法定假日以外的休息天加班，单位首先应安排补休，否则须支付两倍的日工资基数。此外，对于经过劳动保障部门批准，可以在明确工作量的前提下自主安排工作、休息时间的“不定时工作制”岗位，用人单位可以不支付加班工资。春节长假即将到来，如果劳动者选择坚守岗位，加班工资该怎么算?

春节七天假中，初一、初二、初三为春节法定节假日，根据相关法规，用人单位在此期间安排劳动者加班的，应按照不低于劳动者本人日或小时工资的300%另行支付加班工资。其他的四天为调休放假，用人单位安排劳动者加班的，可以选择给劳动者安排补休而不支付加班工资，如果不给补休，则应当按照不低于劳动者本人日或小时工资的200%支付加班工资。

计算加班工资时，日工资按平均每月计薪天数21.75天折算，小时工资则在日工资的基础上再除以8小时。在确定加班工资的计算基数时，劳动合同对工资有明确约定的，按不低于劳动者所在岗位相对应的工资标准确定。劳动合同对工资没有明确约定的，按集体合同约定执行。用人单位与劳动者无任何约定的，按劳动者本人所在岗位正常出勤月工资收入的70%确定。此外，由于今年除夕并非法定节假日，当天加班不享受加班费。

春节早上，我对爷爷说：“爷爷，爷爷，我们去买鞭炮吧,今天可是春节呀!”“好，好!那你要什么鞭炮?”“我要冲天炮……”反正我不要有响声的泡。“行，爷爷这就给你买去。”

到了晚上，我和爷爷奶奶爸爸妈妈一起下楼放鞭炮，我开心极了!对爷爷奶奶爸爸妈妈说:“爷爷奶奶爸爸妈妈：春节快乐!”

大约7点半，我们又回到家里开始放冲天炮，开始，我不敢放，后来，慢慢地我觉得放冲天炮也不是很可怕，便放了起来。放完的冲天炮飞上天空，像一朵五彩的花，撒落下来。晚上八点，我们又看了春节晚会表演，真精彩呀!
