隐在纷繁的世界里，只有随性才是真。——题记

“随性之人，永不成事！”这是老师们常用来教育学生的口头禅。而我，很不幸地被划入“随性”之人的行列。

上课时，我内心不安分的“捣蛋细胞”蠢蠢欲动，它们在我心里时而上蹦下跳，时而交头接耳，搅得我无心再听老师说那“天方夜谭”。我把头低下去，脸几乎要贴在书本上，转动着眼珠时刻紧盯着老师的步伐。这时，手悄悄地移动到书包内，寻找着薯片，再以迅雷不及掩耳之际抓起几片薯片，又以光速放入嘴中，老师毫无察觉。

这样的小动作时常会有，可是明明有次老师看到了，他为什么没有批评我？他不应该破口大骂才对吗？还是……我认识到自己的错误，在捣蛋行为有大幅度减轻后，发现自己成绩有明显提高。

号外，号外！一年一度的跑操比赛开始了！经过半个多月的辛苦训练，我们终于迎来了正式比赛的这一天。

音乐声已经响起，我们戴着红领巾，身着红绿校服，脚蹬浅色运动鞋，站在和爱大道上。同学们个个神情严肃，严阵以待。努力训练了这么久，这一次说什么也不能有一丝一毫的错误。

“跑步——走！”随着体育老师的一声令下，比赛开始了。同学们排着整齐的队伍向前奋力奔跑着，个个都如同绷紧的弓一般，一触即发。由班级组成的队伍如同条条恢宏的巨龙，直入操场。

瞧，A同学完美地演绎着“行如风”的真谛。她微微昂起脸，目光不偏不倚地落在前方同学的身上，像是在测算着最精准的距离。她双手紧紧夹的腰，连那高俏的马尾也随着脚步的律动一晃一晃的，她的双脚跟着音乐一抬，一落，稳健而又充满了活力。

看着她认真努力的样子，我也加紧了步伐。可是，渐渐地，我的双手麻木了，两只脚也像灌了铅一般不听我使唤，浑身就像散了架，连喉咙里也像有一团火在燃烧，干燥无比，就像在快要挺不住的时候，一阵排山倒海般的口令声在我耳旁响起：“一——二——三——四！”我的眼前仿佛又浮现出了往日训练的一幕幕，身体里再度充满了力量。对！我一定要坚持下去，为校争光！

近了！近了！快要到终点了！“立定！”，我们同时停下了步子，化作一棵棵小松树，挺立在操场上……啊，我们终于成功了！

阵阵微风轻拂过我的脸颊，阳光洒在我身上，阳光体育，阳光少年，爱我一附，健康成长！自信，乐观，团结，拼搏……我骄傲，我是一名一附学子；我骄傲，我是一名为校争光的跑操队员！

峡口，它曾经是一个镇，又从镇变为村。这之间有多少故事啊！虽然它失去昔日的光辉，没有了昔日的繁华但我仍为他骄傲。

峡口虽然没有什么著名的景点，但也有一些值得看一看的地方，比如：峡口大坝、楼子洞，还有沮河。峡口大坝在电力这方面有着不可磨灭的功劳，水利发电即环保又节能，为我国节省了资源，远远望去，它如一个卫士屹立在两山之间，尽心尽力为我们服务，为人民服务，为国家服务。这是我们的骄傲，峡口的骄傲。楼子洞里空气新鲜，而且冬暖夏凉，外面有一个凉亭，凉亭里有石桌、石凳，使人们乘凉，躲雨的好地方。我们也会经常会去那地方玩，一起捉迷藏……他是孩子们的乐园，它一直陪伴着我们度过一个个春秋，迎来另一个崭新的开始。沮河发源于保康境内，沮水养育了我们——峡口人民，所以，我们更应该爱它，保护它。难道不是吗？一条河流能这样造福，那么千条、万条呢？不是能更好的为人类造福吗？

土地是人民生存之本，土地养育了人类，养育了动植物，是一切生命的生存之本，它养育了我们，也为我们提供了许多财富。比如，奠坪那里有烤烟，白云那里有茶叶。至于我们这里，你当然知道有什么，那就是中外驰名的柑桔。对于这个你应该不陌生吧！我们这里的柑桔打包运往各地销售。当你吃着甜甜的柑桔时，说不定就是我们这里的！这是人们的辛勤劳动换来的，但也有不需劳动而产生的。比如：药材、蜈蚣、蛇、臭草等。与蜈蚣配成的药就达两百多种，对于癌症等并有一定的治疗作用，所以说土地浑身都是宝，土地里有药材、特产这些都为人类做出了的贡献，而且是巨大的贡献。土地爷爷“大公无私”是当之无愧的。

峡口大坝、沮河、土地这些都是人们日常生活所需要的条件，正因为这里具备这样的好条件，所以人们才能在这里生存、更好地为人民、为国家、为社会，永远坚守这块“宝地”。

我为人民骄傲，我为峡口骄傲，更为我们亲爱的祖国母亲骄傲！因为她养育了我们的先辈，养育了我们，更将养育我们的子孙后代。

考试结束已有很久，虽说经过那件事，我变得细心很多，但现在一想起来，心里还是很恼火。

期中考试前的一次测试，发下来了一张100分的试卷，那个幸运的人是我，我开心极了。我考了100分，荣获全班第一名，还超过了我们班的优等生，别提有多得意了。

很快便迎来了期中考试。出门前，妈妈特意提醒我：“你要细心，再细心，要在纸上打草稿。”当时的我，并没有把她的话放在心上，随口说了句：“知道了，知道了。”

