家庭。

我们的春节是中国人一年中的第一个传统佳节，它标志旧的一年结束，新的一年已经开始。年夜饭，是春节的重要活动之一，中国的百姓家庭对年夜饭极为重视。正月初二，我和爸爸妈妈一起到奶奶家吃年夜饭。

在今天来的人特别多，奶奶家显得格外热闹，年味超浓。姑姑、叔叔和我爸爸正聊得热火重天。他们边嗑瓜子，边滔滔不绝的聊着各种话题。表哥和嫂子在房间里逗小baby开心，看着小宝贝的笑脸，他们别提有多开心了。而我和俩位表姐则更是“肆无忌惮”了。我们三人盘腿坐在沙发上，悠闲自得地玩着ipad上的割绳子，时不时传出一阵阵爽朗的笑声。

又过了一会儿，奶奶慈祥地把我们带进房间，塞给我们每人一个印着“马”的红包，我们接过红包，笑盈盈的谢谢奶奶。

很快的还有5分钟就到6点了。姑父把我们安排到圆桌上的各个座位上，我和2位表姐左右邻座。先上一道饭前甜点“蔬菜沙拉”开开胃。我们三个吃货纷纷拿勺子一勺勺地舀着沙拉，没一会儿，沙拉就差不多吃完了。姑姑笑着说：“慢点吃，每人和你们抢。”这时，第二道菜“年年有鱼”上来了。色香味俱全，酱油的味道恰到好处，加上葱花点缀，这道菜别提有多美了。鱼上完了，紧接着就是“清煮虾仁”了。这道菜清甜可口，配上一碗香醋，让人垂涎欲滴。稍后又上了不少好菜，个顶个都是美食，今天来真是有口福了。

晚上，吃完晚饭。大家陆陆续续都散了，我和爸爸妈妈也只好依依不舍的和奶奶说“再见”了，今天一天玩得别提有多开心了，和家人团聚是一件幸福的事。

2017年4月7日 -- 今年世界卫生日的主题是老龄化与健康。这一主题与我们每个人息息相关。口号是“健康有益长寿”。开展活动和提供宣传材料的焦点是，关注有生之年身体健康如何有助于老年人度过圆满和有益的一生，并成为家庭和社会的财富。

期望寿命在上世纪显著提高。不久，世界上老人的数量将超过儿童。人口老龄化无处不在， 但是低收入和中等收入国家将经历最快和最显著的人口结构变化。这种社会转型代表着挑战和机遇并存。尤其是，各国可能只有一代人的时间为老龄化的世界在卫生和社会体系方面作准备。

在21世纪，广泛的社会发展趋势对健康起着决定性作用，并受到健康的影响。经济正在全球化，越来越多的人在城市工作和生活，家庭模式发生变化，科技迅猛发展。其中一项最大的社会转型是人口老龄化。不久，全世界老年人的数量将会大于儿童，非常高寿的老人数量将达空前水平。

世界不断变化

全世界能够活到80多岁或90多岁的人数将超越以往

例如，80岁或80岁以上老年人的数量将在2017至2050年之间增加到从前的近四倍，达到3.95亿人。像如今这样大多数中年人和老年人与其父母生活在一起的情况是史无前例的。儿童会见识自己的祖父母，甚至是曾祖父母，尤其是他们的曾祖母。女性寿命平均比男性长六至八岁。

2. 期望寿命在上世纪显著提高

192017年，智利女性的期望寿命为33岁;如今，仅仅一个世纪之后，已经达到82岁。在一个世纪内，寿命显著增加了将近五十岁，而这主要是由于公共卫生的改善。

例如，宫内营养不良可能会增加在成年阶段罹患循环系统疾病和糖尿病等疾病的风险。儿童期呼吸道感染可能会增加成年阶段罹患慢性支气管炎的风险。肥胖或超重青少年可能会在成年阶段发展成糖尿病、循环系统疾病、癌症、呼吸道和肌肉骨骼疾病等慢性病。

2. 然而，如何老龄化取决于多项因素

人体功能在生命最初一些年增长，在青壮年达到峰值，之后自然降低。降低的速度至少在一定程度上取决于个人生命全程中的行为和面临的健康风险，其中包括吃什么，身体活动如何，以及面临的健康风险，例如吸烟、有害使用酒精导致的风险或暴露于有毒物质的风险。
