记得在我一年级的时候，我写过一篇给爸爸妈妈的信（作文），是一年级的那种水平。其实，那篇作文，只有二十个字不到，写的字也歪歪扭扭。即使我把“们”写成了“门”，但那时候的我并没有因为这些不好的事，错误，等其他不足的部分而感到不开心，自卑。

记得那个时候，我非常高兴、骄傲，仿佛完成了一篇大作。其实，那篇作文写得非常差，而我自己却觉得是一片“好文章”。

今天，我读一篇文章——《一定要骄傲》，这篇文章使我对骄傲的看法有了大大的改变。

这篇文章讲述的是宁灵的父亲和住所被同学嘲笑，她的同学祈真帮助宁灵摆脱心理自卑的过程，通过祈真的帮助，宁灵成为了一个自信的人，并且真正为自己感到骄傲。

祈真对宁灵说了一句话使我印象深刻。那就是：骄傲也是可以一分为二来看待的，坏的骄傲确实会让人显得很自大很讨厌，但好的骄傲却可以让一个人变得更自信、更坚强，在任何情况下都不会放弃让自己变得更好的努力。

我觉得这句话富含哲理。这让我意识到骄傲不一定是坏事，如果把骄傲放到适当的位置，骄傲也会让人变得自信。因为骄傲有时可以帮助人们积极乐观地面对生活中的种种困难，甚至流言蜚语，而不会像过去的宁灵一样，心灵备受折磨。

罗岗是个两个生产小组组成的自然村，1队和2队。俺们村里人常说，咱们队都像那个菜包馍一样，边起的地都把俺们包住了。乡野粗话倒也实在，罗岗村就是四面都是田的村落，村前一条干涸的提坝，村后一条白河支流哗啦啦泄洪一般的流着被化肥厂污染的脏水。小的时候坐着拖拉机陪外公过河掰包谷棒子，都是要捂着鼻子过的。罗岗村小，所以每家每户都被我趟熟悉了。如今大了回家，那些老太辈们也都还能认识我。外公就是靠在村南边的普通村民之一。他一样的在村子里长大，姥太爷是贫下中农出身，也不能给外公留下什么，不过也把最朴实的劳动精神传给了外公。外公二十出头就跟着公社的医生学医，还会泥瓦技术，在他们那个年代大伙都种地，而外公也算是个技术青年了。然后娶了以唢呐队为营生的水田5队的我外婆。外婆是个温柔的敦厚妇人，也是勤快的人，如今六十多岁了依旧下地干活，回家来操持家务。外婆有四个女儿一个儿子，舅舅很小，所以舅舅没有结婚前，外公外婆的快乐就是我们老表几个隔三插五的看望。有看看就回的，譬如小姨家的儿子，三姨家的大女儿，也有长住沙家浜的，比如我，比如三姨的小女儿，这片土地，这个院落，承载了多少的欢声笑语和我们这些小孩不懂的悲苦呀。

我是从什么时候特别恋罗岗的，又为了什么这样的恋罗岗的，是外出求学开始吗，还是一直如此，恋着，是我想的人都在这里，也是一个骄傲的孩子告诉乡亲们，我过得很好。

幼时人们晌午吃饭都是端碗面剥根葱就在大路边集合，讨论着吃的什么，地里的菜苗还要打药，花生地里要浇水了，谁家的儿子要结婚了，而最让人兴奋的便是说到郭守华回来了。郭守华是什么人，她是我们罗岗的骄傲。是我们村第一个考上大学的学生，如今分配到十堰二汽工作了。把自己的二哥四弟都弄去上班了。这次回来是把家里的家具新整整的拉回来给娘家妈用，要换房子了。我见过她一次，三十多岁的样子，穿着一套米黄色西装，踩着高跟鞋，一个卷发，当时我才十岁，但是已经能感觉到她和我们村里人的不一样。她那么干净，那么优秀，还那么不忘本，什么时候我也能像她那样可以为家里人做些什么，也让村里人羡慕又骄傲的提起来。这似乎不仅是我年幼的想法，更成了我以后为之努力的初期路线了。从那以后，我拼命地变好，我努力地上学，我做一切让自己好的事情，我想，我要再次回到罗岗村的时候，让人们也那样羡慕地看我。不得不说女人的嫉妒羡慕的正能量也是大的，在我还没有思考到正确道路的时候，如郭守华一样的让别人羡慕却成了我少年时的动力。如今，我也成家立业，不能总回去，回去时，也总是能成为他们聚焦的话题，他们也无比骄傲地谈起我，我也能够在乡亲们面前展示我略微好的一面，可此时，那已然不是一种嫉妒心做怪，而是想告诉乡亲们，我愿意做罗岗村的骄傲，无论我到哪里，都是罗岗村的一份子，我要罗岗村为我感到骄傲。

