)“我们过‘二月二’比过元宵节还热闹，除了吃饭有讲究，这一天的活动也非常丰富。”10日上午，左臂带着红袖标在舞龙现场维持秩序的王俊文对记者说。

今年53岁的王俊文是内蒙古自治区和林格尔县公喇嘛村村民。他说，从他记事起，村里每年农历二月初二都会“办红火”，今年也不例外。

“办红火”是当地方言，意思是组织举办传统热闹的庆祝活动，包括扭秧歌、游九曲、舞龙、焰火晚会等。而这样的活动全部都是村民自发组织，有的人出钱，有的人出力。

除此之外，在二月初二这一天，当地及周边农村会“严格按照要求”来安排自己的三餐，谁也说不清这个传统延续了多少年。

“早晨吃饺子，叫‘安龙宴’，中午吃炖骨头，叫‘剔龙骨’，晚上吃面条，叫‘扯龙皮’。总之就是希望这一年风调雨顺。”公喇嘛村副支书秦根柱如是说。

据了解，从唐朝开始中国人就有过“二月二”的习俗，通过举办各种祭祀活动，祈望神龙赐福、保佑风调雨顺、五谷丰登。正如一首民谣所云：“二月二，龙抬头，大仓满，小仓流”。

上午10时许，记者驱车进入村庄的主街道，敲锣打鼓的声响渐渐清晰，让人清楚地感觉到了节日的气氛。

越往村里行进，车行越缓慢，直至道路被车流、人流完全堵塞。原来在村庄中心地带，秧歌队已经“扭”了出来，十里八乡的村民们都聚集在这里，有年轻父母领着小孩儿，也有老年人三五相携，随着秧歌队的前进一路向盛和寺(原名盛元寺)挺进。

盛和寺宽阔的广场前，舞龙队和舞狮队在这里聚集，为围观的群众献上精彩的表演。记者发现人群里有不少衣着时尚、口音与当地人不同的外来游客。

“我从呼和浩特市来的，听说这里的‘二月二’挺热闹，就想来看看。”游客范女士告诉记者，她还想中午找一家农户尝试一下当地的“二月二特餐”。

“这两年来我们这儿过‘二月二’的人特别多，我们村里常住人口4000多人，去年这时候来了10000多人。”秦根柱告诉记者，现在村里人也越来越清楚地了解传统习俗文化的重要性，他们会好好注意保护发掘。

三是开展“送书籍进机关”活动。新风社区针对街道领导每天工作繁忙没有时间到社区图书室读书这一现象，将一些“世界名著、伟人传记、群众路线”等方面的书籍送到机关给领导阅读学习，并希望他们在看完后每人亲手写一篇简短的读后感，从而带动整个街道及社区的读书、写作热情。

今后，社区还将通过张贴标语、发放宣传单、悬挂条幅、送书等多种形式，在辖区内逐步形成“终身学习成为习惯、快乐阅读成为风尚”的良好氛围，为创造和谐文明社区打下坚实基础。
