(二)休息日安排劳动者工作又不能安排补休的，支付不低于工资的百分之二百的工资报酬;

(三)法定休假日安排劳动者工作的，支付不低于工资的百分之三百的工资报酬。因此，对于实行标准工时制的劳动者，如果在“春节”等法定节假日加班，加班费应当以不低于日工资基数的3倍支付加班工资，而在法定假日其他休息天加班应当以公休日加班的标准给予双倍支付工资。

日工资基数的计算方法为：月工资除以一个月计薪的天数，节假日调整后的月计薪天数一般为21.75天。以一个约定月薪为6000元的职工为例，他的日加班基数就是6000元除以21.75天即275.86元;如果企业安排他在法定假日加班，则应支付其不低于275.86元的3倍即827.58元的加班工资。

法定假日以外的休息天加班，单位首先应安排补休，否则须支付两倍的日工资基数。此外，对于经过劳动保障部门批准，可以在明确工作量的前提下自主安排工作、休息时间的“不定时工作制”岗位，用人单位可以不支付加班工资。春节长假即将到来，如果劳动者选择坚守岗位，加班工资该怎么算?

春节七天假中，初一、初二、初三为春节法定节假日，根据相关法规，用人单位在此期间安排劳动者加班的，应按照不低于劳动者本人日或小时工资的300%另行支付加班工资。其他的四天为调休放假，用人单位安排劳动者加班的，可以选择给劳动者安排补休而不支付加班工资，如果不给补休，则应当按照不低于劳动者本人日或小时工资的200%支付加班工资。

计算加班工资时，日工资按平均每月计薪天数21.75天折算，小时工资则在日工资的基础上再除以8小时。在确定加班工资的计算基数时，劳动合同对工资有明确约定的，按不低于劳动者所在岗位相对应的工资标准确定。劳动合同对工资没有明确约定的，按集体合同约定执行。用人单位与劳动者无任何约定的，按劳动者本人所在岗位正常出勤月工资收入的70%确定。此外，由于今年除夕并非法定节假日，当天加班不享受加班费。