有两则关于同一条英语谚语Blood is thicker than water的译例。其一是“清水不浓血却浓”，其二是“血浓于水”。从字面上看，上述两则译例译得固然不错，似无可厚非。译文读起来很顺，又比较易懂，但读后似有不知所云之感。

这是因为译文的形象没能准确地传达出这条谚语的喻义来。

Longman Dictionary of English Idioms（p.28）上对这条谚语的解释是“The relationship between people of the same family is stronger than other，relationships”因此，这则谚语似可以借用汉语中一句俗语“亲不亲一家人”来译更能表达出“属于同一血缘关系的一家人比别人更亲近一些”的寓意。

语言是文化的表现形式。谚语同文学作品、诗歌一样是语言的精华。英语谚语是富于色彩的语言形式，一般具有生动形象、喻义明显、富于哲理的语言特征。在一定程度上，英语谚语反映了英语民族的文化特点。因此，翻译英语谚语时，仅仅以语言之间词汇的同义性（等价性）为前提，寻求对等的表现是不够的。译者须较多运用汉语的表现手段，力求能再现英语谚语的语言风格和丰富内涵。只有多注意英语谚语字面以外所特有的语言内涵色彩，才能使译文讽喻得当，宜于说理，又不失原来谚语所具有的语言形象。

某些英语谚语和汉语成语、俗语在表现形式和含义方面是一致的或基本一致的。汉译这些英语时，可惜用与其喻义相同或相近的成语或谚语及俗语直接对译。这样不但可以比较好地保持原文的神韵和形式，又使译文易于为读者或听者接受。如：

Pride comes before a fall．骄兵必败。

Amiss is as good as a mile.差之毫厘，失之千里。

Two is company，but three is none.两个和尚抬水吃，三个和尚无水吃。

Walls have ear.隔墙有耳。

Enough is as good as a feast．知足常乐。

有些英语谚语虽然在语言习惯和文化背景方面和其相对的汉语谚语之间存在着某些差异，而且所比喻的事物并不一样，但他们的喻义却相互吻合，而且表达方式也很相似，汉译这些英语谚语时，常常需要“易其形式，存其精神”，即采用形象近似的汉语成语意译。这样可使译文既喻义明显，又含而不露，且可再现原文所具有的语言效果，容易达意。如：

Two can play the game.孤掌难鸣。

Newbroom sweeps clean.新官上任三把火。

Speak of the devil，and he appears.说曹操，曹操到。

The grass is greener on the other side of the hill．这山望着那山高。

Putting the cart before the horse.本末倒置。

有些英语谚语意在言外，语言含蓄，寓意深刻。如果仅从字面意义直译成汉语，而不领会原文的具体含义及其效果，译文势必平淡无味。这样既不能表达意思，又有损于原文的语言形象和丰富内涵。因此，在翻译时，应在汉语中寻找那些与原文喻义相同或效果相似的成语、谚语或俗语来表达，则会使译文形象生动，准确达意。试比较下列各译例。

People who live in glass houses should not throw stones.如译成“住在玻璃房子里的人，不应扔石头”不如译成“己有过，勿正人”或“责人必先责己”。

In fair weather prepare for the foul．如译成“晴天要防阴天”，不如译成“有备无患”或“居安思危”或“未雨绸缪”。

Murder will out．如译成“谋杀终必败露”，不如译成“纸包不住火”。

Fools rush in where angels fear to tread．如译成“愚者敢闯天使不敢去的地方”，不如译成“初生牛犊不怕虎”。

One cannot make an omelette without breaking eggs.如译成“想吃煎蛋卷，就得打鸡蛋”，不如译成工“有得必有失”或甚至可以引申为“不破不立”。

如果所要翻译的谚语喻义清新，形象逼真，按其字面直译其意，就能表达出原文的喻义来，则可直译。这样做既能较完整地保存原文的表达方式，且又可丰富我们自己的语言文化，一举两得，请看下面的译例。

