不知不觉中，进入高中的第一个学期已经结束了，随之而来的便是寒假了。经历了一个长期的假日，多少会给人带来些不同的感受。 其实我一直期盼着寒假的到来。不为别的，就因为我远在沈阳上大学的哥哥只有寒假才能回来，然而当与哥哥见面后，却得知春节哥哥要到别处过，这多少让我有了些失落之情。寒假也许真的有几丝寒意吧。 而且虽说结束了紧张的一个学期，进入了一个可以放松的假期。可寒假的作业和开学后更加紧张的课程，让人无法放松，寒假的假期，真的有它的意义吗? 随着时间的推移，春节即将来临。看着外面洋溢着的喜气的气氛，不由的让人回想起了从前。是啊，从一个什么都不懂的小学生，到对知识与社会都有所了解的初中生，高中生。正是这样一年又一年的走来，走过了一个又一个学期，一步步的成长，成为今天的自己。

也许寒假正因为有了春节而变的与众不同。春节是个团聚的日子，亲情的相聚比任何事物都要美好都要温暖，这种情感也许就是春节代表告别严冬，喜迎新春的能量来源吧。 当除夕之夜，一家人举杯相庆新年的到来时，也代表着自己将以全新的自我来面对新的一年;当新年早晨起床时，对着家人说句“新年好”，这不光是对别人的祝愿，也是对自己的宣告，新的一年我将会做的更好。

所以兄弟两不能一起过春节又能如何，我还记得我队自己所定下的决心，我一定不会输给哥哥。在春节到来时，兄弟两人虽身处两地，但过着同样的一个节日，同样的心愿不会改变，新的一年我会更好。寒假里的劳累又算得了什么，既然决心要更好，就定然要有所付出，假日不是为了玩，而是为了要让自己可以更好的学。每一次的寒假，每一次的春节，正是如此，使我们一点点的成长。新的一年，给人们一个新的自己，每个人都会越来越好，越来越强，以全新的一切，向着自己永远的梦想，发起新的冲击。原来寒假所拥有的是温暖与一个有着重要意义的假期，它让每个人更加美好。 长期的假期会给人不同的感受，经历了假期。我相信，在新的学期里，我也会与以前有所不同，以全新的自我在新学期里更加努力，取得更好的成绩。寒假里的事，还真是有趣啊。

Sichuan is located in the Upper Yangtze Valley in the southwestern part of the country. The second largest of the Chinese provinces, it covers an area of 220,100 square miles (570,000 square kilometres). After the dinner, my brother and sister began to set off firecrackers and fireworks.
