一、制度保证措施必须到位

1、要建立安全保卫工作领导责任制和责任追究制。由学校党总支书记、校长负责，将安全保卫工作列入各有关处室的目标考核内容，并进行严格考核，严格执行责任追究制度，对造成重大安全事故的，要严肃追究有关领导及直接责任人的责任。

2、签订责任书。学校与处室和班主任层层签订责任书，明确各自的职责。学校还要与学生家长签订了安全责任书，明确了家长应做的工作和应负的责任。将安全教育工作作为对教职员工考核的重要内容，实行一票否决制度。贯彻“谁主管，谁负责”的原则，做到职责明确，责任到人。

3、不断完善学校安全保卫工作规章制度。建立学校安全保卫工作的各项规章制度，并根据安全保卫工作形势的发展，不断完善充实。建立健全定期检查和日常防范相结合的安全管理制度，以及学生管理、门卫值班、巡逻值班、防火防灾、食品卫生管理、防火安全管理、体育器材检查、健康体检等规章制度。严禁私自组织学生集体服用药品和保健品，严禁学生参加商业性庆典活动，严禁组织学生从事不符合国家有关规定的危险性工作，严禁教师个人利用假期(日)私自带学生外出，在校外开展的社会实践活动要坚持就近、徒步原则。对涉及学校安全保卫的各项工作，都要做到有章可循，违章必究，不留盲点，不出漏洞。

4、建立学校安全意外事故处置预案制度。学校建立事故处置领导小组，制定了意外事故处置预案制度。

二、加强对师生的安全教育，培养自护能力

要确保安全，根本在于提高安全意识、自我防范和自护自救能力，抓好安全教育，是学校安全工作的重中之重。学校要以安全教育周为重点，经常性地对学生开展安全教育，特别是抓好交通、大型活动等的安全教育。

1、认真做好安全教育周工作。学校安全教育周要以"校园安全"为主题，在安全教育周期间，学校要组织学习安全教育工作文件，对校内易发事故类型、重点部位保护、工作薄弱环节、各类人员安全意识与安全技能等方面，开展深入全面的大检查，消除隐患，有针对地扎实地开展教育和防范工作。

Last weekend, I took part in the school trip and went to HouHai lake. It not only made us relax but also brought happiness to us.

万圣节其实不是基督教的节日。2500年前，爱尔兰的凯尔特人(Celts)以10月31日为一年的最後一日，11月1日是新一年的开始，也象徵冬天的来临。

凯尔特人相信死亡之神Samhain在10月31日的晚上会和鬼魂一起重返人间，寻找替身。因此他们燃点火炬，焚烧动物以作为死亡之神的献礼。还会用动物的头或皮毛做成的服饰打扮自己，发出古怪的声音，使死亡之神认不出自己，避过灾难。这就是今天万圣节化妆舞会的由来。过了当晚，鬼魂回到阴间，一切回复平静。

基督教兴起，教徒沿袭万圣节传统，万圣节的意义慢慢改为纪念为献身於神而死亡的人(holies)。

附带一提，11月2日是墨西哥的鬼节(Los Dias de los Muertos, Day of the Dead)。当天家家户户都烘烤动物造型的面包和煮鸡肉等食物，并在供桌上面放置玩具，以期待早逝的孩童们回到家中玩耍。也可以陈列鲜花、 水果、 照片和彩绘的骷髅头，接待仙逝长辈。

墨西哥人认为，鬼魂和人一样需要及时行乐，所以鬼节宛若一场嘉年华会，人们带着面具到处游走，吃骷髅形状的糖，面包上还装饰有鬼的形像。黄昏时刻，全家人一起到墓园清理墓地，妇女们或跪或坐整夜祈祷，男人们交谈或唱歌，在子夜中烛光忽闪忽灭充满了整个墓园，游唱歌者为已逝亡者的灵魂高歌吟唱。

今天是中小学生安全教育日，在这里我要跟大家说说校园安全知识。

现在校园常常出现危险事故，比如在走廊上踢球，在教室里追赶打闹，这很容易出事故。

为了防止事故，我们最好控制，不到教室别或走廊上追跑，如果实在是想在教室或走廊上玩，那就可以玩跳绳什么的游戏。

如果在走廊玩，前面虽然好玩，可是后面不小心撞了同学或墙，那可就乐极生悲。但校园没了活动也会很冷清。如果要去活动最好到操场活动，因为那里的面积大，不挨挤，也好活动。