God helps those who help themselves.上帝帮助那些自己帮助自己的人。或“自助者天助之”。

Money is the root of all evil．金钱是万恶之源。

An empty sack cannot stand upright．空袋立不直。

Do as you would be done by. 以你所期望的别人待你的方式待人。

这与另一谚语： Don’t do unto others what you don’t want others do unto you.“己所不欲勿施于人”很相似。

Money talks.钱能通神。

有些英语谚语常常采用对称的修辞手段。使用这一修辞手段的目的在于加强语势，宜于说理，读后有心悦诚眼之感。汉译这些谚语时，应适当注意保持其修辞色彩，以便体现原文的表达方式。如：

You may take a horse to the water， but you can’t make it drink．

如果按字面译成，“你可以把马牵到河边去，但不能叫它饮水”至少是没有充分体现这句谚语本身所具有的强烈对比色彩。从语法分析的观点看，在这个句子里，情态动词may和can虽然都表示“可能”的，但在含义上有所不同。这里may表示“事实上的可能性”，而can则表示“逻辑上的可能性”。并列连词but使前后两个分句意义相反，对比色彩强烈。在这种情况下，译文也必须力求对偶整齐，前后呼应，形成对照。如将此句译作“牵马河边易，逼它饮水难”或“老牛不喝水，不能强按头”会更好些。

总之，即使像谚语这样孤立的语句，翻译时也需尽一番揣摩切磋之功，否则译文就可能与原文“貌合神离”，文不达意。译事艰辛也许正在于此。

音乐声已响起，我们身着红绿校服，脚蹬淡色运动鞋，个个神情严肃，严阵以待。练了这么久，这一次一定要为校争光！

“跑步——走！”随着体育老师一声令下，比赛正式开始！同学们“唰”地一齐握紧双拳，放在腰间，脚跟微微抬起，个个如同绷紧的弓一般，一触即发。队伍如同一条巨龙一般步入操场。

瞧，顾家诚完美地演绎着“行如风”的真谛。只见他注视前方，目光炯炯有神，如同探照灯一般，精准地估量着与前面队伍的距离，双手紧紧贴住身体，双脚按照“左右左”的规律不停地摆动着，与体育老师喊的节奏完全一致，双肩紧靠着旁边同学的肩膀，如同有一股强磁力一般，即使速度再快也纹丝不变。

看着他认真努力的样子，我也加紧了步伐，可是，跑着跑着，我感觉嘴巴发干，手臂发麻了，腿也无力了，整个人就像散架了一般。此时，“一，二，三，四……”排山倒海的口令声在我耳边响起。我的脑海里浮现出平时刻苦练习的场景。对！我不能放弃，不能松懈，一定要坚持下去，为校争光！想到这儿，我不知从哪儿来了一股力量，振作起精神，抬起头，夹紧麻木的双臂，抬起无力的双脚，咬牙坚持着继续前进。

近了，近了，快到终点了！“立定！”我们心有灵犀，同时停下了脚步，化作一棵棵小松树，挺立在操场上。

竖成排，横成行，威武雄壮，俨然是天安门广场上的阅兵式，短暂的沉寂后暴风雨般的掌声在操场响起。这时，汗水、泪水划过我的脸庞，作为一位一附的莘莘学子，燃烧在心底的是一颗滚烫的爱校之心。太阳见证了我们的努力，操场留下了我们的汗水，团结，努力，拼搏的精神永远凝聚在我们心中。我骄傲，我是一位为校争光的跑操队员。

some places we can’t see fishswimming in the river or trees on the hills. Not

only does it affect our lives and health， but also has a great affection in the

future. So I thinkwe must do something to protect the environment. .But what can

we do?

