早晨，我睁开睡意朦胧的双眼，环顾四周，妈妈还没睡醒，我爬过去，推推她，她也醒了。我们去完成必修课一一骑行。骑行是我最梦寐以求的事。

我们整装待发，我推出了我心爱的自行车，掸了掸上面的灰尘，“哦，我们走吧！”

走出家门，清晨的阳光刚刚露面儿。晨风徐徐，使人心意盎然。路上人车稀少，我们漫不经心地走在路上，自由自在。

我忽然看见对面的人行路上，一对夫妻牵着一条半米多高的大狗，黄棕色的毛，走路时甩甩小尾巴，回过头来不时用自己的小眼睛盯着主人。突然，我听妈妈在后面叫：“停，停，停，停……”我连忙回过头来，赶紧刹闸，可是已经来不及了，只听“咣当”一声，我的身子向前冲去，又被弹回来，脚趾头被三轮车的铁皮挂破了，胳膊被我弹回来的力量晃了一下，麻麻的，像在抽筋儿，酸疼酸疼的。幸好我当时把头往后仰起，幸免了撞伤。我下车用卫生纸擦去脚上的血迹，动动脚没事儿。妈妈问我怎么样，我忍痛说：“这点小事儿，没事儿。”妈妈关心的说：“咱们还去吗？”我坚强的说：“走吧。”我们又踏上了路。

今天给我的教训就是：做什么事都要全神贯注，不要三心二意，不然后果不堪设想。以后做事要全神贯注。

暑假的时候，我和爸爸妈妈去海滨公园玩。海滨公园可真大呀，足足有500平方千米呢!

爸爸妈妈带着我去坐摩天轮。这是我第一次坐摩天轮。从空中往下看，视野一下子就开阔了，地上的车和人都变小了。

坐完了摩天轮，爸爸又拉着我去“惊魂屋”。我刚进去，只听见砰的一声，大门被关得紧紧的，惊魂屋里伸手不见五指，我只好摸索着往前走。突然，一只鬼突然从棺材里走了出来。我吓了一跳，鼓起勇气拿起一块石头扔向那只鬼。只听“哎哟”一声，那只鬼一边叫一边逃走了。我这才发现这鬼是工作人员扮演的，于是胆子就大起来，顺利的走出了惊魂屋。

这次的海滨之旅，治好了我对惊魂屋的恐惧。海滨公园，我们有缘再见。

With the spread of the consciousness of environmental protection, the word

“low-carbon” has been very popular in life. We can find it in many aspects, such

as low-carbon products, low-carbon consumption, and low-carbon travel and so on.

Generally speaking, more and more people are advocating “low-carbon”

lifestyle.

lifestyle which aims to lowering the carbon dioxide emission in living as much

as possible. For example, some office workers are not proud of driving private

As college students, we also make some contribution in our daily life to

reduce the emission of the carbon dioxide. For example, switch off the light

when leaving and save water. In addition, we should use our knowledge and action

我心爱的鹦鹉——贝贝

今天晚上，我和妈妈出门散步。突然，我的目光被一笼小鹦鹉给迷住了，我一眼就喜欢上了它们。于是，我百般央求妈妈帮我买一只，终于在我的软磨硬泡之下，一只小鹦鹉被我成功地带回了家。

因为这只小鹦鹉从此以后就是我的心肝宝贝，所以我给它取名叫“贝贝”。贝贝有一颗圆圆的脑袋，头上还顶着一簇黄灿灿的绒毛，仿佛戴着一顶小黄帽。两只眼睛又黑又亮，恰似两颗花椒籽儿镶嵌在脸上。它那又红又尖的嘴巴就像一把拔鞋钉的钳子，锋利无比。翠绿色的肚皮下还藏着一双小巧玲珑的脚爪，真是又可爱又迷人。

贝贝不仅长得好看，它的歌声也很美妙。每次我抽空来给它唱歌时，它都会跟着唱上几句，“唧唧唧!唧唧唧!”那美妙动听的歌声，吸引来了许多观众。成群结队的燕子飞来了，优雅美丽的花猫走来了，连平常活泼好动的小黄狗也跑来了。贝贝见自己有这么多粉丝，得意极了，唱的更卖力了。瞧它那副陶醉的模样，长大后肯定是个大演唱家哩!

贝贝吃食特别猛。每次饭盆里的食物没有了，它就会急得咕咕叫，在笼子里上窜下跳。当给它盛上了食物，它便立马安静了下来，把头塞进饭盆里，大口大口地吃着，头都不抬一下，搞得跟三天三夜没吃东西似的。瞧瞧它那肚子，都快鼓成一个乒乓球那么大了。哎，贝贝，小心以后变成肉团子哦!

