During last summer vacation I paid a visit to my uncle’s. It was the first time I had seen the sea. Tow years ago my uncle a closed friend of my father transferred from Shanxi to Yantai a beautiful port city; and then my aunt joined him a couple months later. And a year later I became their guest and was going to stay with them for a week. I was fascinated by the vastness of the sea the clean and soft sand on the beach the seagulls flying in the sky and the beauty of the golden sunset clouds over the dark blue water. 仿佛世界已空，惟有那一江奔流沸腾的水卷着浪花，重重地敲击着人们的心。

小心翼翼地行走在堤坝上，距离江水是那样的近，仿佛伸手就能够触及那浪花的冰冷。

忽然，一滴浪花溅在脚边，猛然抬头，眼前所看到的是——

大海也没有的气魄！

在一个大森林里，每年都会举办一次选美大赛，去年的获奖者是蝴蝶。而今年的选美大赛已经开始报名了。

大家听到了这个消息后，纷纷跑到大象裁判那里去报名，蝴蝶当然也去报名了。蝴蝶心想：去年的选美大赛我获得了冠军，今年，我一定能拿第一名，蜜蜂、燕子、麻雀这些动物们，通通都是我的手下败将，今年，我就不练习了，就休息一年，反正她们超越不了我的。

可是，蝴蝶不知道，曾经获得第二名的蜜蜂每天都在练习减肥，她每天很早就起床，飞到对面的山上又飞回来，要重复几十次，几天下来，已经减了好几斤了。光光这样还不够，她还为评委们编了一首圆舞曲，每天练习着，舞技也越来越好。而其他的动物们也在练习。

蝴蝶还是每天在玩耍。一天，她来到一片油菜地里玩耍，油菜花对蝴蝶说：“蝴蝶姐姐，你别在玩耍了，你看小蜜蜂妹妹都已经瘦了好几斤，身材更棒啦！”蝴蝶不理会油菜花的劝告，继续玩耍。

终于到了比赛那天，小蜜蜂把自己打扮得漂漂亮亮的，身穿一条水晶裙，头戴花冠，来到比赛现场，轮到小蜜蜂上场了，只见她大大方方在走到舞台上，自信的自我介绍，然后为大家展示了她自己编的圆舞曲，表演结束，台下掌声经久不息。轮到蝴蝶上场了。她也精心打扮了，穿着漂亮的裙子上台，但只是上台走了一圈，什么才艺也没表演，就下台了。

比赛成绩出来了，蜜蜂获得了第一名，蝴蝶难过的躺在老槐树下，老槐树爷爷语重心长地对蝴蝶说：“谦虚使人进步，骄傲使人落后。蝴蝶听了，惭愧地低下了头。”
