“一、一、一二一……”嘹亮的跑操进行曲，久久回荡在操场上空，传遍了校园的每个角落，传到了所有一附少先队员的心中。原来，三、四、五年级的同学正在进行跑操比赛。那朝气蓬勃的气势深深地震撼了每个在场的评委。

音乐声已经响起，我们身着红绿校服，脚蹬浅色运动鞋，个个神情严肃、严阵以待。心想：“这次一定要发挥出最好的水平，夺取冠军，为母校争光。”

“跑步---走！”随着体育老师的一声令下，比赛正式开始。同学们“唰”的一起紧握双拳，个个如同绷紧的弓弦一触即发。队伍如同一条条笔直的长龙步入操场。

瞧，韩仲麟完美地演绎着“行如风”的真谛。他目光炯炯，好似一个雷达探测着前方，连一毫米的微小差距都不肯放过。他神态严峻，双唇紧闭，双手好似被胶水粘住了一般，紧紧地夹在腰间，无论速度有多快都毫不动摇。双脚好似一台永不停息的机器，“左、右、左”地奋力地迈着整齐的步伐。节奏与老师的口令“几乎精准无误”；肩膀与旁边的同学连在一起，形成一条笔直的线。寒冷的天气打消不了他的意志；步伐的快慢改变不了他的节奏。我看着他努力的样子，也更加卖力。可是我口渴难耐，喉咙里好似着了火一般。双手也麻木了，渐渐地下垂、下垂。我的双脚好似灌满了铅一般，有千万斤重。我试图想要放弃。就在这时，我耳畔回响起那排山倒海似的“一、二、三、四……”我的脑海顿时浮现出我们平时那辛苦拼搏的场景。对！我不能放弃，不能拖集体的后腿，一定要为集体的荣誉去努力。我昂起头，跟着节奏迈开了步伐。

近了、近了，快到终点了！“立定！”我们心有灵犀，同时停下了脚步，化作一颗颗小松树挺立在操场上。啊！我们终于成功了！小草见证了我们的努力；阳光在为我们呐喊！我骄傲，我是一名一附跑操队员！汗水与泪水融合在了一起，燃烧在心中的是一颗滚热的爱校之心！

在那一刻，紧张不安灰飞烟灭；在那一刻，快乐与兴奋一齐同在；在那一刻，是我见过最绚丽的画面。在那一刻，是我最骄傲的时刻。

两年前的夏天，我怀揣着忐忑的心情参加了中嘉英语集训营。我本单纯的以为，在那里只是学习英语，但经历之后我才发现，在那里，更多的是突破和成长。

我第一次加入的班级是A1班，班里的同学只有二三十个。那时的我们，都表现出一种稚嫩，对外界的环境都是好奇，人到齐后，主讲老师便到班里，教我们读口号并背下来。之后又布置给我们一个任务。任务就是晚上会举行开营仪式，每个人都要准备好自我介绍，晚上会找人展示，我们既紧张又兴奋，都在空闲时间默默练习。

霎时间，晚上到了，各个班级都来到三楼的大教室。十几个班，三四百人聚在一起，每人发两个充气棒用来鼓掌，一番表演后，我们纷纷挥起手中的充气棒，欢迎happy老师。之后老学员为我们新学员发送紫色手环，戴上它就开始了21天“停止抱怨，积极行动”的任务。然后，就到了自我展示环节，happy竟然叫我来自我展示，我慌忙上台，面对那么多人，我竟忘了说什么，台下的同学为我提醒，我想到了自我展示的内容，流利的展示下来。这时，台下的人都挥起手中的充气棒，happy老师也为我竖起了大拇指，这时我才感觉到，我原来可以这么棒。那一刻，我真骄傲。

有些事只要放开去做，不要怕做不好，因为没有人嘲笑你，背后永远有支持你的战友。做完这件事后，你一定会为自己骄傲。

接力跑比赛开始了，但我班的同学却在一旁说说笑笑，仿佛志在必得。只听小A同学一脸骄傲得说“这次比赛肯定我们第一了，哈哈哈”。小A同学话音刚落下，就听讲小C附和道“就是，就是，我们实力最强，以前的第一全是我们班的！”听到他们的对话我们更加骄傲了。

比赛开始了！只见陶子轩如脱缰的野马般冲了出来，位居第一可是好景不长，当小X和小A交接棒时，居然掉棒了！我班的同学先是沉默了一阵，过了一会儿，不知道那个同学说“没事没事，我们班的高手都在后面呢！他们肯定能追回来。”听见这些话同学们又定下心来。大家七嘴八舌地说“就是呀就是，我们后面的几个男生都是8秒以内的！”“嗯，嗯！我们班的实力可强了，就算掉一棒，也能拿第一，哈哈哈！。

但同学们的骄傲并没维持多久，没过多久XX又掉了第二棒。这时同学们着急了起来，只听小C对小D指责到“唉，你咋可以掉棒呢，你就不能好好传吗？”“我传到位了，你咋没接住呢？”正当同学们相互抱怨时，我们又掉了第3棒，大家一下子全焉了。当我们得知只有第8名时，对我们来说简直就是晴天霹雳，以往我们一直是第一啊！今年只有第8！简直是天壤地别啊！

回到教室后，通过老师的教导，我们明白了，接力赛是个团体比赛，我们只有团结合作，齐心合力才有可能获得成功，而我们在比赛是相互指责，一点也不团结，而我们太骄傲，没有认真去参加这次比赛，才导致这次这么差的成绩，可以说这就是我们骄傲，不团结的后果！这真是一次惨痛的教训！

At the sight of the little flag waving， you must immediately take yourself away from the scenes you are marveling at and follow the guide whose sole interest is to cover all spots according to him strict schedule， regardless of the weather or your health condition.