怎么样，这就是我心爱的鹦鹉——贝贝

如果说我的暑假是丰富多彩的，那一定归功于我的小宝贝——灵灵和小小。

灵灵和小小是暑假开始时一位叔叔赠予我的。他们长得很像，只不过灵灵比小小要胖一点。刚来我家的时候，它俩谁也不适应新环境。一次，要给它们换木屑，就把它俩拿出来了，不料，笼门一开，灵灵和小小马上冲出来，跑了!我朋友眼疾手快，捉住了小小，可是小小只有一点儿大，又跑得快，我朋友没敢握紧它，只是捧着它，小小都吓死了，慌不择路，从我朋友的胳膊爬上了脖子，又从脖子滑到了地上，跌倒地上也不知疼!一骨碌爬起来接着跑，最后还是我朋友的妈妈帮忙才捉住了它。这时，我才想起灵灵哪儿去了。过了好一阵子，才在一个角落里发现它，它呢，正吓得发抖呢!这才发现我家的灵灵和小小有两大特点：胆子小，跑得快，对了，我还发现，灵灵是母老鼠，小小是公老鼠。

我最喜欢看它们吃东西的样子。它们吃东西是先嗅一嗅，再用两个爪子把吃的一抱，躲到一边，再用前爪抱起食物啃。它们边吃边点头，好像在说：“真好吃!”还有一次，我想整一整小老鼠，就把菜叶放在了笼子上面，心想：这下你可吃不到了吧!然后拍拍手，走开了。谁知我再去看的时候，小老鼠倒吊在笼子上，正津津有味的吃呢!这机灵的家伙!

它们睡觉时也挺可爱。一天午后，我没睡觉，就想找它们玩。我看它们的时候，都像尊弥勒佛似地呼呼大睡呢!还面对面!哈哈哈，笑死我了!

到现在，小老鼠来我家已经六十多天了，我也越来越分不开它们了，那，就让我们永远都在一起吧!

昨天，文具寄来啦。一大早，我和陆泳文就乐颠乐颠地拉着妈妈去商场开工啦。我们俩在小货车上摆放文具，妈妈们教我俩把文具分类摆好，比如把铅笔都放一起插进笔筒中，把笔记本叠好摆成一行。妈妈还教我们把多余的货品放到抽屉里，卖掉一件再拿一件出来。货摆好后，我们俩就站到小车前面招呼客人。“叔叔，快来看看文具。”“阿姨，有文具卖呀。”“小朋友，喜不喜欢啊?”我和泳文卖力地大声吆喝，很多客人都停下来看我们的文具。有个带小孩的妈妈笑容满面的问我们几岁啦，在哪个学校读书啊，还竖起大拇指夸我们真乖，最后她帮我们买了一支笔。接下来还有些叔叔阿姨也帮衬了我们，我和泳文分工，一个负责开单收钱，一个负责介绍文具。我们一直坚持到晚上关门时间，好兴奋啊。知道我们今天卖了多少钱吗?不知道吧?我告诉你，今天我们赚了一百七十多元。厉害吧。

明天，我们俩一定要努力赚到2百元。

还有一次，在暑假的一天早晨我很早地就起了床因为我还得上辅导班吃完饭去上学，我起来后，妈妈就赶紧让我去洗漱，我打开灯一看完了没电了，我自己又一想还是抓紧吃饭吧，我就去吃了饭，吃完饭后我该上学了，我拿着书包和钥匙和爸爸一同犹如百米般的神速到了楼下的车库，，爸爸用遥控器怎么按也不听使唤，再说了打车还得走出小区门我就迟到了我只好向爸爸要了几元钱走着向辅导班的位置走去，在我走的距离小区不远处我又遇见了在早餐店中吃饭的刘洪岩，他对我说：“你怎么一个人走着走啊?”我说：“我家车库没电了我爸爸没法送我了我只好走着打车去辅导班。“他游亲切地答道：”我驮你。“说完就用他爸爸的电动车就把我带到了辅导班。

通过这两件事可以直观地看出朋友之间额友谊是一件无价之宝是用金钱不可衡量的，友谊也如一根铁链如果断了也就不会连接。友谊是一种帮助只有帮助了他人，他人才会帮助你。我也懂得了友谊也是伟大的、坚强的。

My winter holiday is very dull. I stay at home for most of time. sometimes I visit my friends and play basketball with them. sometimes we go shopping.