Now green commuting and a low-carbon life are more and morepopular in the

society .For example，we can go to school on foot or by bike ， we can use

每当我看到试卷上一个个红色的勾勾时，就忍不住有一种喜悦油然而生，想要告诉全世界自己考了一百分。但忽然就迷茫了，这，就是骄傲吗？

父母常常对我说，考得好切记不要骄傲，考得不好也不要自卑。这时的喜悦就是父母所谓的骄傲吗？

老师也常说，虚心使人进步，骄傲使人落后。这时的喜悦会是使我落后的骄傲吗？

堂姐跟我说，骄傲有两面性：一种是正面，一种是负面。它既可以成为促进人成长的动力，也可以成为阻碍人成长的绊脚石。这时的喜悦是哪种骄傲呢？

字典里说，骄傲（1）是自满，看不起别人的意思。（2）是自豪的意思。这时的喜悦会是自满吗？

我骄傲是因为考了一百分，这好像是自满，但又好像是自豪，到底是什么呢？我陷入了沉思……

过了一晚，我想明白了。这喜悦不是自满而是自豪！考试考得好当然开心，我也没有过度的自豪，难不成考得好还要伤心？

在人生的道路上有许许多多的如同这次一样的困惑扰乱着我们的生活与学习，但我们要正确理解它的含义，正确对待它，不要混淆，这样很容易走进自卑或自负的误区。

在学习上，我不应该太过自负，就像这次期中考试一样，因为第一学月考得不错才使得自己有些松懈，开始变得自满，从而跌入了深谷，让学习一落千丈。因为自满，让我遭到了同学们的嘲笑；因为自满，让我无脸面对自己内心的愧问！

Nowadays, it’s a common phenomenon that college students fall in love with

others because they cannot stand loneliness. In my point of view, I believe that

people with a strong will to finish something won’t feel lonely. Many people

feel lonely when they are boring, nothing to do. That is to say, if we have many

音乐声已响起，我们身着红绿校服，脚蹬浅色运动鞋，威风凛凛地站在和爱大道上，同学们个个神情严肃、严阵以待，练习了这么长时间，现在是我为校争光的时候了！

“跑步一走！”随着体育老师一声令下，比赛正式开始！同学们“唰”地一齐，双手握拳，夹紧在身体两侧，个个如同绷紧的弓箭一般，一场大战一触即发！操场两边，队伍如巨龙一般整齐有序地步入操场。

瞧，王羽淳完美的演绎了“行如风”的真谛，只见，她的目光如探照尺一般，精确无误的测量着与前方队伍的距离。双唇紧闭，双手紧紧夹在中间，不管时速多少，她也不敢动摇。双脚准确蹬着，肩膀至始至终都与她的搭档靠在一起，就好似两人之间有了磁性一样，一起前进，一起转弯，一起迈步！

看着她认真努力的样子，我也加紧了步伐。可是渐渐地、渐渐地我的双手没劲儿了，双腿软了，双脚麻了，我使不上力了。彼时，我的耳边响起了排山倒海的口号声“一一二一三一四，一一二一三一四……”可是一想到平日里辛苦的训练，可不能在这一刻松懈，不然就前功尽弃了！想到这儿，我又充满了活力。对！我不能放弃，一定要坚持下去！为校争光！于是，我咬紧嘴唇，握紧了已失去直觉的双手，蹬着已发软的双腿，已麻木的双脚，向前跑，再向前跑……

近了，近了，快到终点了！立定！我们心有灵犀，几乎同时停下了脚步，化作一棵棵小松树，挺立在绿茵场上……啊！我们终于成功了！

我跑操，我快乐！在这春暖花开的季节里，因为有了跑操，我们才拥有健康的身体，因为有了跑操，我们懂得了集体的力量是多么强大！我骄傲，因为我坚持，我骄傲，因为我是一名一附学子，我骄傲，因为我是一名跑操队员。

在一个阳光明媚、风和日丽的上午，我和爸爸妈妈一起去姥姥家玩。我的心情像小鸟一样欢快，因为我又可以去乡下感受田野的风光了。

姥姥家的门前新栽了一丛红玫瑰。玫瑰已经开出了第一朵红色的、妖艳的花，带着露珠的花朵随风舞动，芬芳扑鼻。我凑过去闻了闻，一股香味环绕着我，我感觉自己好像在仙境里一样。

我正在陶醉时，不知不觉中碰掉了一根枝条，这一碰，就连刚才那朵花，也有气无力的了。我慌了，赶忙跑走，妈妈问我：“这么慌，去干什么呢？”我狡辩道：“我要去找姐姐放风筝。”

那天夜晚，我一想到那根被碰掉的玫瑰枝条，就很害怕，怕姥姥知道是我干的。我决定把我的零花钱积攒起来，再买一包玫瑰种子给她做补偿。两个星期过去了，我赞了20元，我用这些钱买了一包种子，又写了一张纸条向姥姥说明了事情的经过，向她说了对不起。

再次来到姥姥家，我把种子和便条悄悄地放在了桌子上。临走时，姥姥微笑着递给我一样东西，并且对我说：“我为你骄傲。”

在路上，我打开了那样东西，里面是一包花种子和那张便条，便条上多了几句话：“勇于承认自己的错误，并且改正错误，你就是最棒的，我为你骄傲。”
