一、招聘岗位

编导记者30名，摄像、音乐制作、数字媒体艺术及电视工程共5名。

二、招聘范围

北京、天津地区全国重点高校2015届全日制本科(第一批录取)及以上学历毕业生，有与招聘岗位相适应的专业知识背景，综合素质高、学习能力强、身心健康，具有较强的敬业精神和团队协作意识。有相关实习经历者优先考虑。

三、招聘程序及日程安排

(一)报名和资格审查(2015年3月26日至4月6日)。有意向报名的同学，请通过电子邮件形式进行报名。报名期间，我台同时进行资格审核，并以电子邮件形式通知审核通过人员。

(二)校园宣讲和面试。(2015年4月9日、4月10日)。1、举行校园宣讲会，收取审核通过人员的报名资料，安排面试顺序;2、组织面试。校园宣讲和面试具体安排如下：

(三)岗位实习(2015年4月初至5月初)。对入围实习的同学，由台人力资源部电话通知。实习期限原则为1个月。在台实习期间，我台免费安排住宿，并向完成实习任务的同学发放一定的生活补助。

(四)实习考核(2015年5月初)。实习期满，通过考核确定最终留用人员。留用人员毕业后来台工作，与我台签订劳动合同，享受相关待遇。留用人员的用工方式为事业编制外聘用。

再如“The Tortoise and the Hare(龟兔赛跑)” 的结尾可以是：When the hare got to the tree, the tortoise had already been there。

(二)首尾呼应，升华主题

在文章的结尾可以用含义较深的话点明主题，深化主题，起到“画龙点睛”的效果。如“I Love My Hometown(我爱家乡)”的结尾可以是：I love my hometown, and I am proud of it.

(三)反问结尾，引起深思

这种方式的结尾虽然形式是问句，但意义却是肯定的，而且具有一定的强调作用，可引起他人的深思。如 “Learning English can Give us a Lot of Pleasure (学英语能为我们带来许多乐趣)” 的结尾可以是：If we learn English well, we can …Don’t you think learning English is great fun?

(四)表达祝愿，阐述愿望
