经研究决定，2016年“五一”放假时间为4月30日～5月8日，共9天，5月9日(星期一)正常上班。

为保证全体师生员工平安度过假期，确保假期学院的安全与稳定，现将假期安全保卫工作相关要求通知如下：

一、各单位假前要组织开展安全、防火、防盗、防疫的自检自查工作，离开办公室要锁好门窗、切断电源，假期暂不使用的办公用房要加贴封条(封条由各单位自制并加盖公章)，加强对安全问题的梳理排查，提高安全防范意识，消除安全隐患。保卫处要组织一次全院性安全检查，对存在的漏洞和隐患要采取有力措施及时处理，确保校区安全。

二、学生放假离校前，学生管理部门要开展专题安全教育活动，对假期出行或回家的学生做好登记，保持信息联络畅通。要督促学生保管好自己的财物，离校返家时要尽量结伴而行，注意旅途安全。

三、放假期间，饮食中心要做好餐饮供应及食品防疫工作，确保食品卫生安全;学生公寓管理部门要做好日常保洁、值班安排等工作，及时掌握学生离返公寓情况;后勤管理部门要科学调度、合理安排，确保供水、供电等基本生活设施的正常、安全运行，做到既保障有力又厉行节约。

四、严格校门管理制度，值班人员要坚守工作岗位。保卫处要加强对重点要害部门的安全检查和外来人员的管理，尤其加强对图书馆、实验室、多媒体教室、机房等重要部位的巡查。要进一步完善校园治安巡逻机制，随时保证值班电话畅通，发现或接报各类突发性事件要及时报告，不得瞒报、误报、漏报、迟报。

五、假期通勤按照周末通勤的时间和站点发车，晚上不发通勤车。

六、假期未经学院批准，任何单位不得组织教工和学生集体外出旅游或其他集体活动。保卫处24小时值班电话：。