考试开始了，我拿到试卷后快速地看了一遍，之后就立马开始做题了。不一会儿，我便“刷刷刷”地答完了。我环顾了一下周围的同学，他们大部分都皱着眉头答题，就连我们班的优等生甘东林也在冥思苦想。我想：这次肯定又是全对，连甘东林都不会的题我都会，那我肯定能拿个高分。因此，没有认真地检查，我便草草交了试卷，走出了教室。

第二天，试卷发下来，我一看，整个人都要崩溃了，竟然才考了82分！优等生甘东林考了100分，我感觉我脚下的那片云突然没有了，一下子从天上掉了下来。回到家，妈妈狠狠地教训了我一顿，这让我心里很不是滋味，我真不应该答完题不检查就交卷。

这件事告诉我：骄傲使人落后，虚心使人进步。我下次一定要好好复习，认真考试，争取拿满分。

在学习方面我没有过人之处，在运动方面和学习方面恰恰相反。

这五年里每次的运动会我都参加，老师说：“咱们班的弱项就是跑步”而我就是参加八百米跑的，我听老师说了这句话之后我一只在努力，在这次比赛中争取为我们班加分，我在体育可是一直练习，一般运动会的时候都是在夏天，天气特别热，我们在上体育课的时候我常常一个人顶着火辣辣的太阳一直在操场上跑步，我一跑就是四五圈跑完之后就又累又渴在就加上热，我一直坚持，转眼间运动会到了，我在比赛的过长中使劲的猛跑，快到重点的时候我就咬牙坚持，我在我们那个组里是第一名而我在全年级是第三名，我想学习和运动是一样的只要不断的练习和坚持成绩也是可以提上去的。

我一样要在学习上和在运动上一样。

With the advent of mobile phone and computer , the phenomenon that people

always are phubbing are becoming more and more popular.So many students phubbed

in the coach ,train or restaurant even walked on the road.

As to this issue,different people has different ideas .Some take the view

that it is no use connecting but may cause the big events .Such as the accident

or fight.There is no doubt that phubbing is a false behavior .While others think

the opposite,they agree that there is no way but have to do it .because the time

is limited.

As far as I am concerned ,every coin has two sides .while most people

prefer it,the phubbing is a bad habit .As a matter of fact ,a few person mostly

do a good deed.

以前，我们班里有一同学学习成绩差；但它很虚心，老师讲讲课她都很认真的听；我们班也有一个同学学习成绩很好，每天都很自以者是，很骄傲，上课不好好好听讲。

快要考试了，学习差的同学更努力的学习；而学习好的同学却以为自己什么都很好，不用再学习了。

渐渐地我们发现，学习好的那个同学成绩越来越差，学习差的同学成绩提高了。

考试过后，我们都很惊讶，学习最差的人考了班里第二名，而那个学习好的人却下滑到了三十名，同学们都觉得那个同学很厉害，就都去向她请教秘方。

她对同学们说：“虚心使人进步，骄做使人落后。

同学们就都铭记着这条格言，成绩都提高了。唯独那位原来威绩名到前茅的同学。还是整天自以为是，不好好学习。

同学们都不和他一起玩了，下课每个同学都在写作业，只有他一个人在外面玩。

后来老师批评了他，他才有所进，但他却成了班里的后几名，追不上我们。

这就是虚心与骄做的结果。

是的，虚心使人进步，骄傲使人落后，不要因为自己学习成绩很好就感到非常骄傲，就不好好学习，万一学习差的哪一天学习成绩超过你了呢？也不要因为自己学习成绩很差就自爆自弃，而要更加努力的学习，这样总有一天你的学习成绩会有很大的进步。

“起来！不愿做奴隶的人们，把我们血肉组成我们新的长城！”每当这首歌曲经过我的耳边，我腾起一股热血，因为，我是中国人，我为中国而感到骄傲！

以前的中国，是一个腐败的国家，常常被西方的国家欺负。我们不能忘记火烧圆明园、卢沟桥事变、南京大屠杀的历史耻辱。历史上的中国，真是不堪一击呀！

但是，现在的中华人民共和国已经不再是那个软弱无能的中国了。

现在的中国，是一个强大的国家，谁也不敢侵略我们。19世纪，中国第一枚原子弹、核弹在钱学森的研究下爆炸成功，1949年，中国在毛主席的领导下成立了；2008年，奥运会在中国人民的支持下圆满完成，2010年，世博会又在上海完美闭幕……这一切的一切，都证明了祖国的繁荣昌胜，祖国的强大。

1949年10月1日，是中华人民共和国成立的那一天。那天，天安门广场上，人场鼎沸，人们的占地面积已经占满了一大块。人们等待了许久，毛主席终于出现在天安门城楼上。毛主席站得笔直，对着话筒大声欢呼：“中华人民中和国，今天，成立了！”顿时广场上的人们欢呼雀跃，有的把头上的帽子扔起来，有的边跳边挥手，有的……过了一会儿，阅兵仪式开始了。步兵迈着整齐的步伐走了出来，他们不是扛的汉阳造，而是扛着歪把子机、冲锋枪等厉害的武器。后边是装甲部队。看着一部部装甲运兵车、卡车、坦克，跟以前相比，真是鸟枪换炮啊！

每当那首情绪激昂的国歌声回荡在上空时，我总会想：如今中国也是如此的强大呀！我是中国人，我是中国人！我爱中国，我为中国感到骄傲！

愿国歌回荡在每一个爱中国的人心中！
