它刚向岸边游了不远，就看见一条小虫在水里扭动，“咕噜噜”，小金鱼游了一早上了，肚子早就饿了。于是它毫不犹豫地一口把小虫子吞下去。忽然它发现自己被困在了渔网里。“救命啊……救命啊……”小金鱼大声地呼救。鲫鱼姐姐和鲤鱼哥哥听见了飞快地游过来，在它们的帮助下小金鱼终于挣脱了渔网得救了。

小金鱼看着鲫鱼姐姐和鲤鱼哥哥红着脸说：“对……对不起，我不……不该向你们炫耀我的美，更不该笑话你们，哥哥姐姐我错了。”经过这件事后，它们成了最好的朋友，一起在小河里愉快地生活。

原来心灵美才是最美的！

“一二一，一二一”嘹亮的跑操进行曲回响在操场上空，我们个个准备就位，跑操比赛就要开始了！

我们身着红绿校服，脚蹬浅色运动鞋，个个神情严肃，严正以待。养兵千日，用兵一时，这一次，我们一定要为校争光。

“跑步——走”体育老师一声令下，比赛正式开始了！同学们“唰”地一齐凝视前方，双手夹在腰间，脚跟微微踮起，个个如同绷紧的弓一般，一触即发。整个队伍如一条巨龙步入操场。

瞧，阚皓岩完美地演绎了“行如风”的真谛。他目光炯炯如同一个测量仪，精确地测量着与前方队伍的距离；双手握拳紧贴着腰间，双脚随着节奏迅速抬起又猛地落下；肩膀和身边同学始终保持一致；微微颔首，豆大的汗珠顺着他的脸颊滑落，紧皱着眉头，凝视着远方。

看着他认真努力的样子，我也加快了步伐。可我的身体却在关键时刻掉链子。我的嗓子像有滚滚浓烟，令我口干舌燥，双手微微颤抖着，双脚像灌了铅似的一步也迈不出去。此时，同学们那响亮的口号声以排山倒海般的气势向我袭来。？“一——二——三——四……”胜利浮现在我眼前，仿佛触手可得。我顿时浑身充满了力量。对！我不能放弃，我一定要坚持下去，为校争光！于是我咬了咬牙，坚持了下来。

近了，近了，快要到终点了！“立定！”我们心有灵犀几乎同时停下脚步，此刻我们仿佛化作了一棵棵小松树挺立在操场上……啊！我们终于成功的完成了比赛。

比赛终于结束了。此时，阳光照耀着我们，丝丝凉风轻拂着我们的脸庞，豆大的汗珠浸湿了我们的衣裳，但我们每一个人脸上都洋溢着灿烂的笑脸和胜利的喜悦。我骄傲！我是一名跑操队员，我骄傲！我是一名为校争光的跑操队员。

我的爸爸虽然鼻梁上架着一副厚厚的眼镜，但是长得很健壮，手臂上硬硬的小疙瘩便是爸爸经常锻炼的成果。爸爸最怕变胖了，就连胖了一小圈也要诚惶诚恐。爸爸做事很认真，也经常帮助我，我很喜欢他。

比如这两天，爸爸给我网上买的白玉蜗牛刚刚送到家，我便迫不及待的想要喂食了。我漫不经心的抓了一把饲料就洒到一片菜叶上，一不小心洒太多了，我心急如焚，急得上蹿下跳，心想：这下可怎么办啊？可是爸爸泰然自若，用两个手指捏了一点儿饲料，慢慢的，均匀的洒到另一片菜叶上，那神情认真极了。不一会儿，每片菜叶上都均匀的洒上了饲料，完美、快速，不愧是超级老爸啊！

接着，爸爸又帮助我倒椰土，他全神贯注的把整袋椰土慢慢倒下去，均匀的铺满了盒子，又是很完美，相比之下，我真是毛手毛脚呀！爸爸继续工作着，十分钟后，所有工作都完成了，我好高兴啊。爸爸有点得意：“看我多厉害，一下子就弄好了。”尾巴都要翘上天啦！我彻底无语了。

这就是我的爸爸，一个做事认真，但会像小孩子一样骄傲的爸爸。