True，you may encounter inconveniences if you travel inpidually，for instance， getting accommodations for the night and finding a place for meals. But nothing can be compared with the freedom which is vital to a person who takes a holiday trip mainly to escape from constraints of his routine life.

小鸟哈哈大笑了起来：“再这样练习两年吧，因为你现在的本领你心里是明白的，趁早放弃自由飞翔的美梦吧！”

小鸟骄傲地飞回家了，它觉得自己比谁都聪明，比谁都厉害，心里美滋滋的。

又过了几天，小鸟又感到非常无聊。它再一次来到森林里闲逛。它看到了一根比大树还要高的绿色柱子，正想要飞过去看，突然间就想起了以前的小点。原来，竹子长大了，长得那么高，高得它都不能看到竹子的脸了。当它抬起头看的时候，刚好有一只鸽子从头顶飞过，冲着它微笑，原来是那只它嘲笑过的鸽子呀！它有点生气，低下头却看到了蜜蜂一家人在蜂蜜罐头周围欢快地跳舞，脸上带着幸福的微笑。

小鸟耷拉着翅膀，愁眉苦脸的飞回家了。

改革开放以来，我国的综合国力显著提升，变的越来越强大，中国在世界上也有了很高的地位，受到国外人的尊重。

全世界都在学中国话，都在说中国话！还记得一年级的时候，我们第一次出国去泰国旅游，全家都很紧张，担心不会说泰语无法沟通而回不了国……到了泰国以后，我们向一位当地人问路，当时英语不错的爸爸叽里呱啦的讲了一通。这时，那位泰国人看出我们是中国人，投来了羡慕的眼光，然后用流利的中文说：“左拐左拐再右拐就到了。”“啊，谢谢谢谢！”我们惊讶地连声道谢。看来，我们的担心是多余的。酒店、商店、出租车，这里到处都有会说中文的，简直感觉还在国内呢！

全世界到处都有中国人。有了去泰国的经验。我们再去新加坡旅游就没有那么多顾虑了。来到新加坡，哇，天呐！我惊呆了，这里不仅到处会说中文，而且到处都是中国人。随便走进一家餐馆，都能遇到几个中国游客，有像我们一样地小朋友，也有年纪很大的爷爷奶奶。服务员见到中国人，都会笑容满面地端上一杯水，当时我想一定是因为祖国现在强大了，人们的素质也提高了，所以受到世界的尊重，在以前可不是这样的。

啊，祖国，我爱你！祝福你永远繁荣富强！

我们伟大的祖国历史悠久，文化灿烂，就文化遗产一项，足以傲视世人。作为龙的传人，我为祖先的勤劳智慧，聪明才智而骄傲。

在古都西安，那里有震憾人心的秦兵马俑，那是一支“威武之师”。秦兵马俑是在西安的临潼出土，它举世无双，是享誉世界的珍贵历史文物。兵马俑规模宏大，已发掘的三个俑坑总面积近20000平方千米，差不多有五十个篮球场那么大，坑内兵马俑有八千个。将军身材魁梧头戴鹖冠，身披铠甲，手握宝剑，昂首挺胸，身高1。8米。走近时似乎能听到他们的呼吸声。兵马俑形象地展示了中华民族的强大力量和英雄气概。

中国的文化遗产还有很多，如，有名的北京故宫、敦煌莫高窟、周口店北京猿人遗址、承德避暑山庄及周围寺庙、孔府·孔庙·孔林、武当山古建筑群、丽江古城、皖南古村—西递·宏村、北京天坛、明清皇陵寝（明孝陵、十三陵、明显陵、清东陵、清西陵）、龙门山窟、大足石刻、都江堰——清城山、云冈石窟、庐山风景名胜区。中国的文化遗产是文化，是艺术，是智慧……每一个炎黄子孙都会为祖国的文化遗产而骄傲，而自豪。

我不羡慕别人长得那么漂亮，不羡慕别人的东西有多好，因为我也有我的骄傲。

令我最骄傲的就是我的体育非常好，我跑步的速度是女生中最快的，在班上也是数一数二。记得有一次我要参加400米跑步，这是有史以来第一次参加400米长跑，经过我飞快的奔跑，果然功夫不负有心人，我是年级女子组的第一名。

在五年级快要趣味运动会，体育老师说这次有跳高这项运动了，听完后我就害怕，因为我一次都没有试过。老师先示范给我们看并讲解了一下，说完后就开始尝试了，我看见有许多男生都没有跳过去，就有些紧张了，担心自己也会跳不过去。我前面是胡艳丛，她跳完了就该我了，我按照老师说的去做，果然我跳过去了。他们都投来了羡慕的眼光，在比赛中我的了第5名。

每一个人都有着自己的骄傲，同样我也有我的骄傲，哪怕是微不足道的。
