官方：春节放假7天，民政局不上班，虽然有值班，但不能办理业务，所以，春节期间无法办理结婚登记。

地方：由于地域的不同或者情况的不同，有的地方“特事特办”，春节放假可以登记领证，登记之前大家可以选择提前咨询是否有人值班，尤其是要问清是否有负责登记的人值班。
