The world is not only hungry,but also thirsty for water. This may seem strange to you, since nearly 75 % of the earths surface is covered with water. But about 97% of this huge amount is sea water, or salt water. Man can only drink and use the other 3% -- the fresh water that comes from rivers, lakes,underground, and other sources. It was the second day of our summer holiday. I felt good. I felt I am free. I had a lot of time to do things I like. My parents are in Zhongshan. So I live alone but I don’t feel lonely. But I didn’t do something special. I stayed at home and watched TV. Oh! I wrote an Englishdaily composition. It was my homework. Today, I have slept for 14 hours.I thought I was very tired. 孩子，是家庭的希望。学生，是祖国的未来。一场场灾害，让dajia失去一个有一个的同胞。溺水，地震，火灾，车祸，一氧化碳中毒……这些灾难时时在dajia身边徘徊，突如其来的意外会使dajia不知所措，随时都可能失去生命。那如何防御这种灾难呢？

在今天早上，我打开电视机，观看了“安全教育”这一课，这一课，令我受益匪浅，感慨万千。里面讲到了三个要点：①珍爱生命，安全第一，②安全教育，至关重要。③人人关心，保护生命。我看到里面这样的报道，因溺水和车祸死亡的人数，是占多种灾害中的第一位，车祸大多发生在城市，那是因为很少人遵守交通规则，而溺水大多发生在农村，许多孩子在没有经大人的同意和陪同下，私自到河边等游水玩耍，因水流太急而溺水身亡。我还看到这样一段片子，在成都市某学校发生了大地震，因学校安全教育意识强，全校师生竟没一个伤亡，可见，安全意识是多么重要，当人们埋怨灾害时，是否反思过自己，假如平时多做地震演习，遵守交通规则，在游泳时对自己的水性有自知之明，那就会大大减少生命的威胁。至于火灾，在我看来大多是人们自己造成的，有位学生在看书时点蜡烛，最后睡着了，蜡烛烧到被子上引发了火灾，还有位学生烧开水时没注意，导致水烧干后引发火灾，还有大部分学生为了用电方便，把电路的通路改成短路，以至于引发火灾。

一条条被灾害夺走的生命和一条条从灾害死里逃生的生命，这几乎源于有没有安全意识。为了dajia宝贵的生命，为了dajia美好的将来，让dajia共同遵守安全意识，珍爱生命，远离灾害吧！

今天，在学校的大操场上老师组织我们观看了一场意义重大，内容丰富，体验深刻的消防安全演练，那紧张，刺激过后带来的知识，感想，启发，使我终生难忘。

一阵急促的铃声响起，整个校园笼罩着紧张的气氛；好像火灾真的发生了一样，老师一声令下：“火灾来了！”同学们立刻走出了教室，从容不迫地排好了队，脸上一副认真，严肃的表情。老师叫我们捂住口鼻，迅速撤离火灾现场。

可是走到楼梯时，人太多了，有的同学乱了套，开始拥挤了。这时听见老师大喊：“大家不要慌张，保持距离，要相信自己！”听了这番话，同学们像吃了一颗“定心丸”一样，迈着轻快地步伐走下楼梯，铃声还未结束，我们已经安全地来到了操场上。

紧张的演习过后，就该消防员叔叔们登场了。

我还以为所有人都逃出来了，原来在综合楼的里面，还有一名被困同学。消防员叔叔已在旁边等待多时了，只见消防员叔叔迅速从车里取出梯子，特别麻利地架好，动作熟练地爬上楼去把那位被困同学救离了火灾现场。这时，另几位消防员叔叔正在教小同学们灭火，只见消防员叔叔举着干粉灭火器向暴烈无情的火焰喷射过去，烈火浓烟终于被消防员叔叔们彻反抗服了，化作一团团灰烬，瘫痪在地上，再也不能任意，威风地“为非作歹”了。孙队长因校长特别邀请，结合刚刚的火灾消防演练讲解了火灾起因，应如何进行防火，如何救火，如何进行自我保护等常识。

最后，他情真意切地对我们说：“水火无情，我们每个人时刻，事事处处都要提高警惕，要预先采取强有力的措施，才能防患于未然。”虽然紧张的消防演练活动结束了，但留给我的不仅仅是水火无情，壮观激烈的火灾，脱困，救火的瞬间场面，最最重要的是给我们留下了终生难忘，使我永远铭记在心的这场火灾的经验，教训和启发……
