5.劳动合同期限为三年。聘用人员试用期为三个月，试用期包括在劳动合同期限内。

二、招聘对象及条件

1.具有中华人民共和国国籍，拥护中华人民共和国宪法;

2.遵纪守法，品行端正;

3.本科为法学专业，通过国家司法考试，取得法律职业资格证书;

4.年龄在35周岁以下(即1980年9月1日以后出生)

5.具有正常履行职责的身体条件，具有良好的语言表达能力和文字综合能力;

6.从事法律事务工作一年以上或取得车辆驾驶证者优先聘用。

三、不得报名的情形

1.曾因犯罪受过刑事处罚的;

2.涉嫌违法违纪正在接受审查，尚未作出结论的;

3.其他不适宜担任法官助理的情形。

四、薪酬待遇

1.法官助理试用期待遇为每月3500元，试用期满考核合格后为每月5000-5500元(含基本工资、五险一金、绩效考核等)。

2.法官助理在合同期内享有劳动法规定的休假权利。

五、招考程序、招考方法

本次招考秉承公平公正原则，邀请相关资深法官、组织人事部门领导参与，采取笔试+面试的方式择优选人。具体程序如下：

(一)笔试

本次笔试采用网络报名的方式，报名时间为2015年8月17日至2015年8月31日，按以下程序进行：

1.下载报名登记表(详见附件或登录本院网站http://pjfy.jmpj.gov.cn下载)。报考人员须填写报名登记表，确保所填资料真实、准确，并上传本人近期免冠2寸正面证件电子照片。填写完毕后于报名期限内发送至邮箱：wuyingying5001@163.com。

2.初步审核。审核报考人员填报的信息是否符合招考条件。

3.公布参加笔试人员名单。初步审核通过后，报考人员可于2015年9月3日至2015年9月5日期间登陆本院网站查询参加笔试人员名单。

4.进行笔试。参加笔试人员持本人身份证参加笔试(笔试时间和地点另行通知)。

(二)面试

面试对象根据笔试成绩从高到低的顺序，按照招录人数1:3的比例确定(如不足1：3比例则全部进入面试)。

面试对象于面试前参加资格审核，资格审核时间另行通知，凡不按规定时间参加资格审核或被发现有关材料信息不实，影响审核结果的，取消面试资格。

通过资格审核的面试对象，按照面试通知书上的时间地点进行面试。

考试总成绩按照下列计算公式计算：

考试总成绩=笔试成绩×50%+面试成绩×50%

考试总成绩按四舍五入保留小数点后3位。

(三)体检

1.体检名额：按总成绩从高到低，按招聘名额1∶1的比例确定参加体检人员。

2.体检标准和项目参照《公务员录用体检通用标准(试行)》(国人部发[2005]1号)执行。

3.体检时间、地点：另行通知。

(四)政审

对体检合格的人员按有关规定进行政审(组织考察)。体检、政审出现不合格者的缺额，按总成绩从高到低的顺序依次递补。

(五)聘用

经笔试、面试、体检、政审合格者，办理聘用手续。

Nobody could have failed to notice the fact that drunken driving has been a grave problem with which we are confronted. Generally speaking, there are several reasons accounting for /behind this phenomenon. Firstly, recent decades have witnessed the rapid development of people’s living standards. As a result, cars gained ever-increasing popularity and have found their way into our everyday life. Honesty is one of the best virtues．An honest man is always trusted and respected．On the contrary, one who tells lies is regarded as a liar，and is looked upon by honest people．

2.交代人物、事情、时间或环境开头

在文章的开头，先把人物、事件和环境交待清楚。例如A Trip to Jinshan 的开头可以写成：

The day before yesterday my class went on a bus trip to Jinshan. The bus ride there took three hours. The long trip made us very tired, but the sight of the beautiful sea refreshed us.

3. 回忆性的开头

用回忆的方法来开头。例如A Trip to the Taishan Mountain的开头是：
