“大如年”的节日――冬至，上了一节别开生面的班会课。

首先，我们更随老师了解了冬至的习俗。冬至，顾名思义，寒冬将至，不管是极北边陲还是江南水乡，人们都会想到那代表温暖的饺子，在温暖心灵的同时，我们也不会忘记那来自几百年前的医圣――张仲景的、蕴含在饺子中的关怀与爱;诗圣杜甫曾在《冬至》中提到：江上形容吾独老，天边风俗自相亲。伟大的诗人诗情画意的表达了对故园的思念，更表达了自己在冬至不能与家人团聚的哀伤!而在冬至这个应与家人团聚、共享天伦照亮的佳节中，更少不了象征团圆的传统美食――汤圆，而在享用美食的过程中，我们更要体会亲情与爱的可贵。

接着，我们乘坐时间老人的快车，了解了冬至的历史传说。“冬至大如年”，冬至在汉朝时是最隆重的节日之一!可西北边塞的百姓却失去了欢庆佳节的权利――匈奴侵略。当时，匈奴有两大首领――浑氏、屯氏，二人极为残暴，百姓对其恨之入骨，于是将肉馅、面皮包成角儿，入高汤煮，称曰“混沌”，祈求和平。美丽的传说，更告诉我们世界和平与国家富强的重要。

快下课了，我们也明白要“冬练三九，夏练三伏”，用健康的身体度过严寒的冬季，再次迎接万物复苏、春暖花开……
