今年的暑假我过得快乐极了!我不但提前完成了作业，而且每天下楼骑自行车，车技越来越娴熟，还回老家跟哥哥一起捉知了、下象棋、打扑 克······

我高兴极了，说干就干。先从我最拿手的，且已有两年“工龄”的洗碗工作开始吧。说起洗碗，听似简单，但要真正把这工作做好还真不简单哩。记得刚刚洗碗那会儿，我不是摔坏了碗盘，就是那边边角角洗不干净。经过这段时间的磨练，我的洗碗功夫可是大有长进。我会先把碗碟轻轻放进洗碗盆里，然后拿起抹布，再挤几滴洗洁精，左手拿碗，右手拿抹布，边洗边转。瞧，盆里出现了团团的泡泡，真漂亮!一个、两个、三个……我又拿起了筷子，用力搓了搓，“卡啦、卡啦”，真像段美妙的快板。最后，我再用清水把碗筷冲洗干净。妈妈看着满头大汗的我，总会逗乐地说：“怎么样，打工的滋味如何?”我说：“确实有点累，但是能帮妈妈做点家务，又有‘工资’拿，累点也值!”

最费力气的是拖地，我用桶装满水，把拖把放在桶里洗洗，提出拧干，用力在地板上擦……

最轻松的是晾衣服，我打开洗衣机，拿起件衣服甩直，用衣架把衣服“穿”好，再用衣叉挂上就完成了。

中午12点，我会去图书馆里“上班”，所谓的“上班”就是帮叔叔阿姨(图书馆理员)理一下图书，再对看书的同学们说：请您把图书放在原来的地方，好吗”瞧!下面，我可要戴上图书馆理员的上岗证，去图书馆“工作”啦!到了图书馆，我开始一丝不苟地摆放图书，刚摆到漫画类，就看到几个小孩子在那儿选他们自己觉得中意的漫画书，边找还边丢!哼，气死我了，我气嘟嘟的走到他们面前说：你们别乱扔了不然等会儿啊收掉你们的借书卡!”听见我这么说，果然收敛了很多，不敢太放肆了。大约过了一个多小时我终于把乱七八糟的图书摆好了，虽然有点累，但望着整齐的图书馆，我会心地笑了!

2、强化教学常规的落实，提高课堂教学效率，组织教师认真学习学校教学常规，指导检查教师的教学工作，特别抓好“备课”、“上课”、“课后辅导”、“培优辅导”等主要环节，鼓励教师充分发挥教学特长，有效提高教学效率。

3、加强集体备课仍是本学期教研组工作的重点，因此要做到有计划、有目标、有实效，不走形式，各备课组每周至少活动一次，时间固定，要紧紧围绕教研组活动的主题，并有活动记录。以集体力量、集体智慧来提高英语组全体教师的业务水平。

I want to grow up as soon as possible. When I grow up, I can do many things

that I can’t now. However, at the same time, I am afraid. I don’t know what my

future life would be. Look around myself, some people are busy working for

having enough food to eat and live better; some are achieving every goal that

they make; some may live in the poor situation. I don’t know what kind of life I

would have in the future. But I know that everyone’s life is in their hands. So

I will try my best to work hard for a better future life.
