一、交通安全

各省、自治区、直辖市人民政府，国务院各部委、各直属机构：

经国务院批准，现将2017年元旦、春节、清明节、劳动节、端午节、中秋节和国庆节放假调休日期的具体安排通知如下。

一、元旦：1月1日放假，1月2日(星期一)补休。

二、春节：1月27日至2月2日放假调休，共7天。1月22日(星期日)、2月4日(星期六)上班。

三、清明节：4月2日至4日放假调休，共3天。4月1日(星期六)上班。

四、劳动节：5月1日放假，与周末连休。

五、端午节：5月28日至30日放假调休，共3天。5月27日(星期六)上班。

六、中秋节、国庆节：10月1日至8日放假调休，共8天。9月30日(星期六)上班。

节假日期间，各地区、各部门要妥善安排好值班和安全、保卫等工作，遇有重大突发事件，要按规定及时报告并妥善处置，确保人民群众祥和平安度过节日假期。

Spring Festival is the most important holiday for Chinese people. Excitement and happiness are palpable this time of the year， and they reach the peak on lunar new year‘s eve.

But we are talking about a tradition that seems to be fading.Spring Festival， as it is celebrated today， has undergone many changes， thanks to the country‘s economic development and globalization.

Yet no Spring Festival is complete without food. People could not get good food whenever they desired in earlier times， something that does not apply to society today. More often than not， people faced the risk of famine. The best time for people to celebrate was when food was available in plenty， and that was possible in spring， or the beginning of the lunar new year. That was the main reason why Spring Festival acquired such great importance among Chinese people.

But three decades of economic growth has ensured that people in China， except for those who are still poor， can enjoy a good meal whenever they want. Such has been the change in people‘s fortune that some have to be treated for obesity and other health problems associated with excessive eating.

In the past， celebrations were limited to events like song-and-dance duets in North China， dragon/lion dances in South China and fireworks， which required the joint efforts of the entire community. But economic development and urbanization seems to have weakened the social links among people. 根据国办的放假通知，春节休息7天，2月7日至13日放假调休，2月6日(星期六)、2月14日(星期日)上班。2月7日是除夕，这意味着除夕也和2015年一样，被包括在假期范围内，即春节的7天假期，从除夕休到初六，大年初七开始上班。

2008年至2013年，除夕连续6年被纳入春节假期中，之前春节假期是从初一开始。2014年春节假期从大年初一开始，但当时遭到网友吐槽，称除夕是春节中最重要的日子，应该回家团聚。

除夕是否应该包括在春节假期内?2014年底，中国人民大学调查中心就春节法定节假日安排以社会抽样调查和网上调查等方式公开征求意见，近70%网友赞成除夕当天放假。但也有企业员工对记者表示，除夕至大年初六放假，会损失一天假期，因为如果初一至初七放假，企业一般除夕当天也会休息。

到底除夕休不休，此前就有专家表示，最根本的问题是我国假日安排长假短缺，与其争论除夕是否放假，不如延长假期。

一、元旦：

2016年1月1日至1月3日调休，放假3天。

拼假：请12月28日-31日4天假，可休9天

目的地推荐：冬天就该去东北，极地漠河、冰城哈尔滨、梦幻雪乡、吉林雾凇长白山，够你玩个7、8天。

二、春节：

2016年2月7日至2016年2月13日调休，放假7日。

2月6日(星期六)、2月14(星期日)日照常上班。

一说起春节我就想起了去年过春节时候的情景。那天大采购，买了好多烟花白天的时候我就在那与小朋友你追我赶。

盼啊盼，终于到了晚上大家的“Party”终于开始了。饥肠辘辘的我们狼吞虎咽的吃着年夜饭，喝!年夜饭还真多，我都吃不下了!吃完年夜饭，我和姐姐拿着鞭炮冲了出去，拿出了“火绳”用老爸的打火机一烧，“火绳”就射出了五彩斑斓的光我把“火绳”甩起来“火绳”就像一个“火圈”一样好看极了!放完了“火绳”我们开始放“火树”了，我们用打火机点着了引线逐渐有一点点淡淡的火光的冒了出来，随着我们欢呼的声音火光逐渐减变大，渐渐地成了一棵树，我和姐姐就在旁边一边做动作一边喊：“高!高!高!”火光在树上跳动仿佛是小精灵在树上欢呼着、跳动着。终于放礼花了我，我们引燃了导线。99发的礼花像大炮一样陆续发送五彩缤纷好看极了!

在礼花的发射之下我们恋恋不舍结束了春节。

那是一年的春节，我和弟弟买了许多鞭炮回来玩，普通玩法玩腻了，就想玩的新花样;我们商量着，说好看到什么可以炸的东西就炸。

我们来到雁塘，脑子里便闪过一个念头：炸水!鞭炮一仍，水花四溅，非常漂亮。弟弟想跟我一起炸，我同意了，我先点燃了鞭炮，等着弟弟，可弟弟怎么也点不燃了，“啪!”鞭炮在我手上炸开了，弟弟问我有事吗，那是我还满不在乎的说没事。鞭炮能等吗?被炸了还不疼。
