春节，是农历正月初一，又叫阴历年，俗称“过年”。这是我国民间最隆重、最热闹的一个传统节日。春节的历史很悠久，它起源于殷商时期年头岁尾的祭神祭祖活动。按照我国农历，正月初一古称元日、元辰、元正、元朔、元旦等，俗称年初一，到了民国时期，改用公历，公历的一月一日称为元旦，把农历的一月一日叫春节。

早上，妈妈就带我去买新衣服、年货。但这衣服不能随便买，必须得挑好看的。再接着，就是洗衣服、刷地板、擦窗户、擦桌子、整理房间了。

根据《国务院办公厅关于2015年部分节假日安排的通知》(国办发明电〔2015〕28 号)、《广西壮族自治区人民政府办公厅关于2015年“壮族三月三”放假的通知》文件精神， 结合我校实际情况，现将清明节、“壮族三月三”放假调休的安排通知如下：

一、放假安排

1.清明节放假调休日期安排：4月5日(星期天)放假，4月6日(星期一)补休。

2.“壮族三月三”放假调休日期安排：4月20日(星期一)、21日(星期二)放假两天。

二、注意事项

1.各处室要在放假前进行卫生大扫除、并全面排查安全隐患，发现问题立即着手整改。总务处要加强对学校水电安全、消防安全等方面的检查，防患于未然。

2.总务处(保安室)要加强校园安保工作，加强对学校教学楼、职工宿舍楼的值班巡逻，如发生突发事故和异常情况必须按规定及时、如实向值班领导汇报，确保校园平安稳定。

“小年”(2015年2月11日)前后，绝大多数快递公司都将进入春节模式，即是不收、不送。

即便维持正常运作的企业如顺丰等，投递速度也会大幅放慢。而且春节期间的邮件可能会小幅调价。

受此影响，不少电商也都挂出提醒，网购的亲们，最好能在2月初就下单，否则就等到春节后了。

卖家建议：尽可能在2月10前下单

多年下来，快递春节放假也已经不再是新闻，所以根据往年经验，有快递经营者总结，春节前一个月时，快递业务量会出现一个小高峰，大约会比平时上升10%左右。但到了春节前一周开始，快递量会比平时就有明显减少。“2月初，就会停发东三省、西藏、新疆、内蒙等偏远地区的快件，慢慢的收缩。”

渐入春节模式的，还有电商。昨天，已经有淘宝商家表示，临近春节，从腊月二十开始，各种快递物流就要进入“半歇业”状态，希望消费者尽早下单。

上海一家巧克力糖果网店客服表示，他们2月5日左右就不发货了，“因为很多快递员都放假了，只有少数人值班，派送时间要比平时慢。”不过这名客服也表示：“加钱的话可以发顺丰。”

综合快递公司和“店小二”的意见，建议准备网购年货的，尽可能在2月10前下单，基本不会影响，再往后则很难保证，而且非常有可能是要等到年后了。

顺丰和EMS照常收件，但时效保证不了

小朱是圆通快递在杭州下城区块的一名快递员，老家在河南，他每年过年都是提前买火车票。

小朱说，他要过了正月十五(3月5日)才可能回到杭州。“我们做快递的大部分都是外地人，除非过年不回家，否则好不容易回一趟，肯定要多陪陪父母，而且老家习惯是不过十五就算还没过完年。”

很多快递公司都表示2月26日(大年初八)会恢复收件、送件。

不过，大部分快递公司现在是加盟制，对下面的快递点有时会难以约束。所以，根据往年经验，绝大多数快递员到位都是要过了正月十五之后，也只有那个时候寄收快递才能算真正恢复正常。

顺丰、EMS的回复给网购族心中一暖，他们春节期间仍然正常营业，但是都明确表示不保证时效。而且顺丰还明确表示，春节期间，每个快件加收10元服务费。“在春节假期里，由于气候、交通、运力等不确定因素，无法保障送件时间。”

春节期间顺丰快递量则不会减少很多。业内人士透露，由于人员配置较多，很多快递业务会转向顺丰，这也是促使顺丰明确调价的一个重要因素。

据介绍，去年春节期间，顺丰的快件量增幅高达70%。

而且，还有一部分电商也是坚守的，京东、苏宁等就表示，在节假日期间正常运营。理由是，他们有自建的物流。

10月8号(星期六)10月9号(星期天)正常上班。

国务院关于修改《全国年节及纪念日

放假办法》的决定

国务院决定对《全国年节及纪念日放假办法》作如下修改：

将第二条第二项修改为：“(二)春节，放假3天(农历正月初一、初二、初三)”。

本决定自2014年1月1日起施行。

《全国年节及纪念日放假办法》根据本决定作相应的修改，重新公布。

全国年节及纪念日放假办法

(1949年12月23日政务院发布 根据1999年9月18日《国务院关于修改〈全国年节及纪念日放假办法〉的决定》第一次修订 根据2007年12月14日《国务院关于修改〈全国年节及纪念日放假办法〉的决定》第二次修订 根据2013年12月11日《国务院关于修改〈全国年节及纪念日放假办法〉的决定》第三次修订)

第一条 为统一全国年节及纪念日的假期，制定本办法。

第二条 全体公民放假的节日：

(一)新年，放假1天(1月1日);

(二)春节，放假3天(农历正月初一、初二、初三);

(三)清明节，放假1天(农历清明当日);

(四)劳动节，放假1天(5月1日);

(五)端午节，放假1天(农历端午当日);

(六)中秋节，放假1天(农历中秋当日);

(七)国庆节，放假3天(10月1日、2日、3日)。

第三条 部分公民放假的节日及纪念日：

(一)妇女节(3月8日)，妇女放假半天;

(二)青年节(5月4日)，14周岁以上的青年放假半天;

(三)儿童节(6月1日)，不满14周岁的少年儿童放假1天;

(四)中国人民解放军建军纪念日(8月1日)，现役军人放假半天。

第四条 少数民族习惯的节日，由各少数民族聚居地区的地方人民政府，按照各该民族习惯，规定放假日期。

第五条 二七纪念日、五卅纪念日、七七抗战纪念日、九三抗战胜利纪念日、九一八纪念日、教师节、护士节、记者节、植树节等其他节日、纪念日，均不放假。

第六条 全体公民放假的假日，如果适逢星期六、星期日，应当在工作日补假。部分公民放假的假日，如果适逢星期六、星期日，则不补假。

第七条 本办法自公布之日起施行。