One day, we go to the kfc. We have hamburgers, chicken coke and french fries. We have sore throats. We go home and have a rest. then we feel better. We go and play computer games! how mad we are!

Summer can be very hot in southernxx where the temperature usually goes up to 32"C or more. Because of the heat it is a trying experience to go to school or do anything else in a place that is not air-conditioned. Also because of this I stay at home most of the time during the summer vacation and only occasionally go to the beach to plunge myself into the cool water as a way to keep my body less sticky. Actually I like swimming and think nothing is more refreshing than a swim. In the summer vacation that has just ended I went swimming many times with my classmates and we all had a good time. This summer vacation, however, was not spent entirely in seeking fun. As a second-year senior student I had to prepare myself for the college entrance examinations that were only a year away. In other words, I must find time to study, too. So I divided my time between work and play during the summer vacation and derived much benefit from this arrangement.

I spent this summer vacation in quite a different way. I used to run about every day in previous summer vacations, but this summer vacation I simply could not afford to do so. I would soon be in the last year of my high-school education and would after graduation be up against the college entrance examinations. Though those examinations were still a year away, I had to start early to make myself well prepared by reviewing all those things I had learned at school and this summer vacation was the ideal time for me to do this. At first I was rather dismayed at the thought of this, but later I thought it was better this way because by working hard this summer I could count on endless happy summers to come. With this in mind I then set to work like anything and only occasionally went out for a change or did some physical. I was not at all bored by this kind of life, for I was sustained by a hope.

The summer vacation had come round again. I was happy that I could forget about school at least for a while. Lest I fool around all through this summer vacation, I made a plan as to how to spend it. First, I thought I should go over all those things my teachers taught in the previous term so that I could have a better understanding of them. Then I thought I should take up some forms of exercise, such as walking, running and rowing, to keep me physically strong. It stood to reason that with such a good plan I should make the best of my vacation time. I did, because I lived up to what I had planned.

我的暑假感觉是极美好的，里面有美好的游戏，有美好的遐想，更有美好的希望。而我暑假美好的感觉，全来自于运动与看书。

终于，我迎来了美好的暑假生活。暑假里，发生了很多有意义的事情，让我印象深刻，记忆犹新。我去了舟山群岛，那里的风景犹如一张张美丽的水彩画，仿佛人间仙境一般；去了磐安花溪风景区，那里溪水哗哗、竹林茂密，简直是绝妙得旅游胜地；不过让我记忆最深的还是在乡下田间去钓龙虾。

午后的盛夏，天气炎热，太阳仿佛要把大地烤干了，但是，那也阻挡不了我要去钓龙虾那激动的心，我和妈妈全副武装，来到田间菜园的小溪边。妈妈先帮我在钓虾的棒子上绑上线，然后挂上香喷喷的诱饵，这样简易地操作后，钓虾就开始了。过了十多分钟，只见那线一点儿动静都没有，一只龙虾都不来和我作伴，我开始失去了耐心，变得不耐烦起来。妈妈见了，跟我说：“宝贝，你还记得《小猫钓鱼》的故事吗，你现在就是那故事里的小猫，能钓上小龙虾吗？”听了妈妈的话，我开始聚精会神起来。又过了10几分钟，突然我感觉棒子有动静，再仔细一看，绳子好像也在拉扯，我激动地拿起鱼竿用力一甩，哇哦，只见一只肥嘟嘟火红的小龙虾正津津有味地用大钳子啃着诱饵呢！我兴奋地大叫：“妈妈！妈妈！我钓了一只好大的小龙虾呢！”妈妈也惊喜地张大了嘴：“宝贝你可真厉害！”

太阳快下山了，看着满满一桶大龙虾，我快乐地飞起，催促着妈妈赶紧回家给我烧美味大餐！钓龙虾可真是太有趣了！

漫长的暑假稍纵即逝，想想刚放暑假的时候，我本以为假期可以开开心心玩个痛快，还可睡睡懒觉，但是我真实的暑假却与想象大相径庭。

假期第一天，妈妈就给了我一张暑期作息表，上面写着：星期一、三、五、日——完成老师布置的暑假作业、读书、练字、计算。星期二、四、六——去少年宫兴趣班学习。还有一件令我非常头疼的事，那就是我每天要练一小时的二胡，因为这个暑假要考二胡五级。五级谱子虽然有点难，但是我在心里默默地要求自己一定不可以掉以轻心，要重视这一次的二胡考级，不管多累，也要坚持下去，坚持下去就是胜利，二胡考级一定能够通过。