有时候，一个人千万别带很多钱，怕被不好的同学抢走。

校园安全知识还有许许多多，希望同学们一定要谨记这些安全知识。

4校园安全伴我行

大家好，安全是生命，每个人都有有限的生命。生命对于一个人来说，只有一次，所以我们要珍惜生命。

工人在造房的时候，我们不要在下面东跑跑，西跑跑，当心石头从天而降砸在头上，要看牌子上的字：没戴安全帽不能入场。

在马路上我们更要注意安全，因为马路上的车来来往往，川流不息。所以我们过马路要走斑马线，这样比较安全。

当你爬山时，不要乱爬岩石，当心掉下来。还有在山上不能乱滚石头，当心砸到人。

在帮助妈妈洗刀的时候，不要把自己的手给弄伤了。

大家一定要记住我的话，安全就是生命，每个人都有有限的生命，要珍惜！

Today was the second day of our Hong Kong visit. I was very happy as

yesterday. But I felt tired a lot. I didn’t want to stay at guesthouse, so I

planted to go window-shopping with my parents in Times Square. There were many

kinds of goods, but you could choose the one you liked best easily。Also, there

were many designer-label stores in Times Square, such as

DNKY、MAXMARA、MAX&CO、BOSS and so on. Among others, there was a famous

bookstore called PAGEONE.At last, I bought a beautiful skirt(你好像是女的吧)and some

books。Then I was exhausted but I didn’t care in the slightest(可以换成not at all

)。

今天是我们香港之旅的第二天。我和昨天一样开心，但是我感到有点累了。我不想呆在宾馆里面，所以我打算和我的父母在“时代广场”去逛街。这里有各种各样的商品，但是你可以轻松的找到你最喜欢的。同样，这里面有许多的品牌店在“时代广场”，例如DNKY、MAXMARA、MAX&CO、BOSS等等。最值得一提的是，这里有一家著名的书店叫PAGEONE.。最后我买了一件漂亮的裙子和一些书。我已经筋疲力尽了但是我一点都不在乎。

在校园里，我们会不定期的接受各种安全教育讲座，回家还要在微信上看视屏，答题。一直都觉得安全教育是可有可无，直到有一天，危险发生在身边时，我才发现学校对我们的安全教育，是对我们生命的珍视。

前不久的周末，奶奶在厨房做菜，可能是油锅太热了，菜倒下去时，火苗一下子窜得老高，加上油烟机的作用，感觉火苗都快窜到油烟机里面了。奶奶一下子慌了，我突然想到了安全教育时学过，要隔绝空气，大喊：“盖上锅盖！盖上锅盖！”奶奶这回可听话了，立马拿起锅盖盖了上去。锅盖一盖上，火苗顿时就灭了。奶奶关掉了燃气灶和油烟机，找了个凳子，说先歇会儿。

奶奶跟我说：“你反应还蛮快的嘛。你怎么知道要盖锅盖的？”我说：“学校安全教育的呀，学过很多遍了，油锅有火苗要先隔绝空气，最快就是盖上锅盖呀……”就这样，我把火燃烧要有三个条件，可燃物，助燃剂，温度，一样一样跟奶奶讲清楚……空气就是助燃剂……我才发现，这么多年，我原来在不经意间学了这么多知识。当菜已经成为可燃物的时候，温度也一时没法调节，唯有盖上锅盖，隔绝作为助燃剂空气了。奶奶问我，待会儿我再开始烧菜，锅会不会再着起来，我赶紧解释：“不会了，只要不把锅的温度烧到燃烧的温度就行了，您放了一会儿了，菜的温度已经降下来了。”

奶奶歇了会儿，缓了缓神，饭菜依旧美味，奶奶还夸我这几年学了不少本领呢。

My best friend is Jim. He is a cool boy. He has curly blond hair, big

I went out to buy breakfirst this morning,when I was going to cross a

road，there was a large banging sound nearby the traffic light .A truck hited a

man!The mans legs was under the wheel ,and the man lying on the ground,with a

puddle of blood around him.Then many passers-by gather around the man,some

dailed 120,some comforted the injuried.About,five minutes,an ambulance and a

police came,finally,the injured was sended to the hospital,the the driver was

brought to police station.