暑假当然也有悠闲的时候，比如每天傍晚，我会去中南会所学习游泳。刚去的时候，我感到非常害怕，忧心忡忡，感觉我会被水呛到，或水太冷我受不了。我们穿戴好游泳装备，在教练的带领下，先在泳池边的空旷处练习了蛙泳动作，又做了几个简单的热身动作，然后就来到泳池边依次坐着。突然，我一下子就被教练拽到水中，呀！我竟然漂在了水上，在教练手把手的教导下，我的身体逐渐能保持平衡，这太好玩了，初时紧张的心情随之被兴奋所替代。教练让我们按照在岸上练习的蛙泳动作在水中试着做，慢慢地我们就靠着游泳装备独自练习起了蛙泳，大家就像快活的小青蛙，在水中游到东游到西。

暑假生活虽然忙碌但也很快乐，在学习上还收获了不少知识，我非常期待下一个暑假的来临。

The Great Wall of China is called the "Ten thousand Ii Great Wall" in

Chinese. In fact, it s more than 6 000 kilometres long. It winds its way from

west to east, across deserts, over mountains, through valleys till at last it

reaches the sea.It is one of the wonders of the world.The Great Wall has a history of over twenty centuries. The first part of it

was built during the Spring and Autumn Period.

During the Warring States Period, more walls were put up to defend the

borders of the different kingdoms.It was during the Qin Dynasty that the kingdom of Qin united the dif ferent

parts into one empire.

To keep the enemy out of his empire, Emperor Qin Shi Huang had all the

walls joined up. Thus, the Great Wall came into being.The Great Wall is wide enough at the top for five horses or ten men to walk

side by side.Along the wall are watchtowers, where soldiers used to keep watch.Fires were lit on the the towers as a warning when the enemy came.It was very difficult to build such a wall in the ancient days without any

modern machines.

All the work was done by hand. Thousands of men died and were buried under

the wall they built. The Great Wall was made not only of stone and earth, but of

the flesh and blood of millions of men.

Today the Great Wall has become a place of interest not only to the Chinese

but to people from all over the world. Many of them have come to know the famous

这个暑假，我和往常不一样，因为我参加了一个补习班，补习班的名字叫金阳光智能培训中心。在那里我感受到了不一样的学习氛围，是它陪伴我度过了一个漫长的暑假，让我在知识的海洋里尽情遨游，在书香气息里尽情享受。让我感受到了读书的快乐，使我的假期生活更加丰富多彩。

这个暑假我过的非常充实，去了北疆的布尔津、南疆的和田。领略了我们新疆的独特魅力和风土人情。并学会了游泳，锻炼了身体。

Suddenly, the summer vacation is coming. Im happy to "one jump three feet high" but I gradually found that summer vacation is boring.

I wanted to finish in ten days, but, I have been doing for 24 days. The 30 day finally finished, father has bought me, only on Saturday and Sunday can rest a while. I dont like a holiday, but, as long as I still quite like no homework.

More like summer and winter vacation, homework, tired bad. I hope can have a holiday, and can not write my homework, how comfortable, how carefree! If the day sentient days also old, if a man love die young.

That day I came to the countryside, and my dad went to catch fish, we can see the bottom of the river a came to the river, through river water can see fish alive, I cant wait to the river, I catch fish and small dad game, I went to a fish, but how the grinch stole Christmas strange fish saw me and I catch it, it is a flash, I suddenly fell down to the, I flipped was determined to hold it and I went chasing up left a scratch, a scratch right indeed as expected but in the end its all worthwhile I finally caught the fish, but again see oneself has become a drowned rat. But I was happy to catch a fish. I yelled at my little dad, "I caught a fish." "Just one," dad said. "I grabbed a bucket!" I ran over and saw that I had almost fainted!

When i was in high school, I had to study all the time and hardly had spare

time to do what i wanted to.Besides, I had to focus on my textbooks and doing

exercise again and again. Therefore, I had little time to read magazines and

novels and watch TV. what was worse, I couldnt play with my friends a lot, which

I couldnt stand the most. In a word, all i did in high shool should be

considered for the College Entrance Examination.

However, my college life is totally different from the life in high

school.I can arrange my time freely. I spend most of my time reading in the

library, where I can open my eyes and broaden my mind.In my free time, I also

join some clubs,where i can make a lot of friends of different majors. My

teachers in college are so kind and knowledgeable that they not only teach us

knowledge but also how to be a person and how to get on with others. In

addition, there are more opportunities for me to improve myself.

I believe college life is an important stage in my life. In college, i can

learn how to learn by myself, how to get on with others, how to live

independently.College provides me with a stage where i can show myself and be

myself.
